Not all photos and videos come, some come, so if you want to recover, you need the premium version, which you have to buy with money, that's what I don't like.

Literally just downloaded it. Paid the money for the monthly subscription. I cannot log in to it with my Chromebook or my 23 ultra. The circle just spins on a loading screen.

This app blocked me from getting into other online apps. There is nothing in this app's settibg to adjust permissions for other online apps.

Worthless, does not do exactly what it claims to. This will be a waste of time if trying to recover deleted files. Update: Glad you specified the app is only useful in recovering files lost after the app is installed. I would appropriately name the app 'data protection'.

Disgusting app, tells you to purchase it by offering you the videos and photos, but you cannot take them out of the app itself and at the same time doesn't even completes the purpose for which it is meant, cannot bring back all your pictures or Videos, and the amount of money they are demanding is humongous!

Update: originally I said to avoid this app and gave it a 1 star as it did not out my recovered photos into my gallery. It's been over 24 hours and my photos are now there. Only giving it a 3 star as it is very inconvenient for the app to take so long to recover my photos to my gallery and not give proper warning. If the app said it could take up to so long for the photos to migrate from the app to the phone then I would be fine with that

I paid for the service and the service did not work. I asked for the refund I did not get a refund. This company makes traps for you to pay. App is just a costume for the trap.

Warning to Future Buyers of Wondershare and Filmora.. Recently, Wondershare has literally stolen from me by denying a refund I requested due to dr.fone and it didn't work. Despite providing all the required evidence of the issues I experienced with the software, Wondershare has repeatedly refused my $150 refund request. I want to warn other users about this situation so they don't fall into the same trap. Wondershare, despite its long presence in the market, has one of the worst customer support

It did not recover anything! It only displayed the photos I still had on my phone and backup as recently deleted. The lost photos it was supposed to recover remained gone. What a total waste of time and hope!

It does not recover anything that is permanently deleted and scans and shows files, audios, videos and photos which are still in my phone but it still shows a false"delete time" for everything that is still in my phone, they fool buyers advertised falsely, does not do anything that it markets, I am gonna report this app, the worst purchase ever made on google play store, there should be some authentication system for all apps on play store, 2800 rs. Is a huge huge amount and refund it asap. SCAM

free version only lets you SEE images that were deleted, you must purchase to recover files. I wasted my time letting it scan my files, then went through looking for images that were accidentally deleted then clicked on recover. A new screen opened asking to upgrade- cost $10/month. Other apps are less many are free for same service. Don't bother with this. Plus there are so many ads!

Does not work. The app does retrieve photos and videos that have been deleted, and once you press the "restore files" button, it will tell you that the files have been restored successfully to "sdcard/drfone". But, as other users have pointed out, this file is not to be found in the directory. It does Not restore files. You CAN however view the files through their app, but not save them. It's basically a deleted file VIEWER.
