I paid to have all levels unlocked. I got a new phone and tried to install this game and restore the purchase but that option is not working and now my son is upset.

My son loved this game so I purchased hased the full game but now it won't open at all. Any advise on why the game won't run this week?

This is a very good game for it is still in beta. I love how you save the animals and how u can make ur own aquarium and feed ur fish though alot of the game has purchases included i generally don't like that though kids should be able to learn freely and I glitched a little when I started up the game besides that I think this is an amazing game for kids to stay educated and have fun at the same time. though this game is in beta it of course won't be perfect, nothing is.

Purchased the paid version and it worked for a little bit now everything is locked again! So I emailed them to get support and they said "next time you purchase this.....". What? I'm not going to purchase it again!!! I already paid to have all levels unlocked why would I have to pay again? It surely isn't my fault that their "restore purchases" button doesn't work, that sounds like a coding problem. They need to send me a refund if they want me to repurchase!!
