How to use?
This is a Home screen widget, please follow this instruction on how to add the widget to your Home screen:
• Press the plus (+) button below the widget preview when available.
• Select desired widget size.
• Add widget to the Home screen from shown dialog.
or add widget manually:
• Long press empty space on your home screen.
• Click “Widgets” from shown options.
• Scroll down until you find "DIGI Clock”.
• Touch and hold the desired widget’s icon, slide your finger where you want to place it, and lift your finger.
This instruction may differ from device to device of by device manufacturer.
If there is missing "DIGI Clock" in list of widgets, try to restart your device.
NOTICE
Please exclude this widget from any task killers, this will resolve the time freezing issue in most instances.

I love that this can be customized. I have tried several clock widgets and this is by far the winner for me! For instance, my home screen is set up with a dark background. Many widgets are only in black font and won't show up. This one I have set up for white. The numerals are also large enough and clear enough to show up when I glance at the home screen. Perfect!

Love this clock and date app!! Totally customizable which is exactly what I wanted. I have the time large enough for me to be able to see it quickly, without my reading glasses. I have both the day of the week and the date (below the time) in beautiful font plus easy to read color. The digital time above is also gorgeous with one color outlined by another. ~Omgosh yes!! I LOVE this app!! Thank you so very much as I'm enjoying it every TIME I look upon it - which is all the TIME, pun intended.

I like the app, in fact it's probably the best clock widget app I've found. But seems to have a problem with the battery management in Android 9/One UI and Galaxy S9+. Getting flagged as high battery usage. May have to uninstall it if I can't figure out how to keep it from being put to sleep. A clock isn't much use if it frequently stops.

I LOVE This APP!!!! I used it on my last phone, & immediately downloaded it onto my new phone also. It's "One of a Kind", in that you have SO MANY options as to how you want it to appear on your phone, i.e.--colors, slants, backgrounds, and types of print in letters AND numerals. I've never seen or used one quite like it, & doubt there even IS another one like it!!!!!!! Thanks for all the time and hard work you put into making AND improving it!!!!! And, on 1/2/20, I downloaded it again!!

Time freezing. Oof. Repeating other comments, but that's what feeds a consensus, right? Loved the widget for a long time, but it did occasionally freeze the time. Recently it's happening 3-4 times a week. What good is a clock that freezes? You surely can't rely on it. A shame. Developers have to see this & fix asap. I'm giving it one last shot, cause otherwise I like it.

5 stars for keeping it classic and simple! If your not crazy about the clock/date widgets your phone came with, then I'd highly recommend getting this app as a replacement. Surprisingly easy to use and figure out, all while allowing you to completely personalize everything from the fonts, sizes, color and transperancy. Apps like this one are hard to come by, so I can appreciate how cut and dry it all really is... No ads or pop ups is a major plus too! Thank you : )

Loving this clock, it's exactly what I've spent months searching for. I love that I can customize it to match any wallpaper I use. My only issue is that once I set tap targets for the corners (wonderful feature, BTW), the AM/PM and Alarm icon disappeared on the 3x2 widget. I sent an email to support, but received no reply. Fix that issue, and I'll edit to give 5 stars.

I have used this app for years on at least 3 phones. Have always loved it, but for the last couple of weeks the time keeps freezing and now the size has changed and it cuts off the outside letters of the day and date. There used to be an option in setting to adjust the size. Used it just last week, but woke up today the size is to large again and now there is no setting option for size. What is happening??? I cant use a time app that freezes. If it doesnt get fixed soon, I will have to uninstall

Edit: below i wrote This widget was not working, I changed nothing since that review and kit has not updated, but it finally started working again! ... Hopefully it keeps working. i have spent way more time trying to keep This app going than any other app I use; when it works it is very nice! This was working very well, but it has not been updated in over a year, and it recently stopped working... Again... Their "Help" section says "make sure to exclude it from any ram killers, etc. Well i have looked through every single setting I can find and given it every single permission and exclusion and it's still not working. But if you want a screen display of what time it was the last time you restarted your phone, then this is the ap for you!

