Ordering isn't hard app works pretty well but there's a select few things that need to be changed like how when customizing an order it only allows one add on to the burger which isn't right or fair to those placing the order as well as hitting the back button to go back from what was clicked kicks you all the way back to the home page which can get annoying or frustrating when every other app just takes u back out to where u were b4 u clicked on something

Can't order anything from the app. It's basically a glorified menu for your phone. Heard that you couldn't & that it was practically useless to have it & I thought they were exaggerating. Turns out, they weren't.

The app needs a way for the cashier to scan a bar code to pickup the order or to get the reward. Taking a picture of the receipt after the fact sucks. There also needs to be a reason code for not accepting the scanned receipt and not earning the spoon. Should also be a way to scan/picture more then one receipt in a day, to easy to get behind otherwise. - looks good and faster turnaround on earning. Seriously needs the cashier scanning add ticket.

This app doesn't even list half the items on the menu. The only combos are with hamburgers. What if you want a steak finger basket with a drink? Too bad. Not only is it not a combo option, but you also can't order just a soda with it. Like, there is no option for soft drinks at all. We wanted desserts for after our meal too ... guess what ... Items on the dessert menu are also missing. Want a Moolatte? Nope. Want a mini blizzard for your kids? Think again. Trash app

The server, Roberto, was top notch! He explained the buy one get one blizzards deal and if the new summer ones were included. He was really cool and helpful and friendly. And I told him hey if there's a survey I'll give you 12 stars out of 10 every time!! He said Well look on the receipt and you can do a survey and you even get a free Dilly bar!! So in my humble opinion, Roberto deserves a big fat race!! Thank you so much. DQ... That's what I like about Texas!!!

There is no Wi-Fi in the store. So I have to place my order before leaving home. Just now, I used the app for a freebie. The app did not show a picture of what they were advertising. It turns out that a DQ sandwich has nothing to do with sandwiches. I made the trip to get a stupid little ice cream bar. Another problem: they keep making me upload pictures of the same receipts.

This application is extremely buggy and hard to use reliably. I have gotten to my DQ with order and I couldn't get back in to put in curbside spot. This particular location is a bit under trained and not really willing to help out. Now I've talked to the manager here and was told that it is their reception. If that is the case I highly recommend getting your IT Support out there add some boosters and make the customer happy. I did not like my last transaction there as I as I asked for a receipt.

I was a bit disappointed to hear the TV commercial about the free blizzard on the DQ app... First downloaded the regular DQ app.. didn't realize TX DQ had separate. It wasn't clear at all where to navigate to for the free blizzard special. I'm the one person that ppl tend to ask when they have tons of questions about a new electronic device. This app had me very frustrated. The lady working at the restaurant window had to help me figure out how to submit the order or get the coupon code.

Difficult to use, showed closest location 1st but then couldn't enter it and had to pick the next closest location. After clicking on an item or cart page would always load up to the bottom of the screen where it advertises to download app but I'm already on the app. Had to double check everything but managed to complete order

Trying to select the correct restaurant and then order there's two pathways to do so and only one pathway works which is a secondary pathway. If you accidentally hit the back button it takes you out of the app. This is for Android users. For all the other fast food apps my credit card will populate from Google memory if I can remember the security code- this one doesn't do so. I'd say it's still a work in progress two or three years after it's relaunch.

This app can do way better, ordering on this app is not great. Depending on how the restaurant has it set up, there's no way to create a good order. For example if I select one location I can order a jalitos burger combo, any other burger option doesn't give that choice. I don't want to order the burger itself, I want the full combo. If I choose another location same issue, their menu will be different which is understandable but not set up to order a combo, just the burger itself.

I love DQ and the notifications that I receive. However, sometimes I have a hard time placing an order. The last time I had a time out error when I was trying to login with Google and it wouldn't allow me to correct it or refresh the page. Very frustrating. Wanted to save some time by paying in advance and so the order would be ready by the time I arrived. Instead, had to order through the drive thru and wait in the long line. Some features need to be updated.

I'm giving it 3 stars because I do like the app for the coupons and the rewards. But online ordering is useless. Apparently it does not go through to the restaurant. The past 2 times, the restaurant will apologize and quickly complete my order but advised that orders rarely go through their system. Took off the rest of the stars. Apparently, restaurants cannot accept certain coupons even though it's showing on the app to be redeemed. Going to delete app.

Finally was able to get into app but how atrocious it is to use. You can't sign in via Google from within the app even though it gives you the option, then trying to put in a credit card # doesn't allow you to see what's being put in as the CC info is at the bottom of the screen and gets overtaken by the keyboard. Whoever designed this doesn't know what they're doing and DQ took it because the were cheap. Easier and probably faster just to order at the store itself

You have to take a picture of your receipt for rewards!? Even when I order through the app, so it knows that an order was placed, I still have to take a picture of a receipt for validation of an order. That is just ridiculous. The menus are not very intuitive, and I am usually more frustrated after trying. Use the order online feature through their website. It is much easier.

The good part is it's super convenient being able to order ahead, and that's always worked perfectly. But man this app makes me crazy. It doesn't save your location or payment info. It regularly kicks me out so I have to start over, and it doesn't ever have the new blizzards they come out with, so I just don't end up ordering one. I still use it because of the wait time for food, but it could def be better.

Not very intuitive and user interface is very poor. When ordering it required name, phone number and email. The app already has that info in your profile. (At least it looks like it remembers this the next time.) When trying to enter payment info, the keyboard covers the fields with no ability to scroll. It looks like you must save receipts and take pictures of them to get rewards. Why? If you order from the app, it already has a record of your purchase. Why add this redundancy?

The app is buggy & makes ordering online difficult & frustrating. Interface is clunky and dated. If you hit "reset" or "reload" on the ordering screen when trying to put in your location, the app freezes up so you have to force restart & possibly get logged out in the process. After selecting your location, & hitting order to the top or right of your location, you'll just be faced with the screen that says "Nobody but DQ makes delivery or pickup this easy." How ironic. Whataburger it is then.

The app itself is very buggy and you have to jump through hoops to order from my closest location. When you finally do get into the online ordering, the menu is never accurate for our location. It has some of the basics, but no limited time menu choices. The blizzard menu features flavors that are no longer available and never features the seasonal flavors. It is just very frustrating.

I like Dairy Queen, but this app is HORRIBLE. It's not intuitive at all, and the blizzards don't even have descriptions or pictures. The worst part is you have to go through a maze of screens to just see the menu! Really, if you try ordering with any of the buttons you can find, it ONLY lets you do delivery. "We make it easier than anyone to do delivery." I don't WANT delivery, I just want to SEE THE MENU. Let me Know What You SERVE! It doesn't even have everything the actual menu has on it.
