Literally the best video downloader for Twitter. I deleted my last app for this. An example of a a developer who truly cares about people and not being greedy through ads. No other apps can compare to this. I can only see a banner ads below which is really good. The speed of downloads was so fast and easy. Very easy to manage

Very great app I love love love love it. There were things I wanted to save that were all corrupted or horrible quality but then this app comes along and it's super easy to share straight from Twitter then have it choose the resolution rather than some random one which may not be suitable for higher quality productions (I love doing video mashups of clips and such)

This is very good app. I have been using it for years. I want to add that, the previous lock type was the best, I wish if I get it back, where the pass for private file was typed in the same box for the link.

I have had this app on my phone for about two years. And it has had its ups and downs. Before this latest update, my previous version was working fine. Then the update came a couple of days ago. Now it downloads nothing. You can open the app, but this is all that it does. It does NOT auto-download anything and even if I copy the link into the app it still will not download videos. This app seems to get worse with each new version. Now it just doesn't work. Way to go team. Any refunds?

Worked well in all of the years I've used it, within the last 2 or so months there's error after error. Now, instead of downloading your video, it downloads a 30 second video of an image saying the app no longer works, use their website. I'll see if it improves any time soon, but I'm using another app until then.

Requiring permission to run in the background is simply unnecessary for this app. When it's actively in the foreground downloading a video, it doesn't need background usage to see if the download was successful (the explanation given, which is complete BS). The only permission required to know if the download was successful is the permission to access storage, which it already has. Would have rated it 4 or 5 stars otherwise. Gets 2 instead.

App is alright. Have it set to record the video in the highest quality. Always record lower quality than the original. Update on 8/13/19: app doesn't work on my S10+ Don't know if the problem is compatibility with my phone, malfunction of the app or twitter blocking the app. App won't download videos off Twitter. Update 9/18: Once again app doesn't want to download from Twitter. Same phone. I don't know if this is an app issue itself or issue with the app & Twitter.

This app used to be really good and dependable, now almost every time I go into download a video from Twitter it just says download failed. I haven't changed any settings, I haven't denied any permissions, I use it regularly so the app isn't getting permissions turned off either, don't know if it's an Android 13 thing or what but the only way I can get it back is by uninstalling and reinstalling. Still happening.

I originally had this as five stars in my old phone, but downgraded it to 4. In my old phone, all I had to do on twitter was hit "copy link" and it would automatically transfer over to the downloader app and download without me having to manually do it myself. I can't do that anymore. I tried to go to the settings to change it, but it didn't help. Other than that, it's still a great app!

Please fix this app! It was the best downloader to exist! This app was working PERFECTLY for a long time. after the newest update it just stopped working. I'm going to be paying for the premium version of it when it get's fixed to show my love for the Devs if they look at my comment and rating and actually listen. If your thinking about downloading this app wait a little while until they fix the issue. Update: App works with NO issues! Just paid for the full version! 5 stars.

Alright, ads on settings is very annoying but better than for every download. Two major pet peeves though, first being a billing problem toast that appears over every app randomly, second is that the file date/time is based on the time of the tweet, not the download. This means if you download a vid from a tweet made in May 2017, you have to go all the way down to then in your gallery to find it rather than the top of your gallery. It's more useful than copying a link for the browser at least.

I actually love how they are updating the app. The constant updates increase customer trust. They are adding more features in which makes it worth upgrading to premium. It did have some errors a month ago but now it works flawlessly! I haven't figure out how to turn a video into a meme. It would be awesome if they included a tutorial.👍 Overall I LOVE IT!

The only reason this isn't 5 stars is that even with the option set to download the highest quality I have to download files twice in order to get the option of the HD version otherwise it gives me a mid-grade version of the video. Edit: So apparently if I turn off the option to automatically select the highest quality video it will let select it for the first download.

I've been using this app for a few months maybe more but it works very smooth so far. When I'm watching a video all I do is tap on share and then tap copy link and from there I open the Download app and the link opens in the center of the screen with options nof quality choice for the download. Super easy so far. Thanks for everything.

Originally reviewed this 5/5 stars, but can't understand what happened with it... It was working flawlessly for months on multiple devices. Now it doesn't work at all. I understand X changed some stuff which required you to change some things as well. But it seems like the changes have brought the device compatible with this app way down. Hopefully you figure things out, cause I'm close to switching apps.

It's quite dependable, and really easy to use. I rarely run into a non-downloadable GIF or MP4. The download speed is also stellar! I can even leave the app for background downloads, with a brief notification at the bottom of my screen, signaling completion. My ad experience has been great. There are only banner ads, which let me use the service freely. I don't feel forced into viewing ads for revenue. The ads are placed for my convenience, and their benefit. It's essential!

Pretty good. Downloads videos from both Twitter and Instagram, even private accounts (at least with Instagram, haven't tried on Twitter). My only gripe is that trying to download a video from an Instagram post with multiple slides can be pretty tricky. If the video is in the first slide, you'll probably get it, but if it's not then there's a good chance it won't be downloaded. It's not a huge problem though, overall I'm really grateful for this app.
