Excellent service. User friendly. The app just needs very minor adjustments such as "sign out" button when one finished application. I was so surprised by the service. I applied for renewal of my passport and I got it in less than a week right at my door. Amazing 5 star.

Horrible & sad. The idea was great, but bad execution. After a successful password reset, the app still tells you 'too many failed attempts' and blocks your login and no more info about when & how you would get the login access. This app is a total disaster.

Im using this App for the first time. It is easy to use, and has clear guidance. My purpose of coming here was to apply for a Yellow Card. I signed up, easily chose from the options and started filling out the application form. As I get to the "Finger Print" part, since I didn't have my finger prints saved, I signed out. Later, I signed back into my account to find all the information gone, and I had to do it all over again. There is no single button that helps to retrieve the information.

This is an excellent app and have found it easy to use. Very intuitive design. Small suggestion is to include a segment window that shows status of application. The sms message was prompt and to the point (and welcome) but an additional window in the app that shows status would be a plus.

Service was excellent! got my passport in ONE week! However, app needs serious proofreading (especially in back end), app name should be descriptive, document status page shouldn't be in a 'settings' - status page needs a 'delete' feature for applications that are in 'draft' mode. All in all, service is a five star - app needs improvement. Thank you!

Initially I was very impressed with this app, its literally took me less than 10minute to renew my wife's passport. Very user friendly. But this time, Not working, app not opening, I tried uninstall and install the app but it appears doing the same thing. Just the logo Digital INVEA in the middle of the scree not going anywhere. Disappointed

Very good application. But it keeps stopping while taking video and paying. To solve this problem, I used a phone which has higher quality camera. I tried to pay using bank card. But it rejected. When I used credit card, it works well. I get my passport within two weeks. Although I sent my photo, they haven't put on passport. They used old passport. Due to this, I upset. For future work, I recommend them to be careful on photograph. Because of photograph, some problems may happen. One of my friends got scholarship. But he can't travel due to his photograph on passport. It shows him child. All in all it's fantastic job. Thank you very much.

The app is user friendly and pretty much easy to use. I also loved how the helpline was easy to reachout too.A major letdown is the endless typos and grammatical errors both in English and Amharic. Please correct that as soon as possible, even the name of the organization has a typo. Another improvement that can be helpful is to have different languages available on the app. Not every Ethiopian speaks Amharic or English. Thank you for the amazing job on the app.

It is not possible to register with the app. Simply switch from mobile App to the mobile message, get the confirmation code and then enter the code in the App is not possible. Switch back and forth and the code has been constantly changed in the meantime. A bug?? It should be resolved. I don't think the app is ready to use yet. Anyway, it's a good sart and needs to be worked on.

Very straightforward and simple procedure to renew a passport. Got it within three weeks of my application. Honestly the app is not great but it sure does fulfill the purpose.

Every time I renewed my Origin ID at the Ethiopian Embassy in Washington, DC , got it on time without any hassles. Similarly, on October 2023, I filled out an application to renew my Origin ID that will expire in November 2023 to be renewed and paid $400.00 dollars for these purposes. The Digital Invea in Addis Ababa (Arada Subcity Kebele 05) told me that my application is approved and has received the money $400 dollars. After that, since I didn't get the ID, it's almost seven months.

Fast and reliable ,very convenient to use. I applied for my passport renewal 07March 2024 from the UK and got my new passport 05April 2024.Litraley in just a month!I want to thank the INVEA team.I got 5 email updates through out the process.I want to encourage others who were in desperate conditions like me to apply despite the negative reviews this has worked out for me.

I used the INVEA App to renew my passport and it took only 20 days to get my new passport. I would also like to thank the INVEA team for the excellent customer service, as I have been reaching out in the email and Whatsapp number which is provided online and got timely responses. I would highly recommend the App 👍👍

I've been trying to sign up to the app for the past hour but I keep getting an error saying "password should contain 8 characters..." but my password fulfills all the criteria. I tried to contact a live agent amd look at the website but both links are broken and lead to an error page. So there is no customer support and no way to resolve issues.

I applied for passport renewal. It has been six months since I applied and more than two months since they told me they have already printed the renewed passport. I repeatedly tried to contact them to deliver me the renewed passport but they couldn't give attention to my case, they just always send me the same message which is "we will deliver it soon" for more than two months. They failed to deliver me a renewed passport within six months even though I submitted all the necessary information.

The app is great however the service is unreliable. I expected to get my passport within two weeks of applying and was even okay with paying the higher amount. On my first application I had to call them several times til they told me my application was denied because the price for a 64 page passport on the app was not up-to-date (not my fault). My second application is pending and it has been more than a month.
