The app is great for colour correction when it works. I just updated my phone to the Z flip 3 and colour correction fails to complete. I have emailed customer service Multiple times on this. I got an automated generic response for fixes. The final sentence was "change your phone" that's not an option when you buy a new phone, pay a subscription to use the colour correction features. Poor customer service with no response. Waiting for the next update Hoping it will fix the problem.

I like the colour correction which makes my job easier after taking pictures, but being a paying user of the app it's really annoying that the video colour conversion doesn't work. It gets to 8% converted and stops working. I've reached out to support about this but had no response. If it doesn't start working I'm going to have to cancel my membership and use a different programme.

Used this app for years and had wonderful results. The reds were a little annoying but could be corrected using the slide. HOWEVER, since the update, all I have now at depth are electric blue splodges of corals, not the lovely colours I saw and photographed. No matter how I slide the adjustment it just stays blue! It even 'adjusted' the white tips of the oceanic white tip shark to grey! I even have the watermark back despite paying the annual subscription. Not a happy diver anymore I'm afraid.

great pics mods but the watermark doesn't go away on purchase. maybe there's more options at the bottom that is cut off.

The app is easy to use! You have a lot of options for adjusting colour in your underwater photos and videos.

I bought the upgrade but now I can't log in. everytime I try to save a photo, it takes me to the log in page. I put in my info and it says, 'user name taken,error'. Of course it's taken, it's mine! tried to contact them. Didn't help.

I turned off all notifications but continue to get a few daily. I am about to delete the app if this is not fixed because it is very annoying to be at work and get notifications of a new photo. Especially when some of the photos are desperate women who post body shots looking for attention and have nothing to do with diving. Anyway to block them?

Support is completely non-existent. When issues arise, it takes forever to get a reply. They never resolved my issue and just stopped replying so I lost 3 months of service. After buying a new phone, the app wouldn't let me log in. It said it didn't recognize my email, which is the only email I use. I emailed them, and they asked for proof of payment, which I sent. They never replied again. When people pay money for an app, they deserve support and the ability to use it. Otherwise it's fraud.

One of the worst apps I've ever used. It actually used to be better. It crashes frequently. It saves the files so small you can't edit them at all. I paid extra to remove the watermarks and when I save it to my phone, it still has the watermark! So I paid for nothing. Absolute rip-off and scam.

I love this app but it takes forever to convert videos over 1.5 minutes, in fact it just freezes. I also can't find jpeg photos from my gallery. I have a Note10+. I've emailed with a screenshot, still waiting on a solution. I paid for the VIP. The free version converts videos under 1 minute much faster but I didn't want the logo.

Subscribed only for the color correction. The unlimited correction is quite limited. You can only process 50 images or 1 video at a time. The developers purposefully impaired the product with these unnecessary limitations. It is very inconvenient to keep track of which images/videos were already converted out of a large batch. Shame, shame, shame for implementing those limits.

I only use the color correction, I don't use the social stuff. The app saves me a lot of time fixing up the white and color balance in my dive pictures. I highly recommend this app to people who like taking underwater pictures but haven't been happy with the color of them. This app does a great job of readusting the color to make up for light colors that are unable to penetrate the sea depth.

I love the app, I just got the premium, and it's awesome the way it edited the pictures and the video. My only concern is that you have an unsupported issue with big quality videos like 4k. I use my Gopro to record underwater, and every video I tried to save after correcting it tells me is unsupported. That kind of sucks because you want to have the best quality for your videos, and nowadays, you do not have 1080 MP on recordings. You have 4K and more. I didn't put 5 because of that issue.

Like many others, I downloaded this app for colour correction. Unfortunately, it just doesn't work well. Batch photos can only do 50 at a time (and you have to select each photo individually) and videos just don't work at all - they just get stuck on 26% and then don't go any farther. I subscribed for a year too - I want my money back.

Installed this app for the sole reason of color correcting some recent snorkeling videos and pics. Works great for the pictures (there is a limit to how many you can do per day unless you pay $) but for videos, I have not had one successfully save. All lock up during the conversion process from 8-20% or so. Have tried on Pixel 3 and 3a with same problems. Several other reviews here mention the same issue. Trying to borrow an iPhone to see if I can get it working on that as the video previews look good and it's super easy to use.

2021 updated review: when I save color corrected photos from the app, they get sent to a random "storage" folder on my phone and don't appear in photos or gallery or dive+ photos folder. Very hard to find them and send them/post them. 2020 review: Super useful. I got the plus version to batch edit photos of my students & divers. It was discounted at $17 I think and well worth it. Underwater photos just look so much better with this app.

In January 2020, I gave this a 5 star review. In 2021, this is dropping to 1 star for Android users. It is extremely buggy. It seem to take forever for the app and my phone to communicate, and even then some pictures never show up in my phone. If they could fix this issue, it would go back to 5 stars. The actual color correction is great, you'll just pull your hair out trying to get the pictures off the app. I paid for additional features when it worked, now I feel like it's wasted money.

Results are great when it works, but can't process videos over ~30–40sec in length. Very annoying as I just paid for it, and can't process many vids from my trip anyway. It just keeps hanging at 41%, 46%, 21%, etc. It's also annoying to keep jumping back to home screen in between each photo or vid, instead of back to gallery where I left off. There's a lot of unwanted stuff in the app, when I just want its basic function (that I paid for) to work.

Very nice app. So many features. What I use it for is color correction on my best underwater photos. It corrects it perfectly. The only thing I wish I could do was batch correct like 10 at once. I have to do them individually unless I pay the premium subscription fee. But it's awesome they let you do so much for free with this app.

It's actually cool but videos from my go pro (1080, not even 4k) just don't work. the app just gets stuck and therefore isn't effective at the one thing I paid for. it to do. you can't change the output to SD card either so it's a pain. There are no parameters to mess with, and I think the app degrades video quality. Finally I can't believe the videos shown on the social media part of the app are edited in dive plus. Pros use real software. Amateurs use dive + and go pros. And it doesn't work.