I love this app! I can finally customize my clock the way I want it. I can now see my clock from a distance and love the font and colors. Keep up the good work developers! UPDATE 4/15/22:. App has been crashing for a while now. The clock on my home screen will disappear suddenly and when I reboot the phone sometimes it will come back after a long time, and when it is there it's keeping the wrong time. There are no updates on the app so I don't know what the problem is.

Great app if it works! I have used this app for years & really enjoy it. I love my customized clock! However within the last year time freezes. I have tried the suggestions & nothing works. Extremely annoying to look down & the clock say wrong time! Happening quite frequently & no solution. Emailed developers last year....ZERO response. I see others having same issue. Wish someone would fix this app. If I have to look at the tiny clock on the phone why bother with app?

I don't know why anyone would pay 4 this. It has lots of features but the seconds disappeared and now can't get back. Uninstall reloaded etc. For me this is a big deal. But I like the user tweaks. UPDATE: This works well on my S8. I have used this thru time on 4 or 5 Samsung devices and it's one of the 1st apps 2 b loaded on any device. It's a perfect click app. Well almost. I wish it had better resolution especially on the date which is usualy smaller. Its so hard 2 read.

After an unbelievebly long frustrating search to try to locate just a simple digital clock "widget" that was neither "wallpaper," nor took-up most or nearly the entirety of the screen, nor included a "weather" feature, I only found out about this one from a mention on another app's [less-than stellar] review. I've just now completed the long intense tweaking/setup process, and I APPsolutely ❤LOVE it! Clearly made by fans of "Linux/KDE," this app features both BEAUTY and MAD CUSTOMIZATION! 10⭐s!

I needed a clock app that included seconds display. The clock that is part of my Android system is supposed to do that, but none of the instructions I found worked for my system. So I tried several third party apps. This worked, is understandable, and can be adjusted for size, font, appearance et cetera. The dialog for the seconds display was a bit awkward, but there is an update to the dialog now, so it is good to see the app is still being improved. I look forward to updating, and thank you

I used this for years on LG phones with zero issues. I got a new Samsung phone a few months ago and now the time freezes frequently -- sometimes daily, but at least once a week. It's entirely unpredictable. I have turned off everything suggested that could be interfering, but it still freezes. I gave 2 stars, based solely on its past performance. Currently it deserves much less. Please fix it!!!

Neat app as far as color and style options go. The widget freezes at least once a week though and I have to remove it and reset it. Gets tedious after a while. Love the look, but the functionality of the app is glitchy at best. It would be far better if more effort was put into the app system to fix whatever makes it freeze, it's annoying to have the time so far off several times a week.

Have been using the DigiClock widget for years. LOVE it...many options to customize: fonts, scale of widget, colors are endless, backgrounds and transparency of, outlines, shadows, etc. Would like to see new fonts, including script/cursive. Through 2 Galaxy phones (currently Nougat 8.0), I have had no problem with the app. It's my fave! BTW, if you are considering buying the supposed ad-free version, it's not ad-free! Right at the top of the screen where you can buy it it says "contains ads"!

Found this customizable clock many years ago when the newest update messed up my phone's clock. I can choose a font for the time, date and time of day (am or pm.) When I first discovered this app, I could make the font on each of these as big or small, and as bold as I wanted, but now that is no longer true. Now it's very hard to see the date on my phone. Many colors ares till available. Unfortunately, the developer has removed some of the more important customizations. It's still a good clock.

The clock crashes a couple times every day. I get tired of resetting it constantly. It gives you tips to keep this from happening as it's a known issue, but the tips don't work. Maybe just fix the problem so it doesn't happen that way you don't have to give tips that don't work. I've uninstalled the widget and done wasting my time with this

6 month update: if I can't rely on the time being displayed correctly, this app is useless. I love it but can't trust it. Dropping stars and uninstalling. Original post: Time is not updating in the widget. I'm sure it's a Google thing since they have a bad habit of changing the rules and functions without telling anyone. I'm staying at 5 stars hoping that the devs can work around this problem because this app has been awesome so far.
