Lots of improvement needed. It would be better if you allow the user to view or use the QR tickets in offline mode. Who knows when the user's phone will be down. Screenshot facility may also be provided. Overall experience is good but not best. Looking forward for further improvements.

Such a third class app and third class service...even the support staff behaves so sick as if he is doing a favour...paid money , recharge not done, on top support staffsays not their headache...! Third class App

Good experience with ride booking. But then why don't you provide an option to cancel the ride ? That's a basic need. Moreover the QR scanners on metro stations are so bad that sometimes it does not scan the code.
