I got this app a few months back to plan out a trip coming up soon, and it was working well. That is until apparently there was some update and as i tried to use the app later, it wouldn't work. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app hoping it would work. I could get into the app now but as soon as i put in my saved gpx files from before, it crashes. Really was hoping to use this app.

Been using this App for a while, it replaces most of my motorcycle instruments. Unfortunately the last update has the maps not working...seems the GPS works as the tripmeter "ticks over", but, the maps just stop responding, have to come out of map screen to haome then back to maps to reset position, it then stops responding after a few minutes...currently it's a bit of a deal breaker, I'm sure it can be fixed...it seems the company is doing it's best to produce a quality product...

The app looked great when I tried it with the 15 min demo. However: - each module is a separate purchase, be careful with that - the phone very seriousl overheats! I tried it with two phone (Samsung and Honor) and in both cases after riding for about 30 min it stopped charging and closed the app due to overheating.

It's just great. I've been using this dashboard prior to version 2 and could see it's potential. It's just improved so much over its evolution and look forward to its ongoing development. For me regularly solo riding in isolated areas in Australia, it's my go-to reference whilst travelling.

Just doesn't work. Maps keep crashing the whole system. Every other time that I click on the map icon on the bottom to go in to the maps, the system crashes and turns itself off and it goes back to my mobile phone main screen. I have tried uninstalling the app, the maps, clearing the cache etc... re-installing everything. Loading on the Internal memory, then SD card then back to Internal etc.... Did a hard reset on my phone (obviously have to totally reconfigure the whole thing now etc) Still trying to bring up the maps crashes the system. I really want this app to work but even turning the phone on and off etc.. the app is NOT at all stable and can't be trusted. I really don.t want to be on my motorbike on the side of the road dealing with app issues. I ride to forget about daily life, not be confronted with more tech issues.

The app looks fantastic and is nice to use, but unfortunately it just crashes way too often on slightly old android phones (android 10). As this was supposed to be a permanent installation on my motorbike, is just not reliable enough to be used as the main launcher. Changing the rating to 4 stars after reading the ADVRIDER thread explaining all the future updates and upgrades. Looking forward for them!

App seems to be just a money grab. I downloaded it, and it said that I had to buy the demo plug-in to use. I clicked on buy now, $5.49. OK, I think not bad, I'll buy it. Bought it and went back to the app. It's still telling me I need to purchase the demo plug-in. Maybe the app needs to reset. I close app and reopen. I still get the message, you have to buy the demo plug-in to use. This time, I click on it, and it comes up with subscription options. $10.99 for 6 months or $18.99 for a year. BS

Like the idea, but demo navigation and roadbook demo is too restrictive - can't evaluate without payment.

I payed lifetime subscription for both maps and roadbook. Mainly because I want to support the development. I like the whole idea of having a hub for navigation, bike input and other relevant information during riding. But as for now the maps available are really lacking, I can't use it for anything. I mostly go offroad and the map in navigation mode does not show relevant informatio. Only good for road riding and maybe abit backroads, but not even close to the ones i require for my navigation.

Have used this product for about a year. Great detail in maps. Mostly used in offroad applications to track routes in remote areas with no cell service. Great product. Had an issue when I joined beta as it won't record tracks (yet). Had a issue rolling back to earlier version so contacted developers. Prompt reply and provided answer, (wait a while before reinstalling app) had me going again shortly. Great products are defined by support and service by the company. DMD2 gets nod of approval.

15 minutes map demo session started as soon as I opened the app, map download left me 2 minutes to evaluate. Prices not regionalized, I don't have means of relating to Euros from my home continent.

Very Impressive. Obviously written by a biker that has a commitment to excellence. Is rock solid on my Samsung Tab3 Active. Everytime I think that I have found something that hasn't been considered I dig deeper and there is a solution. MY ONE AND ONLY ISSUE!!!!!! Please modify the speedometer screen to allow for the removal of the MAXIMUM speed display. More than 25kph over the limit in my country will cost me my licence. I don't want a policeman to see what speed I have been doing.

Excellent app for offroad, of course there is some small things that can be better, but overall 5*

So far the best solution my ADV motorcycle plans and other expeditions. Great GPS/GPX file integration and online map editor. Active Discord and developer(s) are present. Clearly developed and managed by true enthusiasts who actively use their own products and develop best-in-class solutions. Will definitely buy their dedicated tablet 👍

software is diabolical on a android.smartphone. maps will not download even though I have space. removed and reloaded several times. I was hoping all the reviews for this software were factual, but alas it's about the same as Garmin, poor. so far on my trip through Europe myrouteapp is about the only software that works without issues I had such hopes for this too. back to the drawing board

I like it a lot. So much that I got one of their phones. So why 3 stars? Following I haven't figured or isn't available... 1. Can't seem to add waypoints to the journey already in progress. 2. Do not get an alternative path to get to my destination instead it keeps telling me to do a U-turn even if there is an alternative path, when I miss a turn. 3. Been using it for over a couple of months, UI still feels weird. I know how this is not very helpful. Still good enough that I bought the device

Outstanding tool for navigating. I am using the software on their custom built tablet (T865X). The software allows riders to follow a 'track' if they choose, and then turn off recalculation. This is the ONLY software that will allow you to still receive them by turn directions when on the track, including precise distance to your next waypoint. This is the first GPS program that I have used without any stress of it crashing.

Used to adore this app for it's basic dashboard. Just launched it for the first time in a while and...okay, starting over! And looks like more nag screens? So far I haven't figured out a way to recreate the perfect setup I had before. I can appreciate the developers caring enough to put in hard work to release a major version update, so I'll try to stay open minded. Just when you're ready to go then open the app to find everything's different, that sucks. Hopefully it's for the better!

The main situation where I use this app (and tablet) is for navigation in remote areas where I don't have internet connections. For that, it excels. For urban riding, the maping intelligence is simply not up to par with google maps, but that's comparing a small team of dedicated developers to a mega corporation. Not really a fair comparison.
