Are there any games where you don't HAVE to spend money to enjoy them for more than one day? Smh Honestly you can't upgrade fast enough to keep playing without spending money. Guess something is wrong with me that ad an adult I don't wanna WASTE money

It's an alright game. I think it'd be even better if the player received more gems than the game gives; especially since there is no way to get extra gems unless you pay $ for them (not even by watching a video).

So far, as I have just started playing this game, I really like it. But that is not excluding the fact that I may not like it later. Right now it's simple, easy and very relaxing. If it stays on this path, I can't wait to experience what happens next. If not, I will be sure to let you know where and when.

You have to watch an ad to open each new level. The level of actual game playing is minimal. You just click on spots for an action to be performed. Very boring.

Fun! The 'break' ads are really quick., love that! The get more life ads are longer, but that's OK, bc you don't have to wait hours for more lives, just watch a couple of ads. I do errands while the ads run. Lol

I deleted this app because it got way to glitchy after I got to level 4. After almost evey level it was telling me to take an ad brake. If I wanted to do the part to heal people and not take care of the hospital I would have to watch a ad to get into it. Mid doing one I got a ad. This made me really mad. 🤬😡 Dont think I'm paying to remove ads other people says it don't work so what's the point of it???? 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡

This was my favorite game.I'm on level 106 at the ophthalmology clinic. How can you keep loosing with the same dollar amount when you have upgraded the cost of two items? I'm not buying anymore for this game. I'm done.

I have been stuck for a while on San Marco Hospital level 80. You can't get past this level because the all the toons but two go to the doctor and the beds don't open up quick. So the patients time runs out and that's the end of that round. So nice to keep playing and never getting past it

While I appreciate the game and find it enjoyable, I feel that the advertisement doesn't accurately represent what players can expect. It would be great if the marketing could align more closely with the actual gameplay experience. Overall, it's a good game; just a bit misleading in its promotion.

This is crazy im on level 320 on one board because you dont update your game, and it makes the game boring after a while, at that there is a qlich in the game that magically makes all your progress and boards vanish so you get to start all over 🤬! Well here is an update from my last, as of November still the same boards over and over! Figured there would be one after december nope! This has got to be the worst developed game ever, no new boards, nothing!

I will change the star if the game stops dictating me. It is still under tutorial and when I press the claim button it is stuck since I collected it previously. It does not know it. I am not sure if there is an option to deactivate tutorial. Advanced gamer that I am, do not need instructions to the detail; specially when I can't continue the game.

Blatant P2Play. If you go through a game of this qaulity its watch endless adverts or pay rewards that could buy the game 12 times over. All becomes aparent towadds the end of each hospital. By the way thats £1.99 you owe in for an in game purchase I never even got which has shown up on my google play account as paid for. Not even an option to turn videos off after a purchase for so long. You could buy this for less than £15 but like I say it was interesting to see how the system worked on it.

absolutely ridiculous with the ads. if you can't let people enjoy a game without bombarding them with ads on the VERY FIRST LEVEL then you have no business making games. I know ads have to be in these apps but c'mon man, 5 on the first level and as soon as I unlock the second one......... yep, here comes the sixth ad and after that I was done with this game. immediately deleted after the 6th ad.

Too much hassle. You need like 5-8 ruby per upgrade where the update is very necessary to pass a level. And the upgrade needed were like more than ten oer clinic. But you can only get the one or two ruby once in a while. And the boosters can only be bought through ruby. I guess that's how this app make money. By forcing them to buy the package.

I loved the game for a long time but, but queens hospital has been broken for months now! No patients show up no matter how long you wait. I'm tired of playing the same levels over and over, please fix. android, galaxy s24 plus

Pretty fun game. I'm a time management game vet & I kinda like it. The graphics are fun. Starting out you get enough gems to last you a bit but as you progress you'll want to use them wisely, if you don't want to spend money, that is. Watch ads here & there, bonuses, etc. I will say though that Clinic Mania trumps because you don't have ANY wait times for upgrades at all. Also, if I have to help the robot clean & often beat it to the beds, it's not really a booster. Sub par. Speed it up!
