The fingerprint login doesn't work. Fix that and I'll give you 5 Stars. The free version works fine for paying my gas bill. Yes, it takes a few days, but it's free, and it's the only form of electronic payment my gas company accepts. My alternative is a paper check or calling in a payment. No thanks. This is much better. Fix the fingerprint login, though.

Doxo makes bill paying easy. When you make a payment the money comes out right then and there you don't have to wait for several days for it to clear. You can set it up with all your bills and see what is do when. It is really streamlined my bill paying process.

The best app available for this method of payment. Fast, secure, and they keep you informed every step of the way! Never takes more than a few days for the payment to be applied. Very impressed with the ease of this app! Thankful for your services. You should feel proud you offer such a great option to so many people. Yes of course some services could be cheaper but I don't mind paying for excellence! Doxo is trustworthy and dependable. That is all I need. Very happy I found you guys.

I had serious issues...first they rejected my payment .. Making my 1st payment late costing me a late fee... then they paid it again after the payment had already been paid through the original company. So I double paid plus a late fee . Had issues deleting the account took 3 times ... This app just did not work for me..and wont use it or another bill paying service again .... Stressed to the max!

It's good if you put all your information in manually, I wish it could find your account and just let you set up due date and then just pay it for me. Hectic trying to get all my account numbers and everything!!!

Do not pay your bills with this app. They are a scam. I got tricky "paying my medical bills" they never paid it 😒 I realized when I got a final invoice, I got surprised because i made the payment and I wasn't even unable to cancel a payment or get a refund. Please do not use Doxo. 0 starts will be perfect for this app.

Biggest rip off there is! Takes them days to pay a bill even though they've had your money for days! Don't bother!!! And oh by the way, they constantly try to get you to buy their premium service!!! Then I'm sure they'd pay your bills on time. I used them 2 months and they were late paying my bill so I was stuck with late fees!!

DO NOT USE THIS APP YOU WILL BE BEHIND AND IN COLLECTIONS THIS APP did not pay the bills I payed using this app. I'm ALWAYS ahead on my bills then next thing I know I'm getting letters stating I'm two months behind and at risk for termination!!!! Someone needs to be held accountable because this is a SCAM!!!!!! I Wondered why it said only 1 bill payed but 5 accounts I'm so angry I could scream!!! Do NOT use this app if you want to pay your bills to the actual company you owe them to. Fair warn

Awful support. Awful! I'm on the chat thing for an HOUR and I'm still not to the answer to my question which was very simple: How do I setup auto pay for these bills. This is the ONLY choice for some bills and companies which do not accept digital payments or automated ones, so here I am AN HOUR waiting for an answer with their chat system. Get it together guys. It's 2024. Why do I have to wait to GIVE YOU MONEY? Come on.

The app took it upon itself to try to make a payment without my permission and delayed my payments making some payments late. Your payment isn't paid right away. Instead they want to make sure your payment is completed with them then transfer the money to the intended company.

I had the app set up with a ton private information before the format was changed. Although all of the accounts are still there, all of the documents and infomation I previously saved is all gone. I used to love Do and recommended it to many of my friends and family members. I didn't need a bill pay app, this is usless to me now.

I really don't like paying the monthly amount to Doxo for premium, but my bills are always paid on time, and you know exactly what day the money is coming out of your account to avoid any overdrawn payments. I had a bill paid on Doxo, and the account it was sent to refused it solely because they only take money from their site. Doxo informed me right away that the transaction was refused and reversed, and my money was refunded and returned to my account within 48 hours. Never had a problem.

Horrible, horrible bill pay app. I tried to use it to pay one of my Quest lab bills. I was finally able to figure that out. But it charged me an additional $3 to use the app! Unless I used my bank info. So I did that. I went to pay another Quest bill with a different bill number (because you don't have the same account number for each bill). But it kept sending me back to the bill I had already paid!. I will not be using this app for future bills. I will go find my paper checks and MAIL them.

Trying to cancel all of the app and payments to the doxo site operators. I have requested to be unsubsidized from the door site and no more charging my bank, but recently, I see they are still charging me when I had a confirmation that I was unsubscribed . They also raised the fee to pay bills from $4.99 to $5.99 a month on their premium status which I used now I'm trying to make sure they stand by their word that I would not be charged anymore for that service but apparently they don't .

I got trick into creating an account to pay my medical bills. I did it so it the payment would not be late, but they scheduled the payment for later. I had to place the payment directly cause I was going to go to collections. But now for the last 4 days they are refusing to cancel the payment. Horrible customer service. Not recomend at all.

Now that I agreed to subscribe and pay the high monthly fee to avoid the criminally high fee for no subscription, I cant find any of my bills or a way to pay them for my towns municipalities. I just keep going through endless loops. My suggestion is forget this app and mail the bill...Its easier and a LOT cheaper than using this service. Thanks doxo for bringing me back to my early 20's, paying my bills the old fashioned way, through the good old fashioned trusty US postal service! 🤙

Terrible experience. Paid my water/sewer bill with this app. Not anymore!!! It took this service over 3 weeks to credit my account. Good thing we're on a two month cycle and I pay every by the month on my own. They kept asking me if I wanted to add another bill, good thing I didn't because I'd probably be turned over to a collection agency. I've ditched doxo and started paying with another local company. Thank the Lord they're 100% better. 😇

What can I say, this service sucks. All because they rip you off when making a payment. Processing cost is too damn high, it wanted to charge me $50 to process a $500+ electric bill. I'm not paying a monthly subscription to avoid that either, not to mention entering my banking information into a third party company I know nothing about and cannot trust, at least not yet. The only good thing about this app is how quick you can get bills paid but, it comes at a steep price.

Looking for an app to replace Prism (which has turned into a brick thanks to new owners). This app is not it (for me). Admittedly, I did not add all my accounts because I refuse to pay a fee for every bill paid thru an app. I can pay the bills with no fees on the creditor/utility websites. I didn't care for the layout..there seems to be too much space allocated to paying for doxo+...overall not what I'm looking for...and because of fees no sense trying to get used to it...uninstall

Absolute worst bill pay service I have ever used and would not recommend to anyone. Paid my bill early and was notified my bill was in collections! After their 1st series of customer support could not help me it was escalated to a 2nd tier. They were much less helpful than the 1st. The 1st at least tried. I ended up paying the bill myself after being hit with collections while being assured it would be cleared up. Now they are refusing a refund. Do not fall for this scam. Now July and not fixed.
