useless, difficult to work out what's what. I've tried free trial before committing to $15 a month. I couldn't even get it started. it tells me that I need to complete previous lessons but no clear way of doing so. disappointing trial, well, though seen enough to decide against it.

I paid for 12 months subscription, just for them to remove it completely 6 months in and say that they have no idea what I am talking about, they can't find my records. Absolutely appalling! I had to explain to my 3 year old how we no longer have an access to this app and I have no idea why. Will not recommend, and certainly never buy again.

Do not download this for 6 years or under. Not user friendly and it doesn't have a great structure for beginners. Went straight to matching words and stories and my daughter can not read that well yet. It didn't even teach the alphabet first. It's odd.

If you're an adult with ADHD , it is great to start learning a language. I have small kids ,and we started Greek lessons. The audio not only keeps me engaged, but I can listen over and over to help me get the sounds perfect. It does not cover grammar and writing, but it is a great place to start and launch into it. I love that I can read stories to my kids and practice with audio.

I was a previous subscriber and kids asked me to reactivate their account. I had to log into the old site. Once I reactivated, I could not add my kids or log into an app on their device so they could use it. Stars given for when the kids used the app previously they really enjoyed it and learnt alot. Also, I requested a refund and it was actioned within 10 minutes without question. I was concerned that my money may be lost based on their no refund policy for subscription renewals.

I really appreciate how safe Dinolingo is for children. It is completely ad-free and has no chat rooms, which is very important to me. My kids can focus on learning without distractions and I don't have to worry about online safety!!

I have GOT to counter some of these bad reviews. Let me say my grandkids (5 & 6) LOVE IT. And they have learned so much! But unfortunately there is a bad side. The first 20 lessons (more or less) are awesome. Then the app goes downhill with the publishers providing an overload on worksheets in place of quality videos. (which my kids won't do) They say by the first of the year most of the videos will be like the first ones. Maybe wait until January to try it.

Dinolingo Kids Learn Languages is a highly recommended app. It is the best language learning app for kids. Its engaging interface, comprehensive curriculum, and supportive community make it a must-have for any parent looking to introduce their children to the world of languages.😊♥️

Dinoligo is plagued by constant bugs, nearly unusable. Parental monitoring features unreliable - data often doesn't show up even when kids use app. Today, video lessons refused to load no matter what troubleshooting. Worst, Dinoligo seems to have removed all contact info, no way to get support for neverending tech issues. For kids' app, lack of customer support unacceptable. Devs dropped ball on quality assurance & basic functionality. Avoid until massive improvements.

It has videos and audios for the kids to learn. However, they don't have English translations for the kids to understand what the foreign language means. You're supposed to guess through the videos. For example learning Korean, it only shows Hangul but no English translation of it. The kids get confused and if parents don't know it either, it's useless to learn through the app. They are sneaky with charges too as they dont allow you to do that via the app. Only via their website. Such a hassle.

Before you sign up, the app tells you that you can cancel without charge anytime before the end of the 7-day trial period. However, there is nowhere to actually cancel. Is this a bait and switch? *side eye*

No free content. Every source for this app I have found has claimed that there is free content, free lessons etc etc...there is no free content as everything is behind a subscription pay wall. Based on this flat out Deception, you will receive 1 star. Maybe just use YouTube content or Duolingo if you want your kids to learn another language.

My kids and I tried the Japanese courses, 6-10yo and 11+ yo levels. It has a video and or text to read, then some questions and a test. Nothing to guide the student or explain what the words or particles are in sentences (it's all hiragana for 6-10 yo level), requires a native Japanese speaker to assist. Would not recommend at this stage.

the experience is great so far my son has been learning a lot although conversations are still a long way to go. I would suggest that the questions mentioned in each game and test (e.g: Find the matching cards) should also be in the corresponding language along with an English or any other translation for assistance. this may help better atune with the language being learnt.

I signed up for the ultimate family subscription and have the 7 days trial, and after that, I'm gonna be paying 19 dls. But during the trial, I didn't have full access to the course. My kids are playing with the only 2 first level, and I believe they are broken because they only repeat the same thing and nothing else. My kids got bored and lost interest. I canceled my subscription the same day I signed up.

I just had the most annoying first experience!. I downloaded the app, and I tried to register on the website, I filled out my personal info and my card info and it took me to a blank page where there is only one pop up menu with the cookie policy and privacy policy, no matter what I do or choose it stays in the blank page. The email verification system is horrible and slow, and according to an email I got sent, I will get charged without having the 7 day free trial like it was promised!

In all honesty, ive been using this app to learn Ukrainian and while it can feel patronizing at times, its 100% worth it. Ive been learning vocabulary quicker and picking up on plurality and conjugation easier compared to other, popular, language learning apps. Yes, dinolingo is geared towards children, but its tremendously helpful for adults who need a natural feeling, gentle, approach to learning a new language.

I signed up for the Spanish program so my three boys could use it. The app seemed to crash a lot, plus a lot of the "games" and lessons were just the same thing over and over again. I went to cancel today and discovered that they had me signed up for a second subscription for German, so I got charged twice for nothing. It is also close to impossible to find their contact email on their website, and I'm certain that was planned. Stay away from this company.
