Not sure if this is an issue with my phone (Pixel 7), but the app won't even open. I've tried restarting, force closing the app, even redownloading, and nothing's worked. Please fix!!

The app works great, don't have many problems. The only reason I put 4 stars is because I prefer the UI on the website alot more, if they used the UI they used on the website on the app it would be alot better.

Funny how my visa debit doesn't work.. did a the entire way through the pandemic. No contact worked all good.. now there is an error. I work with details for a living. Suddenly it didnt work...multiple times in a row. Tried many things... they can't make the 5dollar pizza that they do in Australia?! Well fair enough.. the cost of living there is at least twice as high. ( lived there) maybe I don't tip enough.

The reward program should be 10 points for EVERY $10 spent not 10 points total. Otherwise from here on out I'll just keep making separate orders over $10 and submit them at the same time. They don't give you your points every time. Even if you order identical pizzas they will be different.

This app is great for ordering. However, it is incapable of logging me in with saved credentials. I have to do a password reset every, or nearly every time. So frustrating! I can see the password, it is right, but app says it isn't, so I reset yet again so I can add to my points

As an avid pizza lover, this app is a must. It's quick and easy to navigate through the entire menu. I can easily choose my six cheese pizza, cheesy bread (a must), marina sauces, and a diet coke in less than a few minutes and have it ordered and on the way. I would definitely recommend ordering a pizza (or two) with the Dominos app for a stress-free pizza adventure. 🤤🍕❤️

Great deals all the time and easy to use menu. The after 9:00 40% off deal has saved me many times as well as the all day Monday 40% off. Good prices, fast delivery, great pizza.

Super easy to use, and filling out coupons is a breeze. Very user friendly. The functionality for ordering in advance is busted though, if you want to set a later delivery time you cannot do so for the same day anymore, not since the update. The only option is for the following day Update June 24: Advance ordering has been fixed, but now my app is unusable as it keeps throwing a "problem communicating with the store" error.

Everytime I want to use it goes into spinning wheel and there is no way yo get the app to work till I uninstall and reinstall the app so annoyed that I end up using pizzaville I end up lossing 10 points one time because at the time of paying could not open the app so the girl try to add the points but it never show up this was few months back so i delete and use other pizzas apps, so today I done this for the last time after reinstall but that will be it

Easy to order 😌 and I can follow pizza from start to finish thanks its awesome and it gets easier each time love the easy repeat order keep up the great work 😀 👍feel like it's a pizza day 😀easy to redeem your rewards 😀 awsome still using it with no problems 😊time for another round awesomely amazing awesome jobs

The app is a little hard to navigate at times if you have an indecisive family, but otherwise works as expected. I have noticed there's no way to get back to the "News feed" that they have, but since it's almost always new food offerings, it's not a real inconvenience

Confusing coupon totals and currency symbol bug. First off the bug: the app seems to get the currency symbol only in the checkout page from the language settings in Android system. This is very confusing. This is an app for Canadian Domino's only, there's zero reason to not hard set using "$" everywhere. Why am I seeing £? Also, I added a coupon that said "..for $25.99", added nothing but blank pizzas to it and somehow still got $30 as subtotal before taxes and fees. Why?

This app keeps needing fixes, would not let me do "future time" for delivery, the pricing and possible pay or delivery/pick up options are good, convenient, track and redeem free pizza as well you can save your most frequent order to save time or access previous orders and edit them You have to go back to your items list sometimes to get a larger then medium size pizza, seems to have a default setting now

I love the app the discounts have allowed me to order here and a too frequent basis. However I just set up my card to pay from the app and I was kinda annoyed that it asked for a tip on a pick up order. Who in the hell thought putting a tip feature in for pickup orders is a greedy jackel and they should pay the employees better so I don't have to pay extra for a joint I'm not going dine in with

Aside from past issues with coupon codes, which were resolved with customer service, the app has been a quick and easy way to order my pizza! Menus are straightforward and intuitive. The layout and images are not overwhelming or crowded on a mobile screen. Simple and easy to use. The app does occasionally log you out. Logging back in can be tedious from time to time. However, this may be a security thing or the result of the app updating.

It is easy to access past orders, customize toppings, and complete the order. It is even possible to apply a coupon AFTER selecting an item -- no need to delete a duplicate or start over -- something few food apps do well! Unrelated to the app itself, we are pleased that Domino's uses in-house delivery. Most third-party delivery services exploit their "independent contractors" with terms that fail to meet the compensation and rights an employee would receive. <3

Pretty good app. Functional. Properly works without glitches. The point system is fair. I do wish the marketing team would come up with better coupons for delivery. The carry out coupons are great. But the delivery coupons brought a 23 dollar order to 40 just by using delivery and fairly paying a tip. 20 percent. Regardless, the app is great.

The app needs to CLEARLY display the amount of upcharge for additional toppings. It's extremely annoying to have to keep checking the total and navigating back and forth just to know what the additions cost and formulate a satisfactory total. And even then, there is no itemized breakdown of what they cost. Like my math teachers said, "Show your work." Weird that it DOESN'T show you why you're paying what you're paying. Please fix this.

The app is SO SLOW. Works decent enough if you're willing to wait for it to process. Doesn't list prices on the items. Have to add them to cart to see price. And if you decide you want to remove them from your cart, it's another round of waiting for each item. Some items had their names cut off. 4 "Stuffed Cheesy Breads with" that I had to click on to find out what they're "with". USA Domino's accounts do not work with Canadian Domino's.

This app, dominos apps in general in the USA and Canada used to be sooooo good. Now they suck. There's always a problem. This time it wouldn't allow me to add my credit cards. Neither my visa nor Mastercard. That's like the most basic function of e-commerce guys. I don't have cash on me like 65% of Canadians these days so what? Can't place an order? Over the past 3 years I've watched them destroy what was a great app, like so many other companies.
