4 because,I don't know if it's just me... The app is hanging and sometimes doesn't pronounce... Also the proverbs unlocked should be read

This is a great app except for the fact that I can't locate the proverbs I unlock for practice and the Ai doesn't pronounce the proverbs.

All of a sudden, after the 2 greeting lessons in the Ga language, one needs to buy the premium before one can continue the other lessons. Very disappointing.

Incredibly interactive for non native speakers. Easy to use and understand. My son will be using this quite often to get some practice in!

Its a good app but the options are limited The language I am trying to learn has only 2 levels and other have about 16 which is really annoying, And they NEVER update their app which is very bad

Would have given it five stars but audio and image generation is slow, which wastes a lot of time. Would appreciate if that is fixed, thanks.

It is very easy to navigate through and rather interesting. Soon I'll be speaking Swahili. Never in my wildest dreams wld l have imagined learning another language to be easy n exciting.

This is the premier app for learning West African languages. The lesson plan is easy to follow and gradually builds your language proficiency as you progress through it. If you are looking to gain conversational competency in Twi or Yoruba before you visit Ghana or Nigeria, I recommend using this app.

It's too expensive and you only do a few sessions before the others are the premium choice. I want to find a FREE Ghanaian app to learn Ga, not an app that I have to pay over £10 monthly...

I'm so happy to finally have an app that lets me learn yoruba. Some bugs need fixing, like sometimes the audio doesn't play for images while others do. It's also hard trying to open new lessons as a free user. But still a great app

I have tried many apps, but this is exceptional. Really love the module. Plenty of free content and good options to purchase more. So far, premium seems cool. Simple, rich, worth it.

I've tried this and to get anywhere with that you have to pay an exorbitant amount of money. The sad part is hard to find an app that teach African languages that is as good as those that teach to European or Oriental languages. I will continue to look for one that is more like Duolingo. Do not waste your time with this one!

First of all the audio timing does not match, I've been trying to learn Yoruba for a while now and I thought I had finally found an app. To my greatest surprise I can't seem to go further from two stages because I have to pay a sum of money. And it seems like I don't have a choice. That is not how it's supposed to be. I should have a choice if I want to pay or not and be able to continue, hence the poor ratings. You can do better.

As a second-generation Ghanian American, I've been looking all over for a way to learn and practice Twi because my parents didn't teach me, and this is the first actually helpful app I've found for it. This app is kind of like doulingo but for african languages that aren't as accessible as those on doulingo. I love that the curriculum for the languages arent as random as doulingo but, doulingo is better in the fact that it's free, and this app has missing audio.

Downloaded the app because I found out about it on tiktok. First things first, I'd like to say that this is a great way to get Africans who lost their language to reconnect (yeah, I'm aware not all languages are here but still.) I'm Nigerian and yoruba so naturally I went to that. Registering for was a breeze. Starting the lesson was cool but I had problems with the audio. I tried using headphones but I still couldn't hear the audio which made half the lessons impossible to complete/learn.

This app is wonderful! It works well and has quite a few African languages available to learn. If you choose to go for the free option, you are limited to only 2 or 3 levels on any language. Many of the proverbs don't have audio, & I cannot see a way to revisit once they've been unlocked (unless you retake the lesson). I would consider getting the premium. But, it's $9 a month, which is steep. Otherwise, the graphics are beautiful. There are a lot of levels to learn of each language in premium.
