Last update, redesign, is really really bad. They haven't fixed bugs they had before and now added even worse things. Like why can't you swipe down on a picture of a song anymore to pull it down. And why have animation that pulls down to the play list automatically, it's just bad. I never needed that, I just wanted to swipe down a little bit and play the song, not wait for animation to finish. Also sometimes favorites play in wrong direction, this one is as old as long as I used deezer.

Now that I pay for it, half the tracks are poor streaming audio quality and the other half is great. On the app's drop down to choose audio quality, only basic appears as an option. Plus, the app keeps crashing for no apparent reason. Neither issue was present during the trial period. Please fix and i will change my rating to 5 glorious stars! UPDATE: near flawless now. Hate that in the US, no longer can we pay thru Cricket and now you're more expensive, from 6 bucks to $9.99!! Uggh.

I like the vast content on this app. There is plenty to choose from music-wise and podcast-wise. It's also easy to navigate and the UI is attractive. But I am having major issues with playback, now. A music track or a podcast will play for a few seconds and then it will stop. I press play again, the same thing happens. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and I also cleared the cache, but the same thing is happening. I can't listen to anything at all at this point.

My biggest issue with this app right now has to be its playback error. On numerous occasions while I'm listening to music, the app will shoot an error saying that the player failed to load the song and abruptly either stops playing or will crash the app. Besides that and the load time on music being slower than the average (which I hope they can get around to addressing sooner rather than later), this app is a solid alternative to Spotify.

Edit: App is now completely broken. No music plays, no troubleshooting fixes it. Old: My favorite music app. Not pushy with audiobooks and podcasts like Spotify is, not glitchy/broken/missing music like Tidal, and not a broken bottle filled with needles and feces like YouTube music. My favorite feature is that this app doesn't have a delay between tracks on an album like other services do. It sounds like how the artist intended for it to sound when you bought the CD. Absolutely beautiful

Decent Music App but I constantly have to Force stop and clear cache every other day to get the app to perform. It often gets hosed up in the launch process. Additionally I would like to see a discovery mode for artist similar or adjacent to your favorite so you get introduced to more music and emerging artists. Last I think it's a bit pricey for one person subscription.

I abhore the fact that the app requests me to deactivate offline mode to play my downloaded music. In what world does this make sense, especially if I'm in an area with no signal?! I will give this a couple months to see if it changes. If not, I'm afraid I'll be moving on to something else. My commute consists of lots of areas with no signal, and if I can't do a simple thing like playing music that's already downloaded, what good is it?

The contacts are unresponsive, and dishonest. First, after paying $9.99 for this service for a year or even longer, they removed access to my account after they changed the icon and uped the cost to $11.99. I had no notification, no one spoke to me, just suddenly this app is telling me that I don't have a subscription despite my email being right there. This company continued to charge me the new price without giving me access to their service. Help desk did not help.

Like it but now it's not loading correctly. Great variety of music, and I'm hearing new stuff that I actually like. However, the app is not loading correctly on the home/explore/search screens. It's unusable for anything but my favorites. I've reset my phone and cleared cache, no change.

Got a lot worse. No play queue. No dislike. No autoplay of an artist (neither mostly nor purely). Play button on artist thumbnails is 1 rando track + autoplay informed solely by that track alone. What it selects are nearly all other artists, and if it begins with a cover, expect to get three other versions of the same song in the next five—& again, the next track is never even listed. Casting glitchy. Mobile→desktop switching broken. Do Not import YT Music

App works great when it works, but it rarely does. Sometimes just refusing to play with no explanation, generating mixes with like 2 tracks in them, failing to play downloaded music due to a 'connection issue'. Even if they fixed every issue I had, it wouldn't be worth my time and money to wait for them to fix it, and I don't think it's worth yours either. OH, AND I FORGOT, THEY JACKED THE PRICE WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTIFICATION AS THE APP GOT WORSE, THAT'S NOT OKAY!!

best music streaming app, some improvements could be made. namely, there is very little connectivity with other services/devices. for example, deezer is not available on game consoles or discord like spotify is. also clearing songs from the queue is buggy and clunky. clearing a song from the queue takes you back up to your current track and prevents you from clearing another song for several seconds, which feels unintentional and unintuitive. even with these minor issues, this app is still #1

Edit: I have the latest version. The order by button is gone. I don't want it to be ordered by the first added, but by the last added. Please add back this button. I don't want to listen first to music's I have added years ago! Another issue: my offline downloaded music are not available offline! And I still don't like the new logo, I will not change my mind about the dating app feeling of it.

I experience frequent issues with loading. I can hit "play," and whatever I was listening to most recently will play, but I can't do anything else. I can't change artist that's playing because I can't search or access the home page or access favorited artists, etc. When I use the widget to start a playlist, it does not take me to the artist I selected!!!! I just starts playing whatever I was listening to the last time the app was open! It's so annoying!!! Defeats the purpose of the widget.

some UI issues stopping me from downloading podcasts, individual songs, and generated playlists. I like the ability to import favorite artists from other services. Internet inconsistency causing an error popup that must be acknowledged to continue playing is very dumb and needs fixed.

Terrible customer service! I was using Deezer paid subscription at $11.99/mo for 4 years. I decided to upgrade to Deezer Family for $218.99/yr. They charged me the $218.99, then charged me $11.99 for my old plan. I asked for a refund for the double charge of $11.99 and they refused to refund me that money. So, I canceled everything. What a terrible way to treat a loyal customer. Well, I'm not a customer anymore. REPLY: I already contacted customer service, and they refused the refund.

I really love Deezer, however I think $9.99 would be a fair price and unfortunately I see myself having to cancel. There's just way too many awesome services that only charge 10 bucks a month! that extra 4 bucks each month is crucial to my decision. I have no problem acknowledging Deezer is an awesome service and sounds great through my Beats Studio 3! l wish this wasn't the case.

Edit: I did email you. It accomplished exactly what I expected, i.e. absolutely nothing. You blew it. Deezer got my business away from Amazon & YouTube by being the only app that opens my shuffled playlist right back up where I left off when I closed the app. Whatever you did to this app in the last few updates has destroyed that feature. Deezer is now shutting my playlist off when I close out, NOT starting up on the song & shuffle I left it at. I canceled it.

I have tried Deezer off and on over the years and will admit I didn't give it good chance. My mistake for sure. Working from home I just want to hear music. New music, old favorites. I also like order and simplicity. I don't want choas and confusion. Both the web and app version are user friendly, allow for me to organize my music in any order I want. Also let my move 8,000+ songs from Spotify in about 1 minute. Give Deezer a try. It has everything I love in a music app.

I've had this app for more than 5 years. I've built up a bunch of great playlists and now everytime I try to use these playlists I get playback errors for the majority of songs now making it unusable. it'd be one thing if it just skipped to the next song but it doesn't so it makes it useless for driving. I was only using deezer still cause of the years of playlists I've made, but I'm done with it now since none of my playlists work.
