It's just as stupid as it might ever be. The last thing you would expect from an app whose purpose is simply to display your documents - start demanding you to pass photo verification deleting your documents in case you don't want to. One more proof you should not rely on it and have physical documents instead - which don't change rules whenever they like.

I'm sorry for the previous angry review. Unfortunately, can't edit and even find it. So, after the registration in Privat24 and using it as login option, I could get my COVID certificate just after the first attempt. But have to say that NFC authentication is not an option. It seems that your photo in the passport can be too outdated, so the system can't match it with the current one.

I am traveling in the great country Ukraine and trying to buy an international train ticket with the ukraine train app which requires this app for verification. Unfortunately, I don't speak ukrainian despite trying to learn it for a while, so I cannot use this app which appears to be in ukrainian only.

Not a stable app, tried to take my selfie like 20 times through the app and it just keeps failing, any special instructions or settings for making the selfie work ?

Very buggy, can't create signature because in final state it's return error, why this feature is in release? Why it not fully tested? Okay, maybe this only feature has problem... No, before authorize via NFC use my id card, it has the same problem, when on second stage the app try read chip, it's really suck. I don't know what to say, the idea is cool, but realization can be better. This app must tested feature hardly, because it's use our personal data! Bugs like this are unacceptable!!!

It's an awesome idea, but the implementation is quite lousy. A lot of error messages that display the generic "An error has occurred" without giving even a hint of what caused the error. Some documents can't be displayed because reasons... On the other hand, imagine all the paper records that suddently need to go digital - that's a shitton of work on the backend. Hopefully, in 1-2 years, it will be better. P.S. my grandpa can't use the FaceID because his neck doesn't bend that much :(

Impossible to use signature, all the time an error on a final step after person recognized. Used different VPNs, no result.

It's impossible to register on this app. Tried several times the various options available but I always get a. error messages. Not handy.

Works fine. The only problem with digital sign. It doesn't work on evening if you have just a lamp, not enough light.

I don't trust it. The app is not safe. Deleted regardless of its convenience. I am not ready to trade my data safety for occasional convenience. ISO 18013-5 noncompliance, as I recently read.

Since 2019 every error is "sorry, error". Should've been: "Servers overloaded. Upload later" "Camera problem/wrong face" "No free space to keep temporary file before upload. Please have at least 200mb" "You're moving Your head too fast"

Impossible to register, the app does not wait for readings, immediately declaring failure. Each step is a pain in the arse prone to glitches and then again you are kicked out to start over from the start. Reading the passport data line, it won't wait for you to center it, you have to have it perfectly lined up without seeing because if it isn't, it will say failed. Worse yet, then it asks for facial expression but as soon as it's on screen in 1 second you have failed before you even try.

the only feature i use in the app is digital signature. and it doesnt work most of the time. the face recognition is horrible, i have to pass the flow 3 times each time i use the signature. the irony is the feature feedback deeplink doesnt work too, so the only place to complain is here. not good devs, not good. your qa is poor 👎

What a horrible experience. Every second click in the app is "unfortunately error happened", close and retry buttons do not work, no matter how many times I restart and try again nothing helps.

Face recognition is a complete disaster. You are supposed to keep the same haircut your whole life or change the passport on each visit to the barbershop. No jokes, this is what I've got from support.

changed from 5 to 3 - because it becomes too complicated to pass face id. sometimes it took weeks to get electronic signature. And the cherry on cake - no online support 😞
