This app sucks...back button doesn't function, trying to go to different parts of the menu, won't go anywhere, it just doesn't work, I have to shut the app down and restart it if I want to look at another menu item...are all of Denny's systems down right now??? I've tried the website on my PC and my phone as well and those also don't work, you go to the site to select a locations, won't pull anything, try to look at the menu and that page is blank.

App definitely has problems. Stored credit card never works. I end up having to enter manual every time. The stored card shows but fails with a bad address message. But then I enter it exactly the same way and it works fine. Only 40 characters for special instructions is ridiculous. Can't do much with that little space. App crashes at exit everytime. The app developer just seems to ignore the comments of everyone having the same issues.

love this app... hate that it's not linked to the restaurant well enough to know it's closed. Have ordered three times overnight from the local 24 hour restaurant only to show up and it was closed for "maintenance ". Refunds were given by it wasn't easy. App itself is laid out well, intuitive and allows for customizing. I'm sure it works great when the restaurant on the other end is actually open.

Glitches! Will often let you go thru entire ordering process. Only to get a message at the very end saying credit cards arent supported at this location. What!?! How can I place an online order if I can't use a credit card? So frustrating. So it just happened to me at a location in Barstow, CA. I then went and placed the exact same order, using the exact same credit card thru the website using my phone's browser. And the order went thru fine. The app is a waste of time & space. Just go online.

I think the recent update hasn't been functional. The nearest restaurants doesn't show when I want it, when I do select a restaurant the whole screen shifts to the left leaving the other half of the screen white, my debit/credit doesn't save for future usage. The app was working just fine before this update. It was a bit slow but no problem when I wanted to place a pick up order.

Looks okay, but if you try to use a reward by opening it and then close it for whatever reason (or the app crashes), the app apparently assumes you used the reward, and you can't reopen it if you didn't use it at that very moment. Because of this functionality, I missed out on being able to redeem a reward and had to pay full price. For Denny's, that works out great, but for the consumer, not so much. Left me irritated.

UI is bad, the app doesn't perform as expected quite often. The challenge thing just doesn't exist,I try to use it but nothing ever happens. I can't see my rewards that I'm supposed to have, somewhere? If I could rate any lower, I would. This is an abysmal app experience and interface for such a large company to have. It's a joke and I expect much better from one of my favourite restaurants for years.

Honestly the app is good when it works. I really hate that it just deletes my card info and unchecks the rewards thing whenever it feels like it. On top of that, I hate having to enter my address every time I want to order something as well as having to always start the order all over again. The app glitches a lot like "invalid address" or card or something like that even though everything is right. I just don't see a point in letting us "Save" an address, if she have to enter it everytime.

The rewards option no longer works! Used to be able to get a discount, but no options are available to choose from. All gone since app update. The food ready indicator always stuck on preparing. Never know it's ready except going in and waiting. The rewards part is not sync up with app. Wants me to sign in when I am already signed into app. They seem to operate separately, hence no rewards options. Usually there is a discount if you order a higher amount. Everything is gone! Wish it was fixed

Malfunctions. Did NOT allow me to check out. The "SIGN IN/CREATE ACCOUNT" screen keeps popping up when trying to pay. I created an account, signed in and still does not go past that screen. I restarted the app, and it still does not work. I had to close the app and order through my web browser. What's the point of having an app if it doesn't function properly? It's a rhetorical question. Hope it gets fixed asap. I'm sure they're losing a lot of business when this happens. I Still Love Danny's!

Its cool overall but my girl wanted a salad and they didnt have them on the menu when you click it. It only listed sandwiches. And some items didnt allow customization. All menu items should be customizable . and the store took longer than expected. Maybe it was their firat online order because they are new to the area but my fries were cold by the time i drove 5 minutes back home.

I'm able to make & edit an account, it's accurate in mapping my location, and I was able to select a specific Denny's location. So far I can't get the app to do anything else. It won't show a menu or begin an order. The only images I can get are the main one with the logo, a drop menu to select what I want to do, my account information, and some slightly different views of a map marking all locations in my area. Can't use this thing until it works. 😜

Right off the bat. I downloaded and I couldn't even enable my location, then I tried to put in manually and it wouldn't even look up or search the location I couldn't even make it past that part. Then I just wanted to look at the menu and I had to put a location in again! The app wouldn't even let me put one in!!! Ugh such a waste of time and absolutely ridiculous! Don't waste your time with this dumb app and just Google the menu. Zero stars over here. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

It won't let you see it unless you are going to place an order. HOW STUPID!!!!! Also, it won't let you pick a favorite location. I believe I may be in total agreement with the other poor reviews after I try it. This is very user unfriendly. Even Wendy's, McDonald's Domino's, etc allow you to view the menu first. Tried ordering. every time you click on bag to finish order, it takes you to your account and makes you log in won't go anywhere. had to order through website. don't waste your time.

Ui looks good. Ux navigation between pages, specifically the menu, is terrible. There is no back button, you can't swipe to go back, the only way to go one level higher or to the root of the menu is to go to some other page and go back to menu, a very bad experience. Either that's the case or I have completely missed the back button. Otherwise, if I am correct though and that is fixed, it would be a 5 star app.

I hate their app. It's bulky and slow. Whenever you add an item to the cart it takes you back to the home page instead of where you were ordering from ìn the menu. Took forever to order 3 breakfast sides. Also, why is a grand slam almost $4 more than a super slam? That doesn't make sense. Either lower the prices a bit or add some specials to the menu. Thanks

Absolutely atrocious. Won't even hold my profile information. I have over a dozen similar apps and this one is so useless I don't see the point. Update my favorite location? It lets me select it, but won't retain it. If they can't get the basics right, there's no way - none - that I can trust it with an order. Deleting this fiasco of an app.
