App keeps you logged as "Guest". Impossible to find where to login with your DEWA ID, therefore the "easypay" requires you to know (by heart or after extensive research) your easy pay number (tip given by the app: "EasyPay number is your existing number for respective services"). It's easier to find "rate this app" than "log into your account", therefore I'm rating it as it deserves and not paying my bill this month. See you next month.

Many funtions and requited links are so complicated and hidden under menus and submenus that one don't know how to reach. Viewing a simple pdf detailed bill is not available in front page. Once u raise any request it does not appear under track request for several days. It is just good enough to pay your monthly bill.

Terrible, can't pay my bill for many days of trying. It's full of glitches and requests sign in every time to simply pay the bill and the website not any better. Paying a bill should be simply through a link you receive without any login and complications.

It doesn't show correcr consumption. Till end of month it was showing 11000 GL water usage and suddenly in last two days it jumped to almost 4 times of it. Wrong estimation lead to excessive water usage. If it gives upto 90% correct figure it will help save water Rest app is good for other purposes like paying bill view your bills and all.

I'm not sure how Dubai government allows such a poor application and website to be customer facing. It's impossible to update your information on any of their platforms, keeps giving random errors, glitches, bugs.. reminds of websites in the 90s when the internet just started.

It's just calculating everyday how much we are using but why its not showing how much its charges and I don't know why it's waiting for 1 month for showing amount

The app automatically logs out, requiring us to enter our username and password every time. Additionally, for payments, we have to enter our card details each time with no option to save cards. This has been a terrible experience, and as a result, I have stopped using this app. Paying through Net Banking / Mobile Bank App is much easier.

App keeps asking for weird permissions. Why does an electricity company need access to GPS, location, contacts, entire phone storage. The UX of the app is extremely convuluted. Rather than having a simple interface to pay a bill in 20 seconds, you get lost in logging in every time and following through a horrendously complex menu to get to pay a bill. The developer had absolutely no clue what user privacy or UX design actually is.

Why is the DEWA app asking for GPS permissions are other privacy-invading stuff? It should be just a simple app to see your bill and pay it. Nothing more.

Suddenly since 2 days, it shows an error listing that it doesn't work with rooted devices or mock location, although my device is neither rooted, not am I using a mock location, and I am accessing it on my du plan inside the UAE...

The application not working last few days. The app exits suddenly after logged in using UAE Pass. I am trying to pay my bill but unable to do on the application as it exit automatically after 1 second of login.

This is a cumbersome application. I cannot do the simplest things, such as paying a bill through this application with a chain. So now I cannot log in, and I have to try more than once to complete the required procedure. I ask you to look into this issue.

App is good for most services. May I suggest adding a feature for users to report EV charging stations that are not working or faulty on the app. The call feature is fine but it would be more convenient if I had the opportunity to report in real time when I'm at a station that's not working.

Unhelpful and inconsiderate customer service. The water meter can't be checked because it's locked so there's no way to check in real time if there's water leakage.

If you live in Dubai don't buy EV car because in Dubai DEWA provide world most lower quality charging station mostly charging station not working and no have any other options in Dubai for charging. DEWA service team tomuch slow for example 1 charge repair in 3 to 6 months. I don't know DEWA why do that why not install good quality charging station. limited opinion and bad charger mostly c damage car battery.

Bill Payment yet to be updated even after making payment on it, the app shows that I still have a balance to pay instead of zeroing the amount post payment. I can share some screenshots if needed too. Feel free to reach out.
