Honestly, I miss being able to use the DinoCare physical card. This app is limited, has glitches, & doesn't detect all Sinclair stations. I went to a Sinclair gas station, tried to use the app, once unsuccessful went to the cashier and he said they were in the process of applying to be able to have customers use the app at their location. Never had that problem with the card.

It was great.....for a time. Lately it takes the money from my account and then immediately cancels the transaction, and I have to wait 20 mins for the money to be returned to my account. Also the gps doesn't seem to work properly. Standing at the pump, it will say I'm hundreds or thousands of miles away from a station. Or it will tell me no stations nearby. If the bug gets fixed I'll up the stars.

Previous version worked all the time. Current version does not allow authorizing at the pump. I need to always "Pay Inside". This started after generating a pay inside QR code and not using it. The discount is not known until after you've made the purchase. That's when you find out you're not paying the price that was assumed. FAQ says to check station details for discount, but the info is not there. Several times I've just driven away from the station because the pump can't be authorized.

Be careful, DON'T USE MOBILE ADVANTAGE in the app, or really ever. I have two different bank accounts, set up 1 account to my checking in MA to do a 1 time payment, & it defaulted my payment method to that account, costing me $80 in bank fees. Once you put your account info in, you can't change it. Unacceptable. Otherwise, it works like you would want it to, and it is convenient. Just make sure you know how you are being charged. Sinclair, you need to fix this.

Got the card and the app to try and save money. Still haven't gotten it to work. I open the app and have to log in, which requires a code that gets sent via text. By the time I get logged in and it finds the station, I've already been standing at the pump for 5 minutes and it always says it can't reserve the pump number. My Other gas app keeps me logged in or requires a fingerprint and only takes seconds to start filling my tank. This app needs lots of work.

Very easy to use! The only thing I wish it had was a place to select your default location. I use the same gas station, so rather than having to search for gas stations each time, I wish there was a place to just click on the station used often. **Edited 12/20/23 I've used this app now a number of times and half the time it doesn't work so I don't get the extra ten cents off gas. Pretty frustrating!

This sucks! I've tried it 3 times at 2 different Sinclair stations. Does not work. The credit card works great. Prefer using reliable credit card. Tried it again today 1/1/24; still can't use app. It asks for a password so I can pay via my credit card. The pw I put in to set up Dinopay does not work. What a very, very poor job of application software. Bring back the straightforward Sinclair credit card.

I registered for Mobile Advantage, which is supposed to give me a 30-cent discount, but sometimes it only gives me 20 cents off. It feels like a gamble whether or not I'll get the full discount. Additionally, some gas stations never work; the app says there's no signal even though I have a good connection. It seems like a scam sometimes. I hope the app becomes more stable.

I've used this most of the time to buy gas. While there is and instant purchase and 10% discount, shown on the pump, you do need to make sure, that Station is equal priced to others around you. So far, minor issues only. Sometime, it won't find the station your at immediately, but with a refresh of app, will find it. On phone receipt, will allow screen grab for your records. I would recomend, for the ease of use and 10% fuel discount.

The update to the app sucks. It is not intuitive. Too many clicks and it is not clear where to pick the pump. When people are in a hurry and out in weather, etc. It is too easy to miss where to Enter the pump. Natural instinct is to click the form of pay and then you are taken down a rabbit hole of adding a payment method. All while out in the cold, wind and rain. Change it back!

Terrible app. The 2 factor authentication is ridiculous. ( I wouldn't need to login on a different phone if I still had the other one. ) If I have the email and password, let me in. I have about 5 Dinopay accounts because of this. It's impossible to edit any account information except your name. People change their phone number more often than their name. WTH? Half the time the app won't even let me purchase gas at the pump or in store. There were 6 months in a row I couldn't purchase gas.

Finally, I took the plunge and added payment methods to the app to try and take advantage of the savings. Eight times now, I've tried to authorize payment at a pump through the app, and it would not process. Granted, I haven't gone inside to the store to pay for fuel, but that's kinda the point of being able to pay at the pump; To not have yo go inside.

I much prefer the Sinclair card and the monthly billing. The app is okay, but keeps changing! About every other time I get gas it doesn't "know" me and requires new action like log in, complete with password and pin; or tonight I had to create a new password and navigate a new format already--after such a short time of setting up and using it in the first place--just 2 months! This is not exactly convenient in my book.

First time using app and it went great! Easy to use and saved 10 cents a gallon. Was seriously thinking of getting the dino card to save even more but after searching out another Sinclair to fill up the app wouldn't authorize the pump. I picked the correct pump number and the pump initialized but then nothing. I tried it about 4 or 5 times and each time it would just go back to the beginning. Now I don't have a record of my fuel purchase nor did I get a discount on my fuel. Bummer

Works like it's supposed to. I added my Sinclair card and a Visa card and both work fine. My only complaint is that when using the app it limits my fill up to 30 gallons. Seems pointless to me. Edit: the new update has turned this easy and simple app into a complicated bloatware. It's hardly worth using any more. Takes me more time to boot it up and get to pumping than I save.

The new version of this app is terrible. I have to log in each time now? It's super fun trying to remember my password at 6am every time I want to get gas. Also, they've redesigned it and made the text smaller and it's harder to find where to activate the pump. I want your app to do one thing easily, and it kind of used to. You've unnecessarily complicated the process of buying gasoline. Please ring back the old version of the app or better yet, go back to the drawing board and start fresh.

I hate the new user interface! It is clunky, slow to navigate, and confusing. What happened to the remember my login check box? Why is it soo difficult to buy gas at the pump? Old app to 15-30 seconds from opening to pumping fuel. This new version is well over a 1-2 minutes logging in, navigating menus... too many menus to navigate through just to buy gas at the gas pump. This new version just flat out sucks! It is terrible! The old version was soo nice, quick to navigate and very easy to use.

Either their map data is bad or they broke the GPS interface. I got it to work once or twice and then it suddenly decided I was too far from the station to "pay at the pump". The grocery store across the street is not too far, but actually being parked by the pump is too far. The "pay inside" feature doesn't work either or the attendants don't know how. Setting up an account is laughably difficult. Definitely not worth the effort until they get their codebase under control.

The app is convenient and the discount is much appreciated however, it is always giving a network error message. The pump activates and you can pump gas but waiting for the 'receipt' when you are done takes several minutes. This takes away the convenience of being quick at a gas station if you have to wait for the receipt to ensure you won't be charged with an unintentional drive off.

At best, the app works as advertised. At worst? Yesterday, my new card needed to replace my old card. After removing the old card, the app promptly told me I cannot add any more cards at this time. Nobody available "after hours" for two days now. Guess I gotta get a new gas station, since Sinclair is always 5 cents more expensive than nearby stations, so the 10 cents off is actually 5 cents off... it is useful when feeding the things I drive with 25 to 300 gallon tanks, regularly. Adds up.
