Just did an update..the home usage converted from usage cost on dollars compared to previous month to kw hours which is useless for a dollar budget..and the kw usage comparison is from 60 days ago, not last month. Plse bring the old dollars data back like it was..as is the app data is useless.

Used to be easy to login, but not anymore. Every time I login now, I have to reset passwords, due to "PW not meeting requirements". After changing PW, was able to login the 1st time, but the same error always showed up the 2nd time.

App shows error, can't find page after I put in the amount I want to pay. I'm not happy with it at all.

Haven't been able to make a payment using the app for months now. Just keep getting an error message when trying to go to the payment page. I have to go to the website to pay.

Terrible service for Virginia trying to pay bill through mobile but won't allow me always saying "something went wrong" and not my service is shut of and have to pay additional reconnection fee all because there mobile app and website is faulty

The app is useful but logging in is a pain. I've set up fingerprint login and I ended up doing that once then having to select my Dominion password from my saved passwords just to have to do fingerprint login another 2 to 3 times before it finally logs me in. Once I finally get in it's pretty easy to use but logging in is the issue!

My issue is,,seems as tho there is 2 accts.my old in which my service was interrupted"shut off"under the initial acct. #..then PAID IN FULL..due to thw amt of time of service being interrupted was told I had to get a new acct# was given that..been paying each month on time..tried to log in w new acct# and new email which I registered AGAIN..so now the acct.states I owe over 1400..cant get in to pay my bill..but yet..the prompt states I owe nothing..CONFUSED AND FRUSTRATED...I know i dont owe any

It's gotten better since the launch, but now logging in using biometrics does weird things, first fingerprint scan, it doesn't do anything, then you hit login using biometrics, do the fingerprint thing again it starts to log in then the fingerprint sensor pops up again for no reason.

Something is going on with the app. Will not show a balance if there is one. Also keeps saying come back later. This is the way I've been paying my bills that's convenient for me, so I don't have to use checks or go to a pay center. Please fix the problem. I'm a very unsatisfied customer at this time.

Reported an outage after a storm at night, requested tracking of the case via the app and text/call. Stayed with a friend and came back the next morning and my power is back on. The app still says it's out and I received no push/text/call about the case

Can't log into my account even though I typed in my name, email, account number like it shows on my bill. Trying to cancel my service, but they make it almost impossible to log in or cancel. Reading other reviews, I seem to not be the only one having this issue. Get it together Dominion, you have all these people counting on your service, and we can't even get into our accounts.

I was having trouble paying my bill. The system isn't working correctly at the moment, so I decided to get on the new app and low and behold, I never had a problem with it once I found which app I needed to be on. I'm not the most TEC savy so I really needed help. Thank goodness it was easy!!! Thanks Dominion Energy for the extra help you've given me!!

The new app upgrade is not going well..... I got hung up in a loop and finally made it through that.... But now when I try to access, it says my new password that met criteria is to simple. This is frustrating. - I had to go to the website and do another thing for the account to be reaccessed..... That would have been helpful notice/ email/ info!!!

After talking with a representative, I found that only Utah required a change in password length. I changed my password and the app works fine. My only gripe is that the app just takes you to the website when you have to pay a bill, so you could just log in to the website if you need to pay a bill. Some of the other features are nice though, like viewing past statements as a pdf.

Developing a shell of an app to say you have an app is a waste of time for everyone. There is absolutely nothing beneficial about this middle school project that cannot be done better and more effeciently on the website. Give us statistics. Current daily usage, by hour, day, week, month overlayed on a graph with current weather patterns. Expected weather, temp, humidity, historical trends. Projected operating cost at current settings. Literally anything useful.

Well, let's start with how lame Dominion's Sign in process is. I installed the app but then couldn't sign in. Asks for a temporary PW (mind you, not sent to me by Dominion) just to be able enter a new PW and then enter again in confirmation. You have the option to choose signing in with a fingerprint, but that option doesn't even come up when signing in again. Total junk. I immediately Uninstalled it.

The app used to be useful, just open it and view account. Now it keeps forgetting me despite the "remember" box being checked, password won't auto fill, and it keeps sending me to the "account verification after ""upgrade"" page" despite verifying both my accounts MANY TIMES EACH. When I do manage to log in it provides decent information but like most tech "upgrades" the old system was far superior.

A time waster at it's finest. I've tried three times to login to the app but to then get a link to the website to "continue the login process". With no indication of finishing authorization on the app. I just have to sign in again to view my account which just makes the app redundant. You get rerouted every time, it's just a waste of space, just use the website. I'd like to use the app but at this point it's just not functional.

Impossible to log into app following phone upgrade, despite several attempts using lastpass. The only other option would be to put encrypted password in manually. Other reviewers have already attested to it's disfunctionality. Oh yeah, they are retiring the my checkfree app that I have been using for the last 20 years. Too bad we really don't have a choice on who our energy provider is...
