When putting in my User ID initially it added letters I didnt put in there. Also when I put my password in it adds double letters..for instance if my password was June****** it will add double U's or double N's or even double E's. I even uninstalled the app and re-installed it to no avail.... If someone could help me rectify this situation I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks Leonard Guidroz

Very difficult to understand you would have to play with it for at least a few hours before discovering all the functions an options. There's buttons everywhere that don't explain what they do, including in the very front where the only one that makes so much sense is to extend your transactions but yet and will only go back maybe a few transactions. You'd have to keep pressing on it. Or like I said after hours of playing with it you can open up a date range of transactions. To

This is an updated review..... Originally I had no issues with DE. I gave them 4 stars but then I wasn't getting my text or email alerts AT ALL ! and thats very important! I had it set up to get all my pending deposits, transactions and possible fraud alerts and here it is 3-6 months later now and I still get No alerts. For this reason I'm researching Real brick and mortor credit unions to do my financial business with. I'm fed up with it ALL !

Unable to get app to send notifications to phone. Help doesn't give option for you to fill other problems you're having. Sctivity very very limited in history, only able to see less than 5 of transactions can't see whole month not even a week. App is very bad for user interactivity. Would love to see upgraded more user friendly. Does the designer test this app? Would help if someone did.

I have been using this app since I started on disability and it was working great. I am not sure exactly when but recently I have been not being able to sign in easily. I have problems remembering my password and the way it isnt letting use my password. Makes me think that I have not use the right one saying wrong password but it is the right one by looking at the eye to view it. I try for 2nd time and it works. Not sure if what problem is but love to have the way it worked before. No confusion.

This app was great...until I had to replace my phone. Tried installing it. Got to the point of logging in and it won't let me. It even sent my login info to the wrong email address AND to the wrong phone number! I tried sending them a message and the keyboard went haywire! I won't use this app again until they get it fixed. I had to change all my login info on the website to keep someone from stealing my money.

Love my direct express acct. Wish it was recognized by all merchants. Cannot rent a car with it and I've run into a few others that don't accept it. Have to open a " real " bank acct for other things and cannot use acct for experian boost. Frustrating. I do LOVE the text I get with every transaction. I can track where every penny goes.

The original app worked great. Then it had to be improved. I have never been able to access my DX account since. I have no access to any of my financial records or anything to do with my money. I detest the total lack of ability to fix this problem. I have called DX and asked for help and I get someone that has such an extreme accent that I cannot understand a word they are saying. Very frustrating. In addition, no one can fix the lack of or inability to access my account information.

The old version of the app was better. This version doesn't offer as many functions, and by trying to streamline things, made things more difficult and trying to find the info you need harder to find. Have fun trying to figure out who three quarters of your purchases actually are and why you always have a $.01 pending walmart fee. Need to contest a charge, don't bother with this app, it doesnt offer it, like the old one. Need to talk to someone, well have fun calling the number on your card.

Impossible! Always denying transactions and sending fraud alerts. Have a new card and can't check the balance anywhere. If you have any kind of dispute, they cancel your card and you have to wait up to 10 business days for a new one with no access to your funds. Takes 2 or 3 days to transfer funds to a real bank and they charge you for it. NOT Loving this card!

Since downloading the app for use with my debit card with my stimulus ck. I truly haven't had any issues with either purchases or their app. In the beginning tho I did have a few questions about ATM locations and use. But after calling customer service (surprisingly everyone was nice and very helpful! Unlike some other customer service places) it was explained. In addition, the wait time had been under @ 5 min. Unbelievable! I would recommend this debit card to anyone for use withtheir gov cks!

It's getting better but my experience has been very frustrating it's almost too secure. Especially considering I can't even log into my own account because I have trouble remembering passwords or leaving the password somewhere where I can't get to them and I need to know my balance; also had a problem with auto pay on my phone device; and issues with new merchants not being secure enough to complete transactions.

Terrible card services asked to have my account shut down due to loss of card, but instead of closing account its still open and all money was spent in the account. Now how does this happen?? Especially when I called 2 weeks before the direct deposit was susposed to hit the account. Just to ensure that my money would be fine. I had hoped to get a replacement card but there was so many requirements I asked to just close my account. Nothing was done and someone else has my money!!!! Horribile!

The worst card ever, when you make a transaction, it takes out more and put it back later,on every transaction. Plus you have to change your sign in log on, not password when something goes wrong. Also if you trying to transfer money,it picks and chooses the amount that you can transfer and sometimes it won't allow you to make any transfers. Beware of this card. If you're recieving Benefits on this card,I strongly recommend that you find or use another card right away.

This app has worked perfectly for me...to familiarize myself with all the features, and to verify the app reliability, I've accessed the app, both with wifi and mobile data, very often. Log in is fast with the fingerprint option, and card usage notifications are immediate. Deposit info is rapid. Balance info is very prompt also. It's an easy app to use and is certainly helpful for monitoring/managing my Direct Express account. I'm very happy with this app ☺. Update: All good after a year of use!

Love this app..I have been using this app for almost a year and it has always been helpful and accurate for the most part. Only one time in Aug 2021. My balance said $4.37 and when I attempted to use it I got an email saying that the availability was $4.37 but, the ledger balance was $0.00....but 9/2021 my balance had an extra $4.37 after my monthly deposit so that's the only issue I have had with the app!

I love getting a text message immediately after every purchase/ & updated balance! It saves me time so I dont have to log into the app all the time to find out what my balance is! My normal bank checking account does Not have this feature- only amount of purchase but it doesn't text me my updated balances. So I love this feature. The app is also very easy to navigate- get monthly statements & look back into history.

I've been using this app for nearly 5 years for my SSI. I like being able to look at my transaction history and balance, but I especially like that I can lock/unlock my card through the app. It also shows pending payments or deposits. It has alert settings, so you can get a call, text or email, that alerts you to low balance, upcoming deposits and more. Also it give you atm locations. I USE WALGREENS ATM every month to make 4 $200 withdrawals, all at the same time, to pay my bills.

Doesn't show pending deposits most of the time. App and updates are too large. Other than that it's still nice to have when ever I need my balance instead of having to go through the automated process. Much quicker. Same 4 stars because i had to order another card and did it from the app it didn't give me a time frame of how long it would take to get my new card or even if it's in the way. Updated review.. Apparently, someone was paying attention to the reviews and and worked on some bugs. Cool

I've used this for over 2 yrs now usually with no problems. I always have alerts set up to text me everytime the card is used and for every deposit. The past few months the alerts aren't working. Which DE says it's a glitch in their system. It's been at least 3 or 4 months now and I still have no alerts. I've tried changing them in the app but still nothing. How long does it take to fix this! Ready to go with a regular bank acct.
