Cancelan demaciado en la compañia sunrun, y te quedas sin trabajo asta una cemana el preblema que mis compañeros se levantan alas 4 de la mañana y les cancelan cuando llegan a recojer Y NO PAGAN LA CANCELACION 😢 desperdiciando el tiempo y gasolina They cancel too much at the Sunrun company, and you are left without work for up to a week. The problem is that my colleagues get up at 4 in the morning and they cancel when they arrive to pick up AND THEY DO NOT PAY THE CANCELLATION 😢 wasting time a

A great application here in the Bay Area. Personally, when I'm not doing my Moving Services such as apartment or storage hauls, I always tap in with DispatchIt. A great side gig for Cargo Van owners. I love the Sunruns, did I mention they add bonuses! Thanks DispatchIt.

By far the best gig app compared to ALL other gig apps. I drive a cargo van, and the expenses are much different than a smaller vehicle. Best pay (cargo vans), Best support, weekly pay, and easy to use app. I'll continue doing Dispatch orders as long as they exist.

No complaints. I have been driving with this company over a year now. I love the fact that the support team is always on point. Especially with the response time & handling any situation quickly. I like that the app follows your location as well. So when I want to go work the charlotte nc & atlanta ga address I can still get jobs with them. The best part is the pay outs for each job over done is great. So I'm pleased all the way around. The zoom calls with drivers & staff are great too.

I have been working for Dispatch for almost two years now, and I'm highly satisfied with them. I like using their app because it's relatively easier. They listened to suggestions from drivers and do their best to implement them. They have good pay, and their customers' service team offer quick response to concerns raised by drivers in the course of their work. Keep up the good work!

This app is garbage. Constantly freezing. I have to force close and open again. Very inconsistent. I'll get 5 deliveries one day then 0 the next day. What a waste of time.

Very good experience. The pay is decent. They pay you back, which is a plus. I've had a good experience. What I wish was that support had a line to call, not just a chat option. Otherwise, it's very good.

Needs a better way to alert that there's an order . I only did 1 order in a month only because I just happened to look at my phone when an order was coming though. I missed any other order because there's no Distinct sound made to alert me that there's an order on the dashboard. This app is very poor to make money off of. Please get a better alert system!

This new update is super slow. I can be at the pick up locationfor a new delivery and it still will be taken by others?? The size of the font are so large the pertinent information is not visible. Instead of seeing what your picking up, where it is going and what your delivering, you have to swipe it then swipe arrived, and leaving all at the same time to get info

Your system worked fine up until about a month go. Started having issues with the smart matching system. Would only allow me to accept or decline an order. But would not give me any of the information regarding the work order or pick up and drop off location. Have emailed support several times regarding the issue but have not gotten any resolution as to how to fix it. The last couple times I've emailed support regarding the issue I've gotten absolutely no response from them at all

The app worked well enough to sign up. But after that it keeps asking for my location permissions to be adjusted. I have the latest version of everything. I've uninstalled, and reinstalled but still same issue. Was looking forward to this working. 11/18/2023 Just downloaded the update. Still not working properly. It keeps asking to add location permissions as "all the time." Even after you've done it time again. Yea.... I uninstalled and installed again and went through adjusting the permissions

While my overall experience is positive, I have some app functionality issues. App has two methods of seeing available deliveries, a map of the area coverage and a table showing available deliveries. Recommend integrating a function option in the app settings for the driver to select the preferred display option, map or table. Also, to see new deliveries available, the driver must slide a finger down the screen to refresh the app. Change to auto refresh every five seconds.

App worked fine at first, now it freezes. There are times when I can't swipe to leave pick up location and times when I can't complete an order. This is a big issue because drivers are getting in trouble for jobs being overdue! Update: The app gave me fits today! Was unable to swipe arrived/leaving pick-up. Clients are watching this and we're looking pretty bad. Worse than ever

Dispatch used to be an amazing platform comment it pays very well for the deliveries, but 6-8 mo. ago the app stopped working. By the time a drop comes to my phone, and I have AT&t with good service, it's either expired or already taken before I even have a chance to view it, and that's with the app open. Then you get knocked off line because you haven't been able to accept orders. Giving 45 seconds is only good when you get the notification before it's gone

Serious platform, good work opportunities and good pay, app needs work. I really like working with Dispatch, you have real time contact with Dispatchers during orders if assistance is needed. They have some good opportunities, a couple great ones and a lot of average/lower paying orders. Consistency with work depends on your market and also on the national demand for shopping. The app has come a long way, but still needs work with bugs time to time, such as not getting order requests.

Absolutely love it!.... So easy. I just pick up from one store and drop off at another and listen to my audio book in between and get paid to do it. You can't beat it!! I love the flexibility of being able to grab ones that are going in the direction that I'm already going or scheduling ahead when I know I'm going to be in a certain area.. I got like seven different gig apps and this is one of my top three.

I have been driving for Dispatch for two years now. I was referred by a random person when I was doing one of my other gigs. When I started getting offers, it was not as slow. Now, I rarely get any offers near me. The offers that are sent to me are not even worth it. They are too far away from me and the pay is worthless. This app is worst now. I hear notifications goes off on my phone and I do not rush to look at them. I need the gigs to be near me and worth my time.
