Using the app and booking a parking in advance saves a lot of money and you have the convenience of being on the airport using the existing transportation system.

App recently does not recognize my car or display my future reservations. DFW Airport says to use my computer instead of the app. Not very convenient when traveling.

The app wouldn't process my payment and the reason was generic. Used the website and got it to go through. Not sure what's going on.

Great way to plan ahead and park easily... If only it could also phish my phone and remind me to use it as soon as I book my flights! Lol

This app doesn't do anything... I wont pull up my parking reservation, but it's happy to try and sell me another reservation. If you can't maintain the app just focus on the website instead..

This app makes it so easy to reserve it parking and the shuttles are so efficient and the drivers are very nice, service is great! We use it every time we need to go out of town and use the airport.

Helpful app to find places to eat and shop. The scale is a little wonky for travel between terminals/gates. It also did6 seem to update my location last time I was there. Overall decent app.

Convenient for getting to the airport. Leaving the airport is usually a challenge as the shuttles are not as frequent in the evening. Contacting the dispatch isn't as pleasant.

This app is a rip off. I indicated I needed a QR code but, but it switched to toll tag. Had to cancel the order, and now they are charging an extra $14. Update, if you have a toll tag it will not let you get a QR code. But since I'm not in the car with the toll tag, I need a QR code. This app is completely useless and it cost me a lot of time on a day when I was I hurry. Shame on you DFW airport!!

Details are grainy when you magnify the images. Cannot read the names of stores and such. Please add airline check in points for terminals so users won't have to walk that far when they park at the wrong end of the terminal and the check in desk is on the opposite end. It has happened to me. Would be nice to save energy and time walking.

The feature to look up pre-paid parking no longer works on the app. The website does not allow you to change the car which used to be possible in the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app couple of times, but I am still unable to see my pre-paid parking in the app. Luckily, my parking is way out in December, so I was able to cancel the parking and get the same deal with different plate information. I hope these people fix it. This has been going on for more than three months now.

Some times very difficult to navigate and find the information you're looking for. The parking reservation app part is awful too. Seems like during the summer you either have to book way out in advance or it tells you it's drive up only but when you get there there are tons of spaces. Just their way of charging you the maximum amount. You'd think they'd have some kind of frequent user program too. I'm there 3 weeks out of 4 each month. I've never seen a discount code!
