Imagine you're traveling and your subscription expired so you bought a regular load to get points then you open the app to subscribe to a promo but then you're greeted by an update which you can never complete because you have no internet. it's frustrating right? You either buy a new promo from a local store or connect to a public/Piso WiFi network and wait 30 minutes because it's very slow

I've been using Dito sim since it was offered to public till to this day. At first it's quite have fast Internet connections, however, the same to other network, it's getting slower, I guess, it's due to of many users nearby. The challenge is how can you fix this mattter? Moreover, I'm not used to used the call offered when the sim is subscribes to promo offered by Dito, one day I had tried to used it, sadly/disappointingly it did not worked. Hope you find ways to fix this sooner.. Tnx

Dito is a Mid Sim, Its a Budget-friendly promos compared to other, like how ₱20 is alread 2gb in 3 days unlike others where 3gb is ₱50, and I really like how it is easy to use and this app is so easy to know. The only problem is that it has Slow connection everytime, and it always drop on ~5b/s like shii it doesn't drop to that low but its so slow, might fix this soon and give 4-5star. As a Student, I really need Budget-friendly sim as well as strong internet to connect and use data in school

I used to think I picked the best network. But DITO SIM right now, is only good with data promos. The internet connection is terrible. It's been a week, and DITO connection is flickering. I just purchased load but I can't even use it properly. The internet connection will be lost often, and my phone will display no sim. What is happening with DITO SIM. Hopefully it will be fixed or I'm discarding Dito as my preferred net.

Annoying ads after opening the app. Poor ui design. The ads can be placed at the dashboard, no need to pop it up after opening the app. The can't be used if there is an update available, make it possible to use even if there is an update, I know it's for security and feature or smooth function of the app but make it possible even if there is an update

My app will not even load. I think since the update on the app in July it has trouble. When I click on the app it opens for a second then closes. I have tried uninstall and reinstall multiple times. The phone I am using is the correct android version and is suitable..I ha e even checked YouTube for solutions but nothing works. I have been on calls with DITO help multiple times but after 45 minutes on hold I have to hang up as I have a life also. I have tried customer support email but no help..

This could be a five star rating since it's amazing, incredibly a budget friendly and so much different than any other sim I've tried. However, there are times that I can't use the data that l've registered. At first, I can access the apps that I'm always using but for some reason I can't access it now. What would I do if I can't even use my load or data subscription??! 😤 This problem does happen multiple times and it's so frustrating and disappointing, please provide a solution.

DITO offers affordable and convenient services. Their budget-friendly promotions are great deals, but they should work on fixing the connectivity issue (especially around 9 PM). Also, the 'buy data' feature connected to FB Lite is troublesome a simple accidental click can result in an automatic loan on the user's account (I experienced it 3 times now) without any additional confirmation on the DITO app itself, such as an OTP, is quite problematic. EDIT: Again, the same issue.

It's a great and useful app with the promos, it's faster than other datas and sells great loads, even with cheap prices. The promo is also very helpful, having multiple options of which promo to buy is nice to see with a limited budget, and the app itself is easy to navigate. And there are a lot of useful features. Though as of the recent update, the app would no longer open so I'm not able to access the promos or check on my data subscription.

I reinstalled the app and thank God it's working so that I can redeem my points. Thank you, DITO. My concern about the signal after the power outage is still the same. I hope you can improve to restore signal faster. And when calling someone's number, why is it so hard to contact them? (Different phone, same experience) Like...it will take 3-5 tries before it actually ring. Not like my father's sim that it will work with just one try. I hope you will take action for this too. Thank you so much.

Cheap and affordable, You can get a lot with what you paid for, when it comes to points, you get diverse offers of what you can do with them. Like slushies in 7-11, in game currencies, coupons, etc. This app is convenient. But on the other hand, the internet is not. It's like. Very slow. You can't run some websites properly and when watching videos.. It barely plays it. Also, the data runs out fast. So it's good for recharging in game currencies because of the points, they give you a lot w/ it.

I really love Dito but way before, it used to have like 10gb per 100 pesos and it was legit. but the real problem here us the signal, the signal is limited to where you lived, for example there are more dito towers here in cavite, that's why somehow it was great for my experience. also i want to assess that, when i don't have a load, so you need to buy load from the app, but you can't open it cause you don't have a load/internet, it is a nuissance for me. and also fix ur app, cuz it stopping.

I recently purchased another Dito sim because my previous Dito sim seems to get slower to no connection at all. At first I thought that maybe my previous Dito sim was for replacement but now I guess, it's the network itself's at fault. I get 5 signal bars but I can't barely use my data. The data connection sucks. PS. I already raised this concern 2 or maybe 3 times through their costumer service representative but no clear solution has been made so far.

It's been 2 weeks that I cannot open the app, I don't know what's the problem. Everytime I tried to open it, it will automatically exit/close. And I hate it because of that I cannot monitor my mobile data, and the data connection is also affected it's crawling, I can't do my work properly because of the bad internet and broken app. I hope it will fix as soon as possible.

I've been subscriber since 2020 the first time i used it the internet was very fast. But now the internet connection is too slow. It's just a simple scroll on facebook, it takes a long time to load. And the fact that they are upgrading the system it seems that there is no changes in the internet connection. Their internet used to be very fast, now I have to wait several minutes for a single short video to load. I just gave you a review and you even slowed down your internet..

DITO SIM is so disappointing. The only thing that's good about it is their data offers, which seem appealing at first. However, the signal quality is terrible. It’s strange because when I don’t have load or data, the signal is somewhat okay. But as soon as I top up, the signal drops, making the service almost unusable. They really need to improve their signal quality; otherwise, the data offers don’t mean much if you can’t even use them properly.
