1. too many duplicate wines on search. a merge algorithm is needed. 2.in general, the search engine is the weak feature. 3. when taking a picture with the application or when imlorting one, the automatic trim cuts the picture randomly (mostly the lower part) 4. i do enjoy the app

good way to remember bottles you have had, but the app only half works on Android. The "following" page only loads half the time, as well as many of their content pages on the home screen. Ratings often glitch and double post. Needs a lot of work

I like the app overall. Same issue as other though, when pricing, get an error. Pricing does not work very well. But good for keeping track of your inventory and getting feedback from others on wines. I have not used it much for their suggestions.

4.5 stars...very fun app to record, rate, and review all the fine wine you drink! Label recognition using your camera is terrific(they are quick at identifying any wine labels that it does not identify). Easy to use and fun community of users to learn more about wine. Only issue...I need to reload the app once in a while when I get strange error messages opening the app.

It's just so full of bugs. Crashes too often. Will show two copies of a wine you enter. You remove one of them and it deletes both. How on their website do you submit feedback? I use it often but might switch to something else. Disappointing.

The app itself is good. It identified a wine that another app couldn't. But the developers have an exaggerated opinion of themselves. They keep sending daily notifications that I don't want. I've turned everything off that I can but the notifications keep coming in every day at noon. I will be installing this app soon if this keeps up.

Really like this app. Great at detecting labels and filling in information about the wine for reviews. The UI can be a little difficult at times (lack of continuity from screen to screen) and there's no way to just access the shopping option. A good UX overhaul would help take this app up to a 5-star rating.

It didn't have some of the features I've come to expect from this kind of app, and it has some emphasis that doesn't really align with my views on wine. Which is fine; this app is not for me. But as soon as I logged in to this app, it started sending me spam emails which I never excepted to receive. And there is no way of deleting your account within the app. And it has been several days since I asked customer support to delete my account, but I still haven't heard from them. So now I'm stuck with this sub-par app sending me spam emails.

Apps very great in saving and rating all the wines i tried in the last 7 years. Unfortunately apps not working properly anymore in the last 3 months. Wine cannot be saved anymore which was the mais reason i liked that app so much. Hopefully they will solve the bugs and update the app soon

I've rated over a 100 wines on this app. What I like about this app is the label recognition. The ability to take a picture and it picks up on what wine it was, is amazing. Even if it doesn't pick up on it, the staff are fairly speedy on filling it out for you. So if you looking for an easy way to keep track of the wines you drank, this is it. But, I wish more work was done on the wine insights. The ability to sort by highest rating, oldest wine, or average rating per region or type is lacking.

I love using this app. Both for keeping track of my own impressions of wines and for getting unbiased reviews of wines I'm considering. The world of wine is so myriad! This helps and it's easy to use. If the app fails to identify a wine correctly the team is pretty responsive with correcting it. If there are ads, I can't think of ever being bothered by them. If I try to think about what would make it better, I'm kinda stumped.

Pretty good app. Whatd make it even better would be robust recomendations based on my choices, but it does have a trend section which helps me to learn my patterns. But could be a more helpful app, suggesting new wines, finding wine stores nearby that may carry it, and many more things the app could do, like a "find a new wine based on your tasting notes." As is, it's the most basic social media for wine. But it's best feature is looking up wines by picture/ label.

Overall a good experience. It would be nice to have a search feature on your individual landing page. The biggest aggravation is the price. Almost always it will say "sold out". Who cares, what was the price? Update on 12/2020. Price feature is still the biggest gripe. Always get a server error or sold out. Just list a price so you know what it used to be...sheesh. 02/2023 - continues to have a server error when checking price...

Edit Oct '23- it looks like they finally fixed the bug on Android devices that caused the app to crash after every single photo identification. ------- I'm surprised that this app fell out of popularity with somms and wine geeks. It's the best way to keep your tasting notes organized and to search for other tasters notes

I use this all of the time. Edited: This app has become essentially useless. It stopped identifying wines in real time. Everytime I snap a pic of a label, I get the error message "this looks like a tricky one.." and it takes days to identify, even with easily identifiable grocery store wines (Josh, Bogle, etc). I have emailed twice reporting this issue with no response. The only reason I used this app was to check the aggregate ratings when deciding on a wine to purchase. Bye Delectable.

Pretty good at identifying wines and great way to record rating notes. I utilize as a retail wine buyer, especially for pre-sales which I have no tasting samples. Like anything, you have to suss out amateurs from the people who know what they're talking about. I cannot implore enough that people should leave even the briefest of tasting notes!!!! That is so much more data than a numeric score.

This app has been able to successfully identify almost every wine via photo, occasionally mixing up a different variety of the same brand. Out of a couple dozen bottles, only once did it fail to recognize a bottle at all. Scrolling through previous ratings to see if we have already tried a particular bottle has not been intuitive, we haven't seen an obvious search function yet. Not a problem yet, but may become one as we add more photos.
