used to be decent, now its terrible and full of bugs i remember having issues with the older version but boy oh boy they somehow managed to make everything 10 times worst with their newest update - constant loggin issues - the app keeps resetting steps, i lost over 40k steps conbined.. - the latest update makes the app constantly deduct steps, like i'd walk 4k steps and 15 mins later i'm back to 1.3k or something, why? - the app is so laggy its pretty much unusable by now - too many restrictions

What is this, Djezzy, you are going backwards little by little, now you have removed the feature of inviting friends as well, you have corrupted the application Although it was one of the best applications and the first in Google Play, what is your next step to remove the profit from the steps completely now, you really disappointed me in you and I loved this application a lot in the past, the worst application and the next is worse 👎👎👎

Djezzy app was pretty good, after the last update it just became so useless. After decreasing the time from one week ro 24 hours only its just useless. I didn't mind when it was a week and 2 Gigabytes of data only i didn't even use half of it before the time ran out. Now i can't use it on my time out anymore since its just one day and can only do it once a week

This app need some real work like I was trying to use that new "walk and gain" thing and when I reached about over 15,000 steps it couldn't convert it into internet so I tried many times and then I thought of deleting the storage data and when I tried to sign in again it kept sending an error message that couldn't sign in!

I've encountered a significant issue with the app—sometimes, when I want to check my internet and call status, those options seem to be missing, replaced by promotional content. This has led me to give the app only two stars.

One star because what the hell is happening? I've been trying to log for four hours (it's 23:57 now). The app won't log in! After I enter my number, snd in the second i hit ''submit'', either the code won't send or the screen will keep loading infinitely, or both. It's been a nightmare! I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but now it's telling me to check my connection. I am on Djezzy's internet and it's working (for now), but the miserable app won't log in! FUCC THIS! FIX IT?!!!! FFS

Pathetic application. Most of the time it doesn't reward you with the walk and win feature. I walked 5000 and i tried to convert them into 1gb since i needed it. But the app kept saying "error occured". Truely unsatisfying. Fix this as soon as possible. We don't allow you to consume our phone's battery just so we win nothing but a fake promise. Please dont tell me to "reach out and write a detaile message in A.N djezzy" or something like that its not like ur gonna respond to it anyway...Correct?

It sounds like the user themself needs to find a fix for your stupid errors, 1: to fix the repeatable error message when trying to log in or open the app you will need to temporarily switch to 3G until the app works and then go back to the LTE mode, 2: if you encountered an error message when converting your steps you will need to wait for a boring 30 minutes and then click convert back and it will work,

The app need some serious work , like in the new features , the option for walk and gain is unsupported by almost any phone and the app crashing when using it , the information about the subscription its not showing half the time . And more . But it works some how , like the option of using the app to get access to all you need in one place , but it needs to be more polished.

What is the cause of errors that occur in the application after each update? Despite the good connection to the Internet via the phone, when you perform each update of the application, it is not easy to access it. All you encounter is a message from the application itself telling you that there are problems, please try and with many attempts the application does not open.

I've been using Djezzy App for a month now and well, it's so buggy! it crashes a lot! Although the feature "Walk And Win" is supported on my device, the app still stops working if i use it for over 5min in the background. Also, it logs out a lot, then i have to sign-in over again. and now I'm stuck in the logging screen because it says: "Sorry, you are not alowed to make this action" After i enter my verification code correctly. It's also a bad idea having to turn on data to get inside the app.

Fraudsters, thieves, swindlers You stole my money via game patrol Although I have never used it, there are many games available on the Internet. Am I crazy to pay money and play them? The last update you made made it difficult. We take 1 GB or 2 GB once a week. This is annoying. It also stops an hour or two before its expiration date, even though there is still 1 GB remaining. At least make it last for 48 hours, not 24 hours, it is very short. Remove 12 hours from it, especially at night.

Yeah, the app could use A LOT of work. It keeps automatically signing me out and requiring my number again and AGAIN and now for some reason im totally unable to access it ! Not to mention the walk in and win feature that keeps glitching and reverting back and erasing all the progress i made !! At least fix the basic functions like logging in please !

The App is bugging for me and it's been awhile since. Update and reinstall doesn't fix the issue which is the app bugs on start it only shows red screen can't proceed to next frame.. tried to clear data same. Now i can't even login. Do effin' something. Note: I'm on redmi 10A

Dear, I've been using ur app a while ago , yesterday I've received a message from you that there is an update, I updated the app from play store but the newer version doesn't let me in and give me a pop-up message saying: oops a problem has occurred !. And I do not get to log in. I tried cleaning data and reseting the app and even uninstall it and reinstall it again, nothing worked. Edit: I tried adding 213 before my number and it worked but I believe not everyone would think about it.

Overall speaking, the app does what it's supposed to do, that being said, there's a lot of bugs that need fixing, mainly the one where the app launches with an error, and it takes a few times for it to launch properly, keep in mind that that happens with both mobile data and Wi-Fi connection, and then there's a rendering issue in the Walk & Win feature, the Start and Convert buttons don't render at all, but you know that they're there since you can actually tap, please issue an update.
