Worst app to use, waited for 2 doctors to answer and join the call. after 2 hours of waiting, no one joined the call. On top of it we were charge for 2 consultation. We haven't received any update or reply from support nor the doctors. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for, if this happens to you just go to nearest hospital. thinking this is best choice because it is via net still the worst experience.

Had to log out to switch account but I was unable to relog-in. Also, when you already choose a doctor and finish noting some details, the doctor would not be available and you'll end up choosing another time slot or doctor and repeat every details. Very hassle to use. I would not recommend this app.

My first experience using the app was unpleasant. The doctor who consulted me was impolite and rude and I felt uncomfortable talking to her. This led me to go to another Cardiologist that is not from DoctorAnywhere in my follow up check up.

overall good app but the uploading of documents needs a revamp, not user friendly because it automatically checks all the previous pics and files you uploaded before and it takes time to remove them and just upload what is needed. I think the user testing only used this once thus did noy encounter the issue. for someone who have been doing multiple follow ups this is such a challenge. just allow the user to select existing folderd if they need yo share their historical records to new doctors

It's a good app and it's very easy to use. But of late i can't seem to open the app.. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it several times. I need help.

Useless. Wasn't able to proceed with the consultation. Keeps on getting error message "something went wrong" for 10x straight. If I have a heart condition I would have died already.

I loved doctor anywhere, because they accomodate you quickly. The convenience that you don't need to travel outside and the app is easy to use and understand.

not convenient to use when u dont have the IDs needed for verification, i only got Philhealth and PAG-IBIG as my identification and the app wants me to use a national ID when they aren't being distributed to me yet and getting as passport is a hassle as it is, it's better to go to a physical clinic atp

I've not received my medication worth 2880 baht!! theyre not replying to my emails, not reply to the built in chat on the app, cant call them, says their office closed when theyre supposed to be open everyday 9am -10pm . contacted them everywhere. no reply. plus the follow up fee is 1500 and i didnt receive my meds so it was all for nothing . so i wasted 4380 baht total :( no call, no message, nothing at all. Horrible customer service. Never using this app ever again.

the app reminded me to update right after a call was found for me. would be nice if this happened after launching instead. that way a medical professional isn't waiting for you to update the app before speaking.

My first experience of using this was really bad. I highly do not recommend this app. Doctor was quite in a panic mode and made me anxious. The teleconsult was only 2 mins. Payment page was buggy and had error message. I couldn't even make payment for medication! Called the hotline and they waited with me and refresh many times still error message so I was asked to write in and ask for my refund (still waiting for my refund). Ended up I went to White Coat and the experience was much smoother.

The service is good and the app is user friendly. The only issue is that it's hard to get a schedule for an endo. Follow up with the same endo doctor is almost impossible since they usually have no free slots or the available sched is after x months. I meet them once then I have to go back to going to hospital for an endo appt since there is no way to meet them again. DA should have a feature where the doctors can schedule a follow up check for continuity of doctor-patient history. Thanks!

To hard to connect to CS by their email. Just receiving a notification that my request has been received on their end but never contacted again. No phone number to call as well. It's frustrating!

it's convenient as we called in sick, going in to a clinic would be a hassle, so, with this online appointment, it's way more easier to consult doctor. but if our condition getting worsen, see doctor physically is recommended for a detailed checkup.

I'm having trouble getting the app to work on my new phone. Im using a Google pixel 8 pro now and it doesn't seem to want to go past the loading screen no matter how much I reinstall the application.

It is good that we do have these kinds of benefits in the company that I worked for and I think it will really helps us to somehow align our budgets specially on emergency funds. Very accessible way of having a virtual consultation in the mid of the night without going to the nearest clinic or hospitals. Thank you!

It's convenient but in all my recent consultations, i could not understand the doctor as their audio is muffled. There would be a few seconds that i can hear them crystal clear then audio issues majority of the time. Same behavior on 3 different devices. It's not my internet, video is crystal clear. Please fix
