Terrible navigation doesn't record or save login finger print login fail. All around disappointing to use compared to prior safe auto app whom they replaced sadly and pathetically, so bio login still not working your app sucks fire your ux team or higher one you guys obviously have no idea what your doing wish I could give a zero star anyone that posted above a 1 star was paid or an employee that was made too. Will definitely be shopping for a new company. Absolutely worse company avoid

Terrible app. Update: No application support. It gets stuck logging in constantly , eventually locking account. When account is locked , no customer service for the application, only insurance related support (had to call and make payment over the phone vs normal in app or website). Now I don't even bother with the app. The best advice to other users is to use the website, unless you like to reset your password every month like I have had to do. Ps: I have a Note20Ultra(Specs are more than ok)

Had a roadside service call and the message on my app when they were communicating with the third party is still displayed after 2 months and won't go away

This app rarely works. The same thing with the routely dynamic drive app this company uses for us to get the discounted premium. Calling customer service doesn't help either.

This app never works. Why make it so darn hard to pay my freaking bill. Email doesn't work. Call link doesn't work, app sure a fire does not work. "An unexpected error has occurred" Well, it's been occuring for over two months now. FIX YOUR STUFF!!!!

App still needs a lot of work. Can't toggle push notifications. Can't adjust account notification settings; the whole Settings section is actually blank in the app.

The absolute WORST customer service on the phone and in the store. My payments went from monthly to pay in full over night. I called them every month to try and pay my bill. No one can tell me how much I need to pay. They put in an IT Ticket. I've been waiting for 3 months now.

When I first purchase my insurance I was quoted a price of $300 and something a month then the next bill came up to a extra $300 more and that's unacceptable. Also I sent my pip documents and they still never gave me a discount and as soon a my contract is up in discontinuing your service. Bad service and is not true to their customers a big lie

Horrible!! They lie to reel you in. My insurance was $99 a month and has been, and now all of a sudden, without notice, they went up to $155 a month because I don't own my home. Not sure how that is even legal but since most people rent, that's how they're scamming people. I highly recommend you search around and let this be your last resort. They also charge you extra if you don't let them plug their little thing into your car. They don't tell you any of this ahead of time either. Zero stars

-5*s! Had to switch insurance today,, Doesn't Work Won't let past Log in page after user name&password, then after five times it locks up. Somethin else that makes this worse, Is it turns around & says(pending cancel)in RED LETTERS! for insurance on same day it's due, Not even givin one the chance to make a payment before it says pending cancel...really people...So now an update bout 2 months later, had to switch to a better company today, 2 main reasons, AutoPay Quit,&Cost More Than Tripled...

I've tried downloading the app and sign into my account and it abruptly shuts down after asking if I want to use biometric sign in. I've done this 3 times. Installing, uninstalling, reset my phone, nothing. Every time it locks up on the biometric question screen then shuts down. Not even going to bother with it anymore. I'll just call to make my payments like I have already been doing. App is not changing anything or making it more convenient.

I have been using the app for a year. There was a feature that I really liked, that made me want to use it more. It would show the X amount of day until your next payment ,even with credit. It encourages me to stay on up of my payments , so I'm really disappointed that the feature is not there anymore, and not I really don't know when my next one would be, without having to call and check. Hopefully, you see this and put it back. Also, I need a better way to get in touch with the tech side!

Before, when I went to the app to pay my monthly bill on my phone, it was working fine. Then suddenly, it said that I had to install the updated version. As soon as I did, it stopped accepting my credentials to sign in. Now, it's a neverending loop to renew my username and password, but it is still not allowing me to sign in!! It's very frustrating...

Well, I went to pay my bill this month, and it tells me my insurance company is now Direct Auto, and I need to make an account on their site to pay my new bill. Well, the site hasn't been functioning all day, so I downloaded this app. Thankfully, I could make account, and pay my bill. The functionality is severely lacking. The UI is not user friendly, and makes it hard to find the little information the app provides. The biometric login gives an error message. The digital ID card is greyed out.

I love this app, it makes things so easy to access, and it's very user friendly. But with the most recent update I can't even open the app! Every time, it pulls up the very first load screen and immediately crashes. Multiple times, I have force stopped the app, restarted my phone, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. None of these things worked. Please resolve this soon, I found the app quite helpful and productive and would like to be able to continue accessing it.

I can never load into the app. I just end up using the website to pay my bill. what's the point of having an app that never loads? It just makes paying the bill less convenient.. this is not a new issue as it has been ongoing for months now. just an aside it really sucks when you have a cop asking for proof of Insurance and you can't retrieve your insurance card. now you get a fix it ticket that requires a trip to the tax collector and an unnecessary expense.

The last update has absolutely bricked the app! It wasn't a great app to begin with, but it is completely non-functional now. Biometrics don't work anymore, nor will it let you log in with username or password. Even when you type the correct information, it says the information is incorrect. From viewing other comments, it appears Direct Auto has done this intentionally so people can't pay their bill on time and incur late fees. I will most definitely be shopping around for different insurance.

This app never works correctly. What's the point in having a app to make things easier when you still have to call the actual insurance company. Makes absolutely no sense. Every time I try to log in it says my credentials are wrong and I know they are not. Then when I reset my password it tells me to many logins attempts but there wasn't. Let alone had to create a whole new sign in account just to access my stuff.

Always changing things for the worse and charging more and more for no reason. They make it nearly impossible to do anything in the app. The FAQ is a joke. No search feature, can't even get actual cards mailed even though on the digital copy it says "Keep this in your vehicle..." as soon as this policy is up I'm switching. There's so many other cheaper, better, and less deceptive companies to choose from.
