This app has had so many glitches over the last few years. First it was the search feature constantly causing the app to crash, now I keep getting "Cannot connect to server" messages" no matter what I do. I had cleared cache and data, uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing has worked. I would rather just use the website.

Its a nice window shopping app. It doesn't let you make purchases with any form of payment not even with their own disney visa card. When you get to the check out screen and type in your payment information and touch review order the app crashes and asks if you want to give feed back (which I have given feedback about this) or open a new page. If you choose open new page the the paymet screen pops up again and you have to type in all of your info again and when you finish doing that the review order button stays grayed out so you can't go foward with the transaction so, as I said before you can't buy anything. I hope that they will fix this issue.

Convenient to use for shopping, but the app is VERY glitchy. I'm constantly being taken to the log-in page even though I'm already logged in, and when I do try to sign in, it makes me do it again and again even though it went through the first time. And almost every time I open the app, I constantly receive an "Unable to Connect" pop-up on my screen. It's not hard to ignore it since I'm still able to navigate the site despite the error messages, but it's frustrating to experience nonetheless.

Constantly logs me out, constantly freezes and crashes entirely. Sometimes it says my cart is empty when I just added several items to cart. It constantly tells me that it can't process my request at this time or something similar. On the checkout screen, I couldn't understand what I was doing wrong and why I couldn't press the purchase button, then finally I realized it still needed me to type in the CVV number from the card. Maybe that box could be highlighted to show it still needs filled in.

Terrible. It refuses to let me access the store. Keeps saying I need to update but there is no new update. Tells me to read the agreement but there is nothing to click on to agree so I still can't get into store. I used to love this app, but now I might as well delete it. The app is totally useless. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled it but still I can't get in. It is frustrating and useless.

Edit: Even after the update I still cannot purchase on the app. It goes circles, enter my credit card, review order, then back to the enter credit card screen with no CC # entered. GARBAGE. Cannot save a credit card to app. Everytime I try I get a message saying my session expired. I've signed out and logged back in and entered the card info immediately afterwards. Still get the expired session message and nothing is saved.

Site not very easy to navigate. Entered Disney gift card info and info for two credit cards into payment profile. Would only allow me to select one of the credit cards for actual payment. Removed all three cards, re-entered gift card info then was required to re-enter one of the two credit cards as a backup. Disney already knew what balance remained on their own gift card? )$250 more than needed. After viewing bag, needed a way to go directly back to shopping, but had to (basically) start over.

The app is incredibly glitchy with almost every task. Trying to auto fill a new payment method using Google saved cards created an infinite loop of finger print verifications and failed page loading. Refining my search when browsing would break if you tried to refine to one item type that had zero entries. I would have to back out to the main page and then re-enter the refining menu otherwise it would say zero results for every item type, even if they had many selections for that item type.

Pretty disappointing for Disney standards. I am a huge Disney fan. I will definitely continue to use the app and the online store. However, it must be known that ShopDisney is a horrible representation of the company. The amount of errors a user will receive is incredibly overwhelming. The UI/UX design is simple and easy to use. However, the backend always seems to have trouble. When using ShopDisney, be patient for the site is slow and unreliable. With so many user issues with ShopDisney, the response time for guest services is delayed. Shout out to all guest service cast members. They are always getting the worst of things because the website is mediocre.

Just use your browser instead. It told me my password was wrong multiple times even though I was using my fingerprint to sign in. Had to reload several times. All of my favorites show as sold out even when they aren't. It's incredibly glitchy and not user friendly at all. It doesn't even function as a browsing/window shopping app because the product description is hidden behind multiple taps/swipes instead of just being able to scroll down. Overall terrible experience

The app is super buggy. Every time I tap on an item to see its listing and go back to the previous page, instead of allowing me to continue from where I was, it refreshes automatically from the top of the page, so I end up having to spend five minutes or longer scrolling back to where I was depending on how into the search I was. The app also loves to randomly close on me while I'm using it, as well as just randomly logging me out in the middle of or getting ready to make a purchase.

This app does not work. Frequent crashes, never recognizes correct passwords, slow load times, does not accurately portray discounts reliably. It is frankly ridiculous. I truly miss the ShopDisneyParks app, which functioned as it was meant to without any of these hiccups. I appreciate the thought to integrate all shops in one, but the app cannot handle the load.

I used to love this app. I would rather use the website. My favorites are deleted, completely gone after I spent 40 minutes going through the inventory. When you search you can't add an item to the cart, you have to go into the items page. When you go back to your search, instead of starting where you left off it does a reload and your back at the beginning. So if you were around item 400 out of 900, you start back at the top and have to re-scroll. Fix this app.

I loved the "Shop Disney Parks" app, this one? NOPE! 1st problem; can't locate merchandise with WDW parks & Disney Springs. 2nd problem; NO ANNUAL PASSHOLDER DISCOUNT! This is a huge surprise! A MASSIVE disappointment!!! 3rd problem; I wasn't able to check-out. I needed to update my shipping address & that kept me from being able to check out. Based on other reviews it seems like this would have been a problem even if I didn't need to change my address. 😑 I REALLY miss the old app. 😞

Crashes constantly, never remembers my password and everytime wants me to re enter it only to tell me it's wrong when it's not. I literally have to reset my password everytime I use the app, 4 or more times. The shopping experience is just okay, if you hit the back arrow in a search it will return you to the beginning of your search, even if you were half way or more down the page. Overall, very poorly designed and I am a huge Disneyphile so really the app should not be like this.

Hate it!! I loved the Shop Parks App before, bought lots of very expensive things. Its like you don't want annual passholders to shop in the parks anymore because you don't tell us where to find the items. And if you try shopping on the My Disney Experience app it takes you to the old shop parks app that isn't supported anymore. Discounts were automatically shown, you're just supposed to go on faith for discounts, tax, etc. Sorry I don't have it!! Give me back my old app that worked!!

This app is so glitchy and slow. I always habe problems. I wish it would save my spot when I leave app. When I return, I always have to start over. It is extremely frustrating everytime and sends me in circles with errors. I have no idea why Disney does not address the issues after all these years. Often, I get errors when purchasing through app so I end up using the website instead to make my order fo through which is a waste of time and deters me from ordering sometimes.

App does not work properly. Have been receiving a message stating cannot connect to the server for weeks now. Prior to that none of the links provided on the home screen worked. The app would state whoops, we cannot find that what you are lookingfor. Very annoying for such a large company. I expect better from Disney, my shopping experience is not magical.

Wish I loved this app but there are too many glitches. The images of the products and price don't match. I click on an item to see the details but when it does, it's a completely different product. Also, when I scroll down too fast, it glitches and takes me to the top. The wish list doesn't show all of my items I saved, and when I scroll down towards the bottom of list, the image and the price/name of product/edit option/add to cart are all on top of eachother. Can't click on the option I need.

This app has always been buggy but manageable, but it's gotten worse. I can't even type in a word in the search bar before it glitches and sends me back to the homepage, it makes me log in multiple times before it takes it (and then logs out as soon as I close the app), and the loading is slow and glitchy. There are other quality of life fixes this app has needed for aaages. I don't expect perfection, but it's kinda absurd that Disney can't make a decent app for shopping like c'mon??
