Don't bother, it's micro transaction the game. The only thing going for it is good art. The whole game is to grind lower level to power up or resupply in spells to beat the higher level. There's very little gameplay, get Slice and Dice instead. Most of the game items are keep behind a micro transaction paywall of lootbox / bundles. The total cost requested is absolutely insane. I bought the no add unlock and really regret doing so.

Update: encountered minor error and can't get support, appears this game is abandoned by the devs. Still fun to play, but do not spend any money on it. So far, there have been no mandatory ads. You can opt to watch ads for double rewards, but I paid the $5 to get the rewards for no ads, which means I have watched zero ads. Gameplay is pretty fun, but grindy. The art style is blatantly copying Mike Mignola's Hellboy comics, which I love, but the game should give some credit somehow

[Update] Nevermind, found it. But this is another example of how little information theres in-app about certain aspects of the mechanics. I'll leave it at 4* since this little issues could be solved, and because progress is slow w/o investing money (like in every other game anyway). Otherwise, the game is a nice, aesthetics and mechanically, challenging at times and a little frustrating at others, but so far (since I'm fairly new to it) manageable still at my level, and the gameplay is cool.

Interesting gameplay. It's a really unique turn-based rpg. I can't say much at this point cuz I've only started playing it, but so far I haven't encountered any issues. I'm unsure whether this is a pay-to-win game. I'll update this review once I play a bit longer.

So far it's a pretty fun game although challenges, especially those in the early levels should be changed to be more accessible for new players. Right now they can give you a challenge that is literally impossible for any new player to complete simply because their character pool or equipment pool is too small (which is expected of new players) however I feel like this should be catered to.

Biggest flaw is that there's no way to contact support. Store screen is oversimplified to the point of being confusing and hard to use. I've also had purchased spells disappear for no apparent reason. Cool concept but dev needs to dial back the 'style' just a bit so users actually know what they're doing throughout the app

Just downloaded today. There is a bug where on 3rd battle of tutorial, it won't let me click on opponent dice to progress tutorial. Tried closing, clearing cache, and force stop; nothing helped. May seem like a quick judgement, but how can a player base be built if the tutorial is impossibly bugged.

Decent but very unbalanced. I'm actually stopping because about 20 levels in I encountered a battle where the enemies being every time by dealing more damage than my max HP, and even with all shield moves it isn't enough to guard against it. I also can't use one of the characters because I'm missing some category of equipment for her, but there's no explanation anywhere of what equipment she needs other than a colored border that can maybe be one of two sections.

I really wanted to like this game, but the stamina system is wretched. The system should either be scrapped or redone. You're already pushing to get rolls you need while also having to deal with an insane system of exhaustion. You should be able to go for a few turns before needing to throw dice into stamina, or better yet, just not need stamina? Alternatively stamina could equal re-rolls. Current system is just not enjoyable.

It's fine for a while but then you hit a wall. Suddenly enemies kill you in a single turn the first turn and have to replay the same level over and over hoping the RNG doesn't screw you over. It's clear they designed the game to get you hooked then they ramp up the difficulty so you spend money.

Gameplay reminds me of Orlog, the dice game featured in Assassin's Creed Valhalla. I appreciate the bonus challenges for level replayability, and the comic book style artwork of the cutscenes. Most of all, I am thrilled to play a game that isn't rendered unplayable by ad bloat. The only ads I've encountered are optional to double level rewards. Kudos to the developers for keeping the experience enjoyable!

It's hard to earn gold in this game, especially since some of these challenges require you to drastically change your playstyle... But the mechanics like stamina and the fact that, yes rolling the dice, requires you to think about what you should do, and it causes you to experiment. I enjoyed the game's art style, kudos to whoever drew it, and the MUSIC, oh! I don't think I've ever heard grunge like music and a lute together! All in all, good game, but maybe add a bounty system for coin?

Great very well done concept. I've played a couple other dice/card games and minus a couple rougelikes that I'm especially partial to this is by far one of the best. The reason it's four stars is that after reaching the end game it gets pretty miserable. The progression up until the last two bosses is great, switching combinations and strategizing to beat a tough level feels great. Unfortunately once you get to the end all that progression turns into challenge grind and chest luck

Pretty mid game. It's alright, great art but the gameplay is just roll dice and hope you get the right ones for the situation. Theres some status ailments and stuff like that but it's mostly hope you get high attack and high shield, rinse and repeat. No hate to the developers though, I get making games is hard and I believe they tried to make something fun that also makes money but I personally didn't enjoy it. It has an amazing vibe though. No ads (that I saw) is a huge huge huge plus though.

So far so good. Fun customization and dice rolling. Lots of levels. Could be more descriptive with what some of the symbols are in checking what each die does. Also seems very difficult on characters other than the knight as you get to higher levels. If that's the case then grinding becomes way too monotonous since you can't progress levels to unlock weapon levels, character levels, or new weapons. You kind of hit a wall.

Looked fun. Tutorial fights are too short for ads, by like a lot; that was super silly. Waiting for dice to roll is not fun—I don't care about your skeuomorphism, I care about how the digital version of this can be done almost instantly. Don't waste my time, please. I uninstalled the game after it quit responding to taps during the third fight.

I enjoy the gameplay, it makes me want to continue, but the difficulty spike stonewalls you & there is no alternative than to hope you get lucky or have money to buy resources for upgrades to level the field. The grind for rewards/resources to keep up with the difficulty is pretty harsh, no replayability. Luck matters more than strategy. The balancing is broken or nonexistent, early encounters having enemies doing hundreds more damage than you do HP so early on. The artstyle & music great.

Cool music and interesting mechanic. Edit: I was really enjoying this game, however, all of my progress was deleted when I logged back in one day. I sent an email to the developers asking for help (two months ago), but they've never gotten back to me. To be clear, even all of my purchases reverted as though I never paid for them (i.e. I had paid for no more Adds, and now I have to buy that upgrade again). I refuse to repurchase what I've already paid for. I liked this game quite a bit..

Game has great art and interesting progression system. Sadly the whole experience is marred by the difficulty, the game ramps up faster than you can progress your characters. The idea is to make you pay for upgrades. You get a very limited amount of rewards to improve your characters and you are expected to pay for the rest. I can't recommend it in its current form.

the monetization is a bit in your face but at least it doesn't appear like it's necessary to watch ads or pay for loot chests. generally the art style is bold and music okay. it's a bit repetitive but the leveling up mechanics are decent. overall if you like customizing dice and leveling dice up, this is a decent dice battler it seems.
