Looks like the app and the registration site are out of sync. Keep getting wrong password after I registered on the site it directs you to for registration. Looks like it's an issue nobody's looking to fix based on all the other reviews. 0 stars

I'd give the app zero stars if I could, as it's unusable, can't log in. Same issue as everyone else. Don't know why this app exists, I can log in fine on their website so I know there's no issue with my login credentials as it keeps telling me "Username not found."

Does not let you sign in says "only member sign ins are supported...but it works on the website. But I need the app to work for convenience

Since I switched to this insurance this year I continually am unable to quickly find how I can pay my bill. Its nowhere on the app its nowhere on the main website. This is extremely frustrating and honestly I'm probably going to switch insurance next year just for this reason

Can't login. Says my password is incorrect even though I just reset it twice and neither one worked. Same thing happens on your website. Why does this happen? It also tells me my username is not long enough. Then how was I able to make it my username??? Same issues I had a few years ago before I gave up and deleted the app. How is it that you have not fixed these problems?

Terrible login experience. Won't accept my saved credentials and redirects to the website to try a reset. Then the website is equally terrible. This is just maddening. I just want to schedule a dental appointment but this company's digital experience is non-functional.

I had to install this app only because Delta refuses to show basic information like my Member Number or other ID card information on the website. This is peak useless app development. There is no reason for this to exist. Wasting storage space on my phone for something that could have been done entirely in a browser.

What do you mean only member sign ins are supported??? I am a member. I just made an account and the app won't let me sign in with the exact info! This app works well as your coverage does, not.

I log in fine. I can see my id info. Everything else (which important) all I get is the we are unable to process your request, please try again later... been like that always... I have to call for everything that I should be able to see. App is pointless so far...

Authentication is through a web view? Won't hold the session or save credentials. Useless as a mobile app to me, because it cannot remember my password. Might as well access through a browser...

app is terrible - never works - whenever I try to load claims, all I ever get is "we were unable to process your request, sorry for the inconvenience." It's an inconvenience if it happens one. It's a garbage app if it happens every time. This is a garbage app.

Keeps signing me out and refusing to log back in. Tales me about 3 tries. Also, no member ID appears on the digital membership ID card. Just group name, group ID, plan, and status of membership. Almost all useless information. Terrible experience especially if you are trying to give a dentist your insurance information Edit: After reading other reviews, it looks like it has to do with a timeout issue and you need to wait a few minutes before you actually get signed in... Garbage app

Cannot even open app. As soon as I tap on the icon and the app appears on my screen, the app gives an error window saying "Unable to process your request - something went wrong, please try again later" The only option is to press "Ok" which closes the app. I am not able to make any inputs to the UI at any point other than pressing ok to close. I have tried force stopping, clearing cache and clearing data but still encounter the error. I am on a Galaxy S20 running Android 12

Unable to log in like everyone else - text doesn't allow you to hit the sign in button. Also, the biometrics option only recognizes my face on android but not fingerprints. It looks like the fingerprint function is designed for iphones because it tells you to place it on the home button. When the face scan works for me, it still fails the fingerprint even though I didn't attempt to use that option. I also can't use non-login features such as search for dentist because it just freezes loading.

App does not allow you to log in. States authentication error and no account found matching your information entered. I know it is correct bc I just spoke to technician support. They did a big change over in the beginning of 2021 so if you had an account before then, you will have to re-register or merge accounts. I can log on under Google on my phone but the app is not working.

This app is just garbage. It redirects you to a browser to sign in. When you try and sign in, it's completely unresponsive after you've entered your username and password. It turned out if you wait about a full minute for it to recognize that you've tried to sign in. However it cames back with an error saying the username or password were incorrect. This is highly unlikely since I was able to sign with the previous app using the same information.

Not as bad of an experience as I was expecting, based on the previous reviews. I managed to log in without issues, I like the option to display the id card without needing to log in. The pages load quickly. Now, a lot of claims are missing, although you can see them on the website. In short, yay for the id card easily accessible, but once you log in, the info is not reliable. So why even bother to log in...

App keeps telling me I am offline and have no internet connection... which is bogus. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling -- to no avail... I'm very pained by this experience... as I've never had too many problems in the past, but since getting a new job and having Delta Dental once again for coverage-- it's been bad app experience for MONTHS!!... Please fix soon... I really like the app and its usability (it's so helpful) -- when it works...

Can't even use it. Won't let me sign in. Says it's having technical difficulties. Also, when you try to retrieve your username, the birthday calendar comes up with no option to skip the years. So, you think I'm going to press the back arrow for 40 years? Multiply by 12... Yeah right. Fix your app! Edit: even their contact form has the same issue with the birthday information. Can't even contact them without dealing with this!
