Since the new update, my password is constantly not working. I have to go to support to reset it, as the app won't email me a reset link. Within a day of resetting password, I'm locked out AGAIN. I change my password after support gives me a reset, it will work that day but, by the next day it won't accept password & I am locked out of my acct. I'm beyond tired of going through this. Please fix this issue!

One of the worst apps I've used. I have trouble because it wouldn't accept my password. Once I logged in, the app would tell me I had no payment method loaded. Not true. The worst part is that It happens almost every month. I usually end up contacting customer service.

I installed it a few months ago and uninstalled because it kept logging me out. Few months later I reinstalled and it is still doing the same. This is the most terrible app I've ever used! UPDATE: They've been "actively working on a solution" for months. They say clear the cache or reinstall to see if it works, yet it still won't work. Then they recommend using a desktop or mobile browser in the meantime. What's the point of the app then?!

If I could give - ⭐ I would.. their app does not reflect the the exact bill at that time. Set up to have my payment taken out and they took out literally double because supposedly there were fees added every month because I would pay around the end of the month(live paycheck to paycheck) and only have 2 choices as far as when a bill is due, but tell me this 4-5 months later.. so needless to say I'm getting new service as wee speak... Good writens Direct Energy!! ✌️

Worst app ever. I reset my password and was able to get in to login in online when i enter my user info to log into the app it tells me its wrong. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. To no avail. When it did let me log in it kept showing a pending payment and 0 balance but wouldnt show my usage at all. Junk absolutely junk

Yes this app is complete trash. When first creating an account the app crashed and my information was presented as 2016 which I dont know how that was possible being that I've just created an account. When trying to pay my bill on the app it doesn't process there's definitely a glitch in the system. The technical teams needs to consolidate all of the problems with the app and reiterate the creation. It shouldn't be this many complaints when trying to acces our bill information or paying.

i use to love this app, it was so easy to make payments and keep up with usage. The last 3 months however it wont let me log in. extremely slow and continues to tell me that i do not have the correct credentials and or no network available. i don't understand why such a big company can not fix these issues to make it easier on customers. just finished reading the most recent reviews everyone is having the same issues. when is someone going to step up and fix the app?

You have been working on this app for about a month and it still doesn't work. If I click on something it kicks me out. Don't reply back with, "we're working on it", reply back with an updated fix. Answering your question: I'm tech savvy you don't need to ask the simple troubleshooting steps, they've all been done. Thanks for the LATE reply. You still need to fix the fingerprint log in. It stays stuck in the log in spinning but never logging in. I have to click for Samsung to log in for me.

I do not know how they havent fix the issues on the app that everyone has been posting. However after reading the reviews and using the app myself, the app only works for paying the the bill when the bill finally generates. You cannot see your monthly usage, you cannot generate your billing statement and you cannot compare to your previous month's or see your payment history. My wife has an iPhone and we've used the app side by side and it is the same issues.

The app is not very reliable. It sometimes takes forever to load after logging in. once logged in, depending on what you're trying to do, i.e. review usage, it kicks you out. This is not a one time event. It seems to be happening more and more lately. When it works, it's awesome, but when it doesn't it make me want to find another provider. Hopefully, they are working out the kinks.

Today 7/1 I was asked to contact Direct Energy "directly" with no information on how. Today 6/23 I was advised that the app has been updated and that it now works. Well It DOESNT work, No usage data at all. This application does not work for me. Never has. Since installation about a month ago it just says "We are updating our systems" I just updated to the latest release now it crashes after I try and enter my house information.

Can never access my account. Worst app EVER! I'd rather pay a fee to pay my bill then deal with this B.S. app. DO NOT WASTE SPACE ON YOUR PHONE FOR THIS APP, STRAIGHT GARBAGE!!! I don't even want to give it a star but really have no choice to post a review. Tried contacting them about it, just got a b.s. excuse that I had a balance, so I paid it still couldn't log on and have yet to receive a response about the problem again.

I'm glad the app is finally out but I'm not happy with it showing data that is not consistent with the website. Case in point, the website shows I have one account, which is correct since I paid off and closed my old one. The app shows two accounts with my old one showing a past due balance since March. What the hell?! Please fix this.

The app is great for actually knowing my bill & paying my bill. BUT when I try to view my account information it keeps logging me out and asked me to log in again, & the app crashes afterwards. It also crashes when I try to see other parts of my account. I've already tried to uninstall and reinstall & the same problem persist. I also never received my referred credit nor did the person who referred me receive their credit.

After all these years those app still has problems. So sad. I posted a review about the app glitches and problems and no improvement. Wow. Almost anything I do on the app it freezes and I have to close the window. The app is worthless hopefully the website isn't. Also what is the point of daily usage if you can't even use the feature. I have a smart reader and online and the app for direct energy is still in January and it's the end of March. I need to go on center point website.. Uninstalling..

I've been a customer with direct energy for 4 years now. Everything was always great (the customer service, the app, the navigation of the web page even choosing an energy option) until they got hacked maybe 1 to 2 years ago. Ever since, seems like they change and update the app every week. Also, one day it's working and 5 seconds later its not. I've had trouble logging in since the mishap. You'd think if the app is down you can just go online to sign in, well you'd be wrong!

I never have had such a bad experience. NOT once have I opened the app and not had a problem. There was an update that promised bug fixes but I still can't get it to work. Update... Uninstalled and reinstalled just to see if it fixes the issue but no such luck. Still I am not able to see my bill or plan it will not let me change my. Phone number which still shows my old number.. Which is weird since I have already changed with the company itself. I have never been able to SEE my current bill let alone pay it through the app. I did contact the email provided but with no outcome I sent all the info I was requested to and still have not anything back or have seen a change in the app. I am looking for another provider since this proves the lack of caring and customer service.

This app doesn't work at all. All it says is an error occurred and tells you to back out to the log in screen. The website works fine. The app sucks. It was good until there was a period of time that there wasn't even an app available to download. Now everything sucks. I have deleted a d reinstalled the app several times. It doesn't work. The web browser is fine but the app is not worth the time or effort.

Very Easy to understand and navigate. I about gave up with the app due to it not working properly for more than 6 months. I'm happy to see that all that maintenance paid off for them. Love how easy it is to navigate through and take care of what you need. Bill, Usage, Your plan, and when you need to renew. Very easy... to see all options and understand exactly your bill and usage. Hands down Direct, you made it easier and more functional for those who have a hard time with Tech!

The app never works right away. I just tried to make a payment and the "button" does nothing. I end up closing it and trying later several times and still sometimes end up going to the desktop site. Previously I've had problems with it saying my balance is zero and I had no cards stored for payments. It's frustrating. The company in general is too. I get no less than 6 emails before my due date.
