Nice app with inspiring thoughts and quotes. A huge flaw is that every session is interrupted with pop ups for awards and achievements. It disrupts the flow of thought and focus that is the whole purpose of the app. It I can't turn off those pop ups, I will not renew my subscription. The description say "no ads, no distractions." The "no ads" part is true, but there are definitely distractions.

So far, so good. I've only been using it a short while, but I do love the core concept! I had previously been doing this exact thing--saving ideas that I liked from various articles and books I read--but my methods were clunky and inefficient. The efficiency of this app allows me to read and remember more information that I find personally applicable. My only criticism so far would be that it's a bit more simplistic than I'd hoped, and there is a lot of repetition between articles.

I've been using this app for 3 days and so far my experience has been amazing! There are so many things that can be learned and so many different topics of interests. If I could make a suggestion, I would say to formulate a better interface when viewing the statistics of ideas that you posted. In other words, if I posted an idea, I think that the views, likes, and stashes could have an individual interface specifically for them. Apart from that, I would definitely recommend this!!

There is a lot of great thought to explore in here, easily digestible and useful. From an experiential point of view, I find it becomes like a rabbit warren, where you can lose vast chunks of time and come out feeling a bit overwhelmed and shut down. The 'smorgasboard' style delivery system either leaves you feeling like you're missing out or stuffed. But there is a LOT of interesting content, so it's a double edged sword.

Interesting app with lots of potential. Feature request: Please allow users to cap daily notifications at 1, 2, etc. I'm getting way too many notifications, and it's so aggravating that I disabled all notifications. I typically get three notifications per day, all of the same type – ideas for self-improvement. It's not like I'm getting different types, e.g. friend activity or writing-related. They're all just the idea ones, and I'm not used to so many disruptions from one app.

Deepstash is pretty neat. All in all, I like it, BUT, the app is super buggy. If you are listening to anything and a call comes in, the volume of the app stops, but it continues. Also, when a notification copes up and you click on it, it comes up, but if you click the headphones to listen, nope, it disappears. Last, when listening to an idea, it repeats the same idea forever. You have to go to the home screen, scroll to the next idea and hit the headphones to listen to it.

I'm enjoying being able to get through many articles at once without having to slog through tedious details. Normally I like to read through entire things but when it comes to self help there's a lot of recurring language. The app somehow takes all the ideas and compresses them. I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything and it's more reading than I would've done without the app

This app is amazing. It's wonderful for self-developmental learning. There are occasional grammatical errors, but they are not distracting. It keeps me from endlessly scrolling through social media, which is reason enough to download! It's fantastic, but the subscription plan is unappealing. I have so many saved ideas, especially as one of the early users, that are now all behind a paywall. That was extremely disappointing! Instead, they may have charged a one-time price.

It's nice to read tid bits of books and get an overall understanding of what it is about. I enjoy the fact that you can search specifics to see a list available ideas to dig into further. I dislike the fact that you have to have to paid version in order to listen to the ideas. I feel like it takes away from the whole idea of saving time whilr learning if I can't listen and continue what I'm doing.

The perfectly-sized "thought nuggets" are really practical. Lean wording without any fluff makes them super efficient, and the joining together of 3-5 thoughts in succession as a story provides a slightly longer format with great flow! External sources for these thoughts are also cited and easily visible. Finally, the simple bookmarking feature makes it so easy to never forget that piece of wisdom that so inspired you in the moment. Super clean layout, too, even in the free version.

I used to have this before it became such a heavy pay to learn model. Even then, most of the topics were very dry with a vague glimpse at an idea with little substance. I decided to try it again and am repeatedly smacked in the face with subscription ads. I am becoming increasingly frustrated with apps claiming to be free and then locking any meaningful content behind a pay wall. In the words of General Ackbar, "It's a trap!" Just put the app as a pay model from the get-go. Too expensive anyways

I downloaded this the other day and am just now getting a chance to check it out... I wish I hadn't waited! I am blown away by the useful and intuitive navigation. I LOVE the way key articles are distilled... This is HUGE! I love to read and explore, but modern life has made that much more of a challenge. For years I have tried various ways to ingest a variety of content... I believe I have just found that way! Edit: weeks later, I am still using Deepstash regularly. A wonderful addition to my!

Deepstash is like a knowledge store, or a mini libraby where books are many shortly notes with a lot of topics such as self improvement, time management, communication, etc. Every topic is a systematic idea. When you finish reading one idea, the app will tell you. You can save any idea that interests you. Besides, the app has some trending stories, featured topics by editors, recommended topics for you, and quote of the day. Especially, the way those topics are presented is easy to read.

I LOVE to learn! This app lets me pick my topics of interest. It displays an article title & some introductary text with its web link - in a box. Chosen "highlights" & quotes from the article are in their own separate boxes. I can read some sample text & then decide: 1) not interested; check out another offering, or, 2) connect to & read the whole article. So, it saves me time, that I can use to read more focused material. An excellent feature is: I can save favorite items directly to this app!

Long time user, and have 2 issues. 1. App gets so laggy when I am reading a loooong post. As I scroll down and down to read, it gets more and more laggy for every post. 2. I use Spark app for email, and when I click contact us, it opens that app but doesn't autofill "to" part, I cannot contact to deepstash, cuz I don't know the support email address.

The summaries are decent, although most appear to be written by a grade-schooler (poor or no editing, typos, then/than they're/their misuse, missing punctuation...). The app is hard to navigate. You get a notification about a great summary, then can't find it a day later (e.g. "Why meditation works" ). And GOD! Enough with the stupid achievements! I read three summaries one night and get notified of 7 or 8 achievements unlocked. I got tired of tapping "Continue" and just hit "Skip."

Doesn't keep track of what you've read. There seems to be no history. I was reading something one time, came back to the app and couldn't even find what I was reading again. I started a journey and when I came back to the app, it said I'd completed much more than I actually had. Ideas have bad grammar. Ideas from free sources are used. Journeys have conflicting ideas, which would be fine if they weren't titled as instructional. Definitely not worth the money.

I like the concept, but the applications acheivements are big and disrupt, the constant pop ups for buying premium aswell, another thing is the app is buggy and a bit slow, I did a tap hold and tried switching apps and it began making a shutter sound, while listening with audio and scrolling it is delayed also I think that knowledge should be free so I'm going to just build a digital library with a open source project, good app but needs work

Stars for the idea only, it fails in execution. Incredibly buggy UI (have to close the app after ever read item), heavily pushed paid model, and typos in the content. Not sure where the summaries are coming from (App Dev or Content Creator) but either way, a low quality product currently not worth the money. I'd love to see improvements made to turn my thoughts around, because the idea is cool.

A bunch of the content is user created but they charge for using the app. I still haven't found if there's a place to find all the books or summaries I've started. I'll read the first few points and then have to put it down and when I open the app again, it starts on the menu again with a whole new selection of topics. There's also occasional spelling errors and grammar issues. Sometimes words missing. It's not the kind of thing that inspires confidence in learning from this app.
