It's a good app if you just need to check your account. It used to be far better, but since the update, the mobile deposit feature no longer works. Presumably, this is an issue with compatibility that needs to be worked out, but as it is, I haven't been able to deposit my checks without traveling across town to the nearest branch. Like I said, it's still good for checking statements on the go and such, but it's not very useful for anything else.

I have a chk and 2 sav acct. I can transfer b/w them no problem. Transactions are detailed enough to not have to guess where charges are coming from. Also, it's easy to use with Zelle. UPDATE: Some update messed up fingerprint and also user-pwd, but got fixed. Fingerprint running well under Android 11.

Does everything that I need a mobile banking app to do. Checking balances is fast & simple. Moving money between accounts (even between my accounts & my wife's accounts) is simple and fast. When traveling, a frequently used feature is the locator - to find branches or ATMs of this or other CUs. Yet another success from the credit union we have been with for more than 30 years. I recommend it to the whole Delta Air Lines family and other Atlanta metro area residents.

very useful app especially when doing transfers between accounts. only problem I had was not being able to lock and unlock my debit card when I lost and found it. I had to go to the website on a computer and just order a new one. so I had to wait 7 days even after I found my card in order to use it bc my old card was no longer working. only inconvenience so far.

great functionality, simple but highly effective. excellent job! edit: from 5 to 1 stars for following reasons: 1) had to walk home late one night because I was NOT my able to transfer money to the account lyft is connected to. 2) had several hundred dollars in one account and was charged $70 because another account was overdrafted when previously it just autodebited from a funded account.

I like the layout, but the fingerprint login keeps turning off and won't turn back on, which is really frustrating. I called customer support about it some time ago and they didn't know how to fix the problem. I eventually uninstalled the app which temporarily fixed it, but it just turned off some time later again. Please fix!!!!

Delta is way better credit union than this other credit union that I use in Atlanta. The other guy's debit purchases takes about 3-7 days to come out of your account whereas most of Delta's purchases come out instantly or up to two days! I can count on them when I need them the most! I wish that they would add instant credit card, personal or business loan applications, and approvals through the app based on my account history. I also wish they had financial fit classes in the app!

With transfers, instead of saying there is an error with the transfer and it was not completed, it just logs you out of the app. This is a horrible user experience. It should provide an alert and at least a notice that the transfer was not completed to prevent multiple attempts and frustration. In addition, if there is a transfer dollar limit, that should be displayed on the page to begin the transfer to avoid this entire scenario.

I love the convenience of not having to go into the bank EVER. But there are a few glitches... sometimes transfers don't work and I have to try again later. Also the check deposit feature NEVER works properly. I end up taking about 30-40 pictures before it finally accepts the photo of the back of the check. It's completely annoying. Other than that, it's a pretty good app.

This app is worlds better than the old one, although, the old one is a distant memory at this point. It's simple and has never crashed for me. I love that I can sign in with my finger print and that I can see an account overview without having to sign in. Update: app is still great and getting better. You can now see your account number and routing number without having to go to the website. It doesn't crash, and still looks great.

having to many problems depositing a check. Took a week to do it. kept saying session timed out every time I clicked on to take a pic of it. I also removed app and reloaded it. called custoner service for help and she walked ne through what i was already doing. we ended up getting disconected. I got frustrated and didnt even bother to call back due to trying to get to work. anyhow, It finally ended up working after a few more attempts. I never had problems before making a mobile deposit. 🤔

I love most of the features in the app, though it occasionally has connectivity issues with my bank that stop my transfers before I can complete them. Also, the fingerprint sensor has never worked for me. EDIT 8/2/2020 While the fingerprint sensor now works perfectly well for me, the notifications now stay permanently unread, because when I try to click the envelope icon to view them, I'm logged out to the app's sign-in screen.

I really like this app. My favorite part is the on demand integrated security. It's so fast I have literally caught fraudulent actions while they were happening. The automated phone response is instant and allows you to confirm our deny transactions on the fly if suspect. The only issue is that it can be too good if you travel to far away from your normal purchasing habits and start buying stuff. The only thing I would like to see is the point rewards system integrated into it.

It's been a gteat app, I'm sure that I have only scratched the surface of what it can do, but so far I really like it. Recently something has changed, and the app has stopped showing affiliated credit unions. This is not helpful, because I don't live where there are actual DCCU locations. I took 2 stars off my review because of this. Too bad, the app was better before this change.

Perfect. Super simple no need to do anything extra unless you're on the computer. But mobile check deposit isn't working currently and I'm pretty inconvinced by that. Especially since I wrote the "for mobile deposit only" message on the endorsement... It could be because it's a money order and the app says "amount value needs to be visible" and then crashes. the font is odd But seriously I've done this before and it worked fine. *Edit* I took the picture with the check upside-down and success

Generally a well designed, well implemented app. A couple things that, if addressed, would bump this to 5 stars for me: 1) I have more than one fingerprint stored on my mobile phone so that I can unlock my phone in either hand. This app will not allow fingerprint authentication because someone made a determination that 'it's not secure' for there to be more than one fingerprint on the device. I do not agree. 2) Better search for transaction types (e.g. check) in the app

The only thing I use this app for is mobile deposit, and for a few days now I can't get it to work. It crashes and tells me I've been logged out due to inactivity right as I take a photo of the front of the check. Super frustrated, even updated the OS to see if that would help. Using a Nexus 5x running Android 7.0 Update 4.21.20 // Continues to be buggy as anything, constantly. Even with deleting and reinstalling. Very frustrated.

The app has come a long way. Its super easy to use, and syncs wonderfully with items Ive set up on my computer. I can even see my Rewards Points now. I also appreciate how friendly the transition of use from the app to a browser is. Some functionalities are still in need of work, like A2A via mobile, but I love the new card controls.

MY REVIEW HAS BEEN UPDATED. ★★On 03/25/2024 I wrote "Depositing checks has suddenly become difficult" ★★ Today is 08/30/2024 Depositing checks with the auto-capture feature has been fixed! There is minimal learning required, It doesn't take long to learn the proper environment needed to make quick photo deposits. THANK YOU to the developers for getting things back on track! 🫶🏿💪🏿

UPDATE: this app used to be great most of the time. But, very recently, say in the past week, it keeps logging me out "due to inactivity". Less than 30 seconds may have passed since I logged on, then, after I have taken a picture of a check to deposit, it reverts to logging me out repeatedly. Sometimes the photo can't be taken because the camera screen stays black, or it stays black for a lengthy period of time when attempting to capture a photo of the check.
