Such a total waste app, you placed an order then you can't do anything, you can't change shipping address, you can't cancel order, you can't contact them just automated call, you can't expect them anything over mail, and after all that you can't see the order placed in profile. then what is the need to be in market place offering product at cheap rate when you are available to provide cheap services

It is a very bad app though you get items at a cheap price but it is equivalent in price to what you will get from the local shop if you include gst with delivery charges. Quality is compromised here. Also the return and refund policy is also very bad. I am stuck with defective products and unable to raise tickets or contact them.

dont wanna give a single star to this app so disappointed. I placed an order 2 weeks before till today it didn't deliver yet , it was showing out of delivery and i have paid for the order too. There are no customer care services available on their given contact number. Never place an order on this app it is a waste of time and an irritating app for shopping. #pathetic#frustrating#disgusting#etc.etc. I want to say so much more and disgust things about this app but there are word limitations.

The app shows products in a very affordable price but when you start to checkout it shows more than 2x of the amount to be paid. Like, if you want to buy something under rupees 5-10 the app will show the amount to be paid as more than rupees 50-60 while the checkout. Also, it doesn't have any return service.

The app needs a lot of upgrades.... The products I had on my wish list are no longer on my wish list after updating the apps. Apart from that, the products that I paid for....later before the goods were delivered, I received a message that the product was not available and the money was being refunded. Which is really disgusting. Fix these problems as soon as possible.

Item are available in less price but not like whole sale market price. Deodap shows only the actual price without 'GST' . So people think ists cheaper from other shoping apps. But there was a big problem with the delivery, very poor packaging, zero safety, always missing products, incomplete invoice that only shows product sku code, no price details, However the Customer support is quite good, one of Radha resolved my missing product complaint quickly. Lets see how they send in next purchase.

Extremely disappointed with the service! I placed a prepaid order on 26th May, and it's now 18th June - 23 days later, and my order still hasn't arrived. To make matters worse, the customer support team has been unresponsive and unhelpful despite multiple attempts to reach out.They are not even refunding my money even after mailing them and raising ticket for refund. This is a terrible customer experience, and I would not recommend this company to anyone."

Very poor service. While adding to cart, it shows delivery in 2 days, but after placing the order, it takes 15–20 days. Total waste of time. And if you email them to cancel due to the delay, they simply say cancellation is not possible. Total waste of time and energy. Please don’t buy anything from here.

initially, the services of deodap were good. Now delivery gets delayed for weeks, nobody responds to customer care number, the moment you put something in cart or wishlist it gets out of stock in hrs time, and there is no way to know what items they have canceled randomly and break up for refund amount. I had recommended this app to a lot of ppl but now I am telling everyone not to use this app.

Beware, Scam Alert: My recent order had multiple issues — missing parts, wrong items, and poor quality products. Despite providing clear unboxing videos and all requested details, support kept delaying, repeatedly asking for the same information, and ultimately refused to accept their mistake. Instead of sending the missing parts or arranging a return, they offered a token refund that doesn’t solve the problem, leaving me with unusable items. Pathetic 😡😠

Personally, I don’t like this app. Even though the prices of the products are low, there’s a shipping charge for everything. Compared to this, apps like Meesho and Flipkart offer free delivery.Very Bad...At least from now on, when offering products at such low prices, they should also provide free shipping.

Scam alert. When you order multiple items, they won't ship all the items. If you report missing items, they will ask for unboxing video proof, even though it's clear that the item cannot be accommodated in the package they sent, when you show them the package via photographs. Pathetic customer support, and scamming the public like this. stay way from this app, and don't get lured with low cost items, ofcourse quality is pathetic.

Complete scam app. I received a broken item and their customer care isn't responding even after sending them an unboxing video. The prices seem low, but after GST and delivery, they're almost the same as others. Delivery usually takes a week, and products are obviously of inferior quality, but receiving a broken item and not getting support is the worst part.

This app is not a shopping app. It is made to scam people. There is no Cash on delivery option, no return and refund option. Once they get the prepaid order, they don't bother to send the exact product and exact quantity. 50% of the products are missing in the parcel and you cannot find a platform where you can lodge a complaint about my missing products. Worst app ever 👎

I had a very bad experience with DeoDap. I placed an order but I never received the product. The tracking status showed "Out for Delivery," but after two days, the order was cancelled without any explanation. To make things worse, I haven’t even received a refund yet. This kind of service is very unprofessional and disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend shopping from DeoDap based on my experience.

At least Don't send Damaged products. I have ordered many products from DeoDap. I don't expect the quality. For sure, this is the lowest quality product and with that price no more expectations. However getting damaged products and asking for mandatory unboxing video is a big Joke. With this you expect that your every order should have unboxing video 😄. Keep your product and the business. I don't want the replacement or refund. I am fine with the Shopping experience with you.

Total scam app. Do not order from here. They show products at cheap rates but inflate the final bill (with hidden charges). I ordered 2 items, but 1 was missing. It still showed delivered on their app. No use of contacting their customer care, which is useless. Products take too long to be delivered. They also don't show delivery charges first (only at the time of payment).
