How do they keep making this app worse? No more tray notification so I have to open the app every time to see the current reading? Still uses way too many resources for a simple graph.

Love Dexcom Follow app to see my children's glucose levels. My only issue with this new app is that every time I open it the numbers are appearing at 80 mm/l instead of 4.4 as I'm in Canada and my setting says Canada. I need to close the app and reopen it for it to switch.

Please have it show up on notification 24/7 like the old Follow app instead of having to inconveniently keep opening app to view glucose reading!!!

Suddenly the app is reading in mg/dl instead of CANADIAN mmols. there is no way to change it and 5 mins before this happened it was showing mmols. the app is BUGGED fix it pls. **also, the alarms do not SNOOZE! I am losing sleep and my mind. please fix this.

Please add the ability to quickly check the current bg reading from the phone's shade like the previous version of the app. Having to navigate to then open the app and wait for it to load is a significant decrease in convenience and user QOL for parents and other followers.

Crashes with a publicly shown 500 XML error when the app boots. Was hoping the new app wouldn't also be a complete nightmare. Bare minimum guys - check exceptions. "unable to find a translated mapped culture for \"EN-US-U-MU-CELSIUS\"

nice looking and less batery consuming but i losing stats constantly with my son is not stay on top like old one and is not good stable fix it please j re-download the old one this is dangerous

Update, if you are in Canada there is a different Follow program that works with our scale and it won't change when you restart your phone. It is called "Dexcom Follow mmol/L DXCM4" We use a different measuring system in Canada. You can change it in the settings but when you reboot your phone it reverts back. This app was working perfectly but with the latest update it no longer does.

Disappointed - I’m going back to the old version. First, the app keeps switching from mmol/L to mg/dl, even after setting my region. I’ve had to reopen or reinstall it to fix this. Second, the old app showed the number on my phone's notification window, but this one doesn’t—I have to open the app fully. Lastly, I’ve checked and rechecked my notification settings, but sometimes my phone doesn't get the low alert, even though my husband (using the old app) gets his.

legal XML file has no style associated with it so the app just stalls at the login. *Follow up*: The linked support page has a broken drop down menu for indicating the type of issue, so I can't even complete the support request form. I'll just stick with the old app for now until all these bugs are worked out.

My wife downloaded the follow app on her pixel 8 ( which is listed as compatible with the follow app) and it will not allow her to get past the legal page after she logs in. It gives her an error (XML file does not appear to have any style info associated with it.) followed by a page of computer error codes and messages. Have tried uninstalling and re installing multiple times, followed all the trouble shooting tips and nothing works!

NO QUICK GLANCE OPTION!!! I just downloaded the new app and set it up but i can alredy say i won't be deleting the old follow because i use the quick glance all the time, it gives me peace of mind every time i see it and its rite there. And if i notice something off, i call them rite away.... Everything else looks good and the transfer went very smooth

So far it's okay! Love the better graph, so much better. Don't like that there's so option for quick glance in my phone's pull down menu or on lock screen (at least that I've been able to figure out so far). If they add the "quick glance", feature then it would definitely be closer to a 5! Also to make it a 5, it would be great to see BG target zones. Right now there are no lines on the graph when you don't have alerts on. It would be great to see the target zones even with no alarms on.

i use this app for both my boys and I am very disappointed. i had to reprogram the sounds when i did the switch. most of the time, the snooze button doesn't work . i can't just glance at my phobe for their sugar levels but have to enter in the app completely to see them, when verifying the graph i can no longer drag on it to read the previous results (big must for me)
