Well that's a steaming pile of poo. Did any of your testers actually complete a registration process before you released this into the wild. If you are wondering why you don't have a lot of active users it's because your registration process is broken. Not just at one level but at every level. Don't ask reviewers to contact your help desk. Try doing a registration with the letter you send with the card, an android phone and someone who wasn't involved in the development and therefore doesn't know the magic process required to actually get a registration to work. Too hard, lost one user. Best of luck with your business model on smartphones.

After reading all the bad reviews I was expecting not to be able to access this app. But sign up was simple. I had already obtained a Dragonpass membership through my Regus business membership. I'm yet to use it at an airport lounge, but will be next week. All the complaints seem to be from NatWest and Barclays customers, so there is obviously an issue there, but don't be put off if you are not coming through that route.

Will not allow log in on phone so cannot set the app up. Along with not being able to pre book into a lounge with Dragon Pass what is the point of having and PAYING for a second class system, Not a Good Experience. You really need to sort out the app to allow paying customers to have a bug free assistant available. You Just have to look at how many people are complaining about it.

I haven't got past the sign up point yet so the rest of the app may be okay however, I need to access email to see verification code but as soon as I swap to another app Dragonpass closes. Users of this app are forced to own or have access to more than one device just to sign up. I'm lucky that I do but users should never be forced in this way. You need to look at your UX development team and ask why they have overlooked this issue.

The bad reviews clearly indicate there is a problem in relation to certain banks and the registration/activation process. i have a Samsung and find the app to be working fine. i mistakingly bought two cards instead of one, so i called customer support and a nice British guy was extremely helpful and cancelled the extra one(refunding my mistake). the app is easy to use and intuitive. i don't forsee any issues,but if i encounter any i'm sure the client support staff will be just as helpful as today

Completely unusable. They have my data and can't even register me. Doesn't run in the background, can't paste verification codes. You can't check your email for the code because the app will close, and even if you do, you can't copy-paste it. Basically, if you have a mobile device, don't expect to be able to create an account. What a horrible experience.

They send the card, with its magic 16-digit number, and tell you to use the app. So you try to activate the app using the magic number and your activation code. Wait! They didn't send the code; you have to get it sent by email. Wait! They don't have your email; you'll have to use the app... Oh. I thought this sort of stupidity was dying out but no, Trump & Brexit & DragonPass prove otherwise.

Since newest update everytime I open the app, have to type in password This worked fine for years... Thanks for this update awesome 👍

Useless, unable to add payment method since app was updated so makes my membership useless. Customer services are no help at all.

Can't activate card or even add credit card payment details. Great for finding lounges, but useless when you can't see your active membership 😕

Registered once then next day cant login even though details are correct. Reset via SMS and email also useless. Check with them and my membership is valid. Feel this is scammed.

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! Signed up via redbydufry which entitles me to lounge passes at $28 (usual price $35). The last update of the app has removed the discount that I signed up to, so I will not be using this anymore.

Tried pre-booking a lounge. Never managed to do so. Currently I tried pre-booking a lounge. I input the date. When I try to input the time, App glitches and seems to be stuck in a continuous loop

horible app - I can log into the web site but not into the App - you can't book out ime at lounges and this all seems a wast eof time and makes my travel more comlicated. Not worth it - concer a different travel care.

Since the latest software update it is still showing my expired membership even though in a separate part of the app I can see my active membership. It's not allowing me to switch to my active membership even though it doesn't expire until 2025 so can't use the app. It is worth mentioning that I had successfully activated my new membership on the app before the software update and it was working. This is really frustrating as I have used this a lot before.

Utter joke. Can't buy any entitlements with any of my cards. Emailed support, they apologised and gave me as a 'token of goodwill' a code to use on their website, heres the kicker, it's more expensive than the app. Token of goodwill has me spending more money. After I raised this detail their support didn't acknowledge this fact at all. I'd rate this 0 stars if I could, useless app and rubbish customer service.

Awful login process and password reset handling is amaturish. App never remembers that you have signed in and passwords cannot be remembered as the app uses non-standard password requirements. You have to wait several minutes after changing passwords yet again and it's pot luck whether you'll ever get the timing right.

App worked fine before, but after the recent upgrades, I faced issues logging in until customer service eventually sorted it out weeks later. But why can't I access my membership card offline as before? This is a poorly designed app!
