So I've been using this app since mid March and it seems to be in need of further development. I've had to force stop many times and even uninstall then reinstall 3 times!!! I'm now only using this because this is what the company is using. Hopefully this crashing app gets the continued development it so needs. We will see.

Sadly, I am required to use this app for my employer. I have a newish LG V60 and this app has nothing but issues. Consistently slow upload speeds yet it is constantly running in the background despite attempts to disable background usage. I constantly have to force quit in order to even load a job or to post a simple note that I have to cut and paste when I reload it. Twice this app has bricked my phone for an hour at a time leaving me stranded without directions. Use something else if you can

This app is unpredictable. Sometimes, I'm unable to upload photos and notes or even take payment. This causes me to have to send everything through text to the office to manually input the items or information through the computer. I'm thinking of changing apps for my business.

We use this app for dispatching appliance repair technicians. It works well with warranty companies who are already signed up with them. It is a little extra work for other companies and cash customers (manual entry). But overall, It helps keep track of techs well!

Had a very bad first experience! Reach out to support and they made things right, set everything up properly and even followed up making sure everything was ok and I was happy with their services. I recommend this app for small business doing service work. App has lots of potential if properly used and set up right. Always get compliments from customers about how awesome text notifications are.

The photo uploads have gotten worse. Tried uploading photos today @6 different calls and every single time it freezes and crashes and refuses to upoad. Worked better a couple months ago than now and its not my service. Brand new s21 ultra and verizon. This is crazy and wish my company would find something better, i cant even log in to see my calls for tomorrow anymore. If i could give less stars i would, app is extremely inefficient.

literally the worst app out. search bar is just there for looks, consistently crashes, upoloading a picture over wifi standing next to the router? 5 min wait easily. You guys have been out for this long and you still cant fix the simple stuff Update: they messed up the app now you can't even put notes up without crashing. it's astounding how much they just don't care about this app

Return offline work! When no internet it doesn't even load itself! Wasting a lot of time and nerves to wait. Driving around to find internet connection to just simply take a look at the job! That's horrible! Previous versions work for weeks without any issue. Upd can't upload photos! From 15 times only one maybe successful

I wish I could give this negative stars. The most useless app I've ever encountered In My life. The developers have absolutely no idea what they are doing. It only has a few functions and it can't do those right. Constantly crashing. Unable to press certain features. I can't upload anything. I'm stuck with this app because the company I work for requires it. Worst app ever. If anyone reads this comment, I hope you listen to my words. NEVER DOWNLOAD THIS APP.

Its a bigger battery hog than the last dispatch app I used, ESC. It constantly runs in the background when you close it. Only Force Stop will shut it down. Despite it running constantly, its actually not doing anything, and requires you to manually refresh to see any new jobs or changes to download. The photo uploadig has been broken for a long time. Every photo uploaded is cropped smaller by the app, ruining them.

When attempting to add a note to an invoice this app completely freezes up and crashes.. Every time, every invoice, voice or type-text data-entry method, doesn't matter. App is a huge time drain. Very frustrating when it becomes non-functional. Could be awesome if it actually worked properly. This needs some serious work by somebody who values common respect and cares not to waste others time and energy! Do not recommend this app to anybody trying to run a business or any tech working there.

My review matches everyone else who has ever used this app. This app is slow and doesn't work at all at times constantly running but constantly shutting down how this even happens is beyond me but if my work was this poor I would be fired from my job. Please fix this terrible app. Or just start over perhaps. Free air condition house call fee for whoever fixes this problem lol 😆 I guarantee my work. Can you ????

Hate the nag to 'open and allow location services'. I use this on my personal phone and my whereabouts should be private. If I wanted to allow location, I would allow location. Stop nagging me to turn it on. Also the phone number masking is stupid. We get emails from the app confirming details with the phone number ( but mysteriously no email) so I have to switch between the App and the email to complete my work orders.

SLOW and freezes. Unreliable job updates. I constantly have to restart this lousy app after each job. A ten minute process. No real text editor and doesn't recognize a carriage return. So all your tech notes look like run on sentences. Unless you are at dispatcher level, you can not access anything from a computer. Taking photos is a slow and cumbersome process. App is incapable of rembering its last settings. Useless if you loose cell service. This app does little to save a tech time.

I've had to use this app for work for a few years now. It is horrendous. I can be in the app, switch to another to get info or do something else for a second, and the app has to load all over again sometimes taking 30 seconds or a minute. If it even loads at all sometimes it just kicks me out. Can't go back and look at previous day because it just glitches out and shoots me to a random day months back. Updates make stuff worse. Hope you get paid hourly because you'll waste time using this app.

The app will not let you search back farther then 30 days. It does not separate calls when you set them as a parts jobs. The app just makes them look complete. Tells customers it's going to take you longer to get to their house and it actually does. Tere's no way to actually take a payment in the app
