Will not be renewing my subscription actually will see if I cancel early if there is a refund. Can't get the app to open most of the time on my phone the logo just keeps spinning in circles and yes I have uninstalled and re installed twice then customer service responded a week or two later. Tried to watch the fight on my TV Saturday night and the buffering was terrible you couldn't see but 2 seconds of fight every 4 minutes so switched over to ESPN+ to watch sports. Giant waste of money hopefully can cancel early if not then chalk it us as the cost of learning. The sports app is a great idea but need to make sure the DAZN system can handle the modern day needs.

Very deceptive company! Do your research before using them or paying for a fight! No you can not use 2 devices with them like it states online. Plus they add fees if you do the monthly sub. And if you wanna cancel its a "30 day notice" first so you will get charged an extra month. They only stream in 720... on all devices! In a world of 4k, 720 is just not acceptable. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!

I can't remember a SINGLE event that I've enjoyed the whole way through!! The app is forever freezing up! It doesn't matter if I'm watching on my smart TV, ROKU, Fire Stick, Android phone or tablet... I cannot and have not ever enjoyed an event without having to restart or "go home" over and over and over again. I'm trying to watch Garcia/Vargas now and I've already exited the app 5 times in less than 7 or 8 minutes... If not for the great content this app wouldn't deserve any stars!

As someone below me mentioned, it's horrible you're unable to watch a live event without having to rewind and risking potential spoilers. Even then, I've tried rewinding during various live events and it never takes me back to the beginning and when I do, it isn't really the beginning of the event but rather just an earlier segment which, again, leads to spoilers. The app is horrible.

I would give zero if it were possible. So make sure you do not pay for the yearly subscription on auto pay. Last year I paid 119.99 for a 1 year subscription. The account was set up for auto renewal. I got an email that it was going to renewal, but they failed to mention that the price of new subscription was 243.00 I went and canceled subscription. But no luck on getting money back, there website says they do not refund and you can continue to watch while your subscription runs through.

Trash. Crashed during Jacobs/Chavez. Choppy and unreliable on Firestick and Android phone. While watching a prelim, went online to see some what fans were saying on social media and found that the fight was over. The app was showing the fight about 30 behind. Attempted to fast forward to Live and it basically crashed. Wont work on any device. Uninstalling and cancelling subscription.

Much worse than the old NFL game pass. Cannot download games for offline viewing. If you start to watch a game already in progress, DAZN automatically starts the stream live and doesn't give the option to start the game from the beginning. The stream gets stuck buffering about a half dozen times per game and restarts as a live stream and not from where I was in the game. Skip fast forward / backward button skips 30 seconds at a time, an excessive amount for rewatching the last play.

Streaming in this app is terrible. Watching one game today, I had to restart the app at least 10 times. There are many other problems with the way the app works - basic streaming functionality that is missing or that doesn't work well - but if you can't simply stream the content, you can't do the fundamental thing that the app is supposed to do. I'm really surprised that the NFL switched to this company for Game Pass. I will not renew my Game Pass subscription next year.

The service itself is great, it allows me to watch NFL in Canada. The exerience, however, is FRUSTRATING and NOT user-friendly. PLEASE, allow us to disable the autoplaying video that starts everytime you open the app. PLEASE, allow us to adjust the fast-forward/rewind amount, 30 seconds is too large for when you just missed something and want to go back, and the fast-foward interval aligns with commercial breaks so when you skip ahead the game is already in progess and you missed something.

I'd give it a 0 if I could. This makes the old NFL Gamepass app look like a 5 star product. I have a 1000mbps connection and I can't get a stream that doesn't constantly pixelate and buffer. I've contacted to cancel and get a refund, but there's always an "error" when you try to contact them through their awful digital assistant. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The website and App need help...a lot of help. You can only cast from the App and not from a PC, fix this and all my other problems should disappear. When Casting the App crashes, is constantly buffering, the screen is so pixelated I could not read what round I was in also when Casting I cannot get the App into landscape mode, so navigating is impossible because the slidebar is tiny in portrait mode and that’s it for navigating forward. This is my second week with DAZN wish it was better.

The app is pretty bad. While streaming a live game, any time I try to rewind or if the game is a bit ahead and I try to get past commercials and hit fast forward it always take me either to the very beginning or to the live section of the game. Very frustrating when you don't know the outcome and it is spoiled for you while watching. This has to be fixed!!

It shows the winning team on NFL games that have ended, thereby ruining the game. If you're watching a game that is live, but you don't want to watch it Live, but rather started an hour late, the video will sometimes skip ahead to live action for no reason, also ruining the game. Get rid of all spoilers so that we can appreciate the games. If you have to go to another app, then return to watch game, it closes the video and restarts either live, or if game ended, at the beginning. Very annoying.

Just like Eunice Hockenberry I too was tricked by their subscription models and got bound to a years worth of seasonal pass.. They refused to cancel or refund my sub. And their motivation was.. "I had watched 40 minutes or more so the contract is binding".. Today I contacted them again because my payment is in the middle of the month. Not even changing the payment to the end of the month was something they could do. The support agent even closed the chat on me. Unbelievable. STAY AWAY!

Terrible customer service. I made the mistake of signing up for the "Monthly Saver" subscription thinking that I could cancel any month. "The Monthly saver" subscription sure is deceiving, because once you sign up for it, you are stuck with a binding contract that lasts one year! I tried to work with customer service but they were very inflexible with my request. So if you are planning on getting a subscription with Dazn, watch out!

A huge step back from last year's Gamepass. Incredibly slow, constant buffering or low quality when watching (if it works at all). If you want to travel to a different country and use it...you have to buy it again for each country you go to (!!). Oh, and they charge you even if you have autorenew turned off...to the country you originally bought gamepass in. If you're not in that country, you can't even login. Check reddit for the huge backlash against this dumpster fire of a service.

The app says I can stream on 2 devices yet it only let's me watch on my TV. When I try to watch on my phone it says I have too many devices. I deleted all but one and then sign into the 2nd and it's the same issue. They also play ads after every round instead of letting us hear the corners. They charge a subscription fee for an app that isn't properly organized for content you want to find. Sometimes a fight you paid for is there. Sometimes it's gone. Wack.

This app may be a scam. While the app works well and certainly does stream live sports - I was able to watch NFL games internationally - they make it nearly impossible to cancel your subscription. When asking for help in canceling my subscription, the chatbot had errors each time, despite never having an error when asking about billing and payments. This behavior is indicative of a scam and I still haven't been able to cancel my subscription.

*Edit: This app has gotten terrible. Switching orientation of the screen forces the video to restart every time. It's maddening. Switching from the 30 sec rew/fwd was a mistake. 30 sec intervals were great to skip between rounds. (Previous review) Subscribed mainly for boxing. Love the quality and quantity of fight cards available. Really like that you can on-demand watch fights, even when a card has already started, but hasn't finished. Occasional buffering, but great app/service.

App won't even launch on Samsung Fold4. Support offered the basic, check your internet, and reinstalled the app. The solution I've found is open dazn in a browser, when you select a program it will prompt you to install the app, say yes, once the play store opens and dazn is displayed (because it's already installed) select open. The app will launch with the program selected. The whole interface across all platforms for Game Pass is horrible. No gamepass for 2025. NFL dropped the ball with dazn
