The netbank app is actually just getting worse. And also a huge minus that the transfer option dissappear when when the app has an update. Twice now it has happened to me while being at the store, standing in line to pay. Even if I normally just use the money transfer when I really need to it's a bit frustrating. I mean there are many people out there who keep most money on an extra or saving account. would give 4 stars 2 years ago tho.

I primarily used the old app to do a quick account balance check. Having to log in virtually every time defeats the purpose of having an app in the first place, and I might as well log in through the browser. Also, it seems a bit silly to enter the phone number of the phone from which I am using the app every time I log in with mobile bankID.

The app is good and I use it frequently. Under the 'Spending' feature there is no way where I can define a budget from 'Payday to Payday' basis. You can adjust the view and then the app shows you that what amount of money has flown in and out of your account from your last Payday. But it will be good if I can define a buget for that payday period. Right now the app allows to set budget only on Monthly, weekly and yearly basis. So this should be extended and allowed on payday basis also.

They had. agreat app. Now it is a total disaster. Slow, less functional amd constantly asking to log in. (Answer to answer) I hate to have a widget to check my balance (friends can see it while I swipe) and I hat tonot have a easy balance in and out for the last 30 days. Furthermore, the previous app was not crashing. You guys need some serious testing before to release somethin of such poor quality.

Having to log in to do absolutely anything is bad enough, even just the currency converter(!), but now you've managed to mess it up even worse! You had a functioning Currency Converter in the old app, so why the hell would you throw that out completely and have a link to your website instead?! And you STILL have the single most massive problem with the app. ANY transfer between my OWN ACCOUNTS are treated as a transaction both in app and online mobile bank, I have to WAIT until noon for it!

Hi! The app has become better to use, but I wish there was a way to change the language in the app. I prefer to have my system language set to English, but I am not too familiar with the banking terms in the translated app, and so I spend a lot på time gong through menus and figuring out what the corresponding terms would be on the Norwegian web page. Cheers!

The updated app just doesn't work. It's chock full of bugs. The fingerprint scanner doesn't always work, half the time it thinks I'm exiting the app instead, loading times are too long, viewing all my accounts crashes the app, and a number of other minor annoyances. The old app was well overdue an update but as it is now I'd rather go back to something that works. Edit: the widget is a security/privacy threat. Fingerprint access to the app means nothing when there's unsolicited access to widget.

Finally a real app (no longer just a poorly designed web app). Plus for biometric login. Paying bills was also easy now. But it's very sluggish and slow loading. It doesn't help that UI elements jump around as it's loading. Also it stops working after a while and have to be restarted. I'll give it some time to mature though as the new version was just released.

The app has become too cumbersome in use, is it really necessary to go through in-logging simply to check a balance? And why not allow the app to remember my phone number rather than have me tell it every time? In 80-90% of the attempts at logging in, i'm left waiting, twiddling my thumbs, for the app to load the main page...... despite having full 4G coverage or router access, i'm more often than not told there has been an error, and given some cryptic error code......... becoming very frustrating. The new app may look better, but functionally and convenience wise, its in most regards a downgrade.

This is a change to my previous one star review. Was about to send through a complaint as it had appeared the app had caused my phone to go into an infinite boot loop that even a factory reset would not sort out, but DNB checked with the developers and provided proof there was an issue with the latest Android version for Samsung Note 4 phones. It might have been the case that the DNB app just happened to be the trigger to set off the problem I had which could have happened at another time with a different app, anyway. So while I have changed to 5 stars, it is for the great customer service as Bjarne and others at DNB definitely try to treat their customers as well as possible and keep them properly informed. Apologies for not having considered that it was more a problem of my particular version of android, as the problems occurred even when the app was removed from the phone. Thanks for taking the time to look into this for me on a deeper level.

The current version of the app has a very poor user experience, it is very unresponsive. It also has other UX issues. It takes on average 3 seconds to navigate between areas/pages the app, yes even the "back" arrow is slow. (3 seconds). "Me" -> "Home" (3.5s) "Me" -> "Me/Accounts" (3.5s) In addition, when loading the "Me/Accounts" page of the app, it takes a another 3 seconds to be able to scroll down to see your other accounts. Is this a separate query because you've used paginated data or something? I've noticed the "material" animation on the button always finishes before navigation happens, I hope the app is not waiting for animations to finish before issuing queries? I say this because it happens even for pages that do not have to load data, like "Me" -> "Me/Insurance" The back arrow does not have any activation animation, together with the unresponsiveness it's hard to know if you've managed to tap it or not. The transaction list and transaction detail view: Most transaction comments are truncated, tapping on it to go into the detail view does not help because it is not visible. That's all that I can fit in this review.

The app is what it is. It allows you to view and manage the funds of your linked accounts, transfer funds between your own accounts easily and approve electronical bills. The app can also be used to photograph/scan physical bills and automatically transferring the details to the app to ease the users experience with KID-numbers etc. As first stated, the app is what it is, and it does a good job at it without overreaching. 10/10

Won't even open, crash on launch. I was told to call DNB so I did. Their support asked various questions about phone model, android version, system settings. Tried uninstall, restart phone, re-install. Tried wifi, mobile data. Nothing helped. No solution. No error code. Just crash on start every time. "DNB HAS STOPPED". Sent them the screenshot of the white text box with that message.

Distracting notification top right with no option to remove. Honestly, how do you manage to make it worse for every update?

The few last updates are horrible. I have to log in even if I don't do any active operation. Application logs me out randomly. Loading times are much slower, navigation is awfully slow even on a powerful phone and fast connection. Spending button is greyed out for no obvious reason. Most of the buttons are just web links. DNB, if you make a massive campaign promoting something as small as an app update (who on earth cares?), at least test it first, because this is embarrassing.

Great but some functions are missing or hard to find which you normally find on your computer with browser. The mobile app should have all functions too, and navigation intuitive. Otherwise very good app.

Missing option in app to switch off option for paying by touch. Especially when You have credit card- small amounts can be paid without adding pin code, which I do not like it, because is very low secured. Not perfect - very slow opening app, as I see/compare with apps from another banks at this same smart phone this one is the slowest. Rest is so far good.

I know that, the only problem is that I have to change the main account every time, differentiating the transfer from other accounts, which completely defeats the purpose. The program itself should suggest the account from which the transfer is made, and not that I have to do it myself every time. As for accounting, in other banks I can see immediately who I'm getting the money from, but here only after two days, even though the money is already in the account.

Unable to use biometrics to log in (I get the very helpful message "something went wrong"). So I need to log in with BankID every time. :( I switched to Bulder Bank. :) Much better experience. DNB's netbank and mobile bank feels like they are from a decade ago. And they log you out after just a short while so it's impossible to get anything done.
