Beyond bad. Did you pay someone $1.25 to design your app? Basics, such as "SEARCH" and "ADD TO CART" are seemingly non-existent, and certainly not easily accessible. All I know is that I can spend my money on-line at a variety of less frustrating venues.

Would be great tool if it would work. Keeps freezing up and kicks you out. Nedds. A few bugs removed seems like. Plus it causes phone to over heat so it is pulling a lot of battery since it drains down pretty quick even if you put phone to sleep

Tried signing in to app, but keep getting "you need to change your password", so I click on change password on DT's website & every single time I go to enter my email addy, the keyboard pops up & then immediately disappears before I can enter even start to type my email in! I even switched to the desktop view on my mobile phone cuz I don't own a PC nor a laptop & it still does the same thing...I'm soooo frustrated with this stupid app, way easier to go in store to apply for job!!!

Can't shop in the app. You can save "favorites" that may or may not be in stock at your local store, and yes, you can view the saved list easily. But you can't buy anything in the app. I've ordered from the website several times, and was happy to see they made an app, but this is useless without that function. Why have a retail store app at all if you can't shop from it? Yes, the website is bulk-only, but that's OK. I'll keep shopping elsewhere, since this app won't let me shop here.

Since I need to update password and it won't let me update password. I never got to use the old account that I need to update because they would not allow online shopping for my area. I used to spend a couple $100 every single month at Dollar tree. Since it made all these changes I don't spend more than $20 every so many months. For the extra pennies I might save going to Dollar tree it's not even worth the time I sit here to tell you about it.

I love Dollar Tree and was super stoked to find that they have an app now, but every time I try to use the app, it takes FOREVER to do anything. Oh, I want to favorite a product? You have to wait 5 mins and tap the screen a million times. Oh, you want to look more at a product and not just the name and picture, hold on, let me load and buffer for 20 mins. These are bugs in the app that need to be fixed ASAP. Please fix this DT

The app freezes way too much. When I click to load more items, it doesn't register. When I click other buttons, it does the same after a couple minutes of being on the app. It gets frustrating and feels useless to have the app. It would also be great to be able to order from the app.

Slow slow slooooow app. The app only shows 30 items at a time, and struggles to do even that. Tap on an item, 5 seconds before you actually go to the item page. Once you're there? Can't do anything. Can't go back. Can't look at specifications. Can't tap anything.

It's weird that you can only buy in bulk for most items, but it's helpful sometimes. I needed to buy a bunch of crates for an event I was hosting, so I benefited from using this app instead to buy 24 crates, which I probably couldn't get from the store. Other than that, this app has everything you'd expect from it, so 3 stars seems fair.

I have the worst time with this app. It doesn't load 98% of the time. It constantly shuts down. I really dislike the fact that I have a limit on my favorites. I save things to purchase and repurchase. It's a hassle to re- look up the things I need. Super frustrating!

I love the dollar tree and I love being able to browse the products and see all the neat stuff but this app is very slow and glitchy for some reason. It's not my phone because everything else seems to be working fine on my phone but this app is just very slow. Other than that it's a great app.

Very laggy. I can't even type what I need in the search bar. It takes awhile to load what I was typing then when it finishes and I try to tap something to buy it glitches back to the search that I looked up and crashes a lot.

4/5/24 I really appreciate finally having an app for this store, but unfortunately, it doesn't seem to like my android phone very well. I can scroll through a subject for only a few seconds, then it freezes on me. 6/3/24 - no major changes except now I can't acces my favorites list. Just borderline unusable....

I was very disappointed with the apps slow response. Your stuck clicking on buttons 4-5 times before having to just close and reload the app. Your better off downloading the Instacart delivery app and searching through Dollar trees available items though their app. Sad when you cant use the actual app of the store you want to shop at & it comes down to using another app instead

So glad they finally made an app. It has some bugs though. Browsing between depts works the first time but when I try to switch it shows the old dept. Edit: I just noticed there's no cart. You can save favorites but you can't order in the app. Edit 3: please allow us to rate products in the app

Was so excited to know that they upgraded this app but, once I installed this app it just ran really slow plus it wouldn't upload the pages correctly also the app kept getting stuck so was a frustration instead of joy. please fix this app it's got potential to be a good one just needs work. 2 stars for poor performance. I really like thus store too!

Not worth my time yet -- this is the second time I've downloaded this app. This time, I was hoping it was usable..... but notsomuch. When they finally get around to letting you enlarge the thumbnail-sized photos, when you can go back a page to your search results list..... and it takes you to where you left off, when they begin to offer pickup services (or super-reasonable delivery options and fees), and when the products actually reflect whats in the store, then I will try again.
