*UPDATE* Your support can't help with this situation, i am ineed of assistance from a developer or coder.* CAN I HAVE SOME ASSISNTANCE? Problem not allowing me to enable permission to pull photos from my gallery. It is slowing me down and need it re-enabled specially when moving many vehicles and your allowing Iphones to do it so why not android?

I can't complete my registration because the signature pad is only showing half the pad with no submit button. That screen is not rendered properly on my phone. I'm also seeing other reviews from people having the same issues months ago with no fix. I tried to do from my Pc but the app do not open on my pc

App does not provide insurance details up front & requires sign up to learn more and sign out button doesn't work which is a basic function.

Umm, I drive for you guys, and where is the new app in the app store? Even on my iOS device, it shows the preview for the new 2.0.2 version, but it downloads the old one, so I have the legacy app and "DRAIVER Driver: A better gig" both with the same UI oh yeah I used the new app(unofficial release) on another driver's phone and the camera turns the wrong way plus we should have the option to pick from our gallery

"Bells and whistles" that Draiver are available in Canada, yet the App does not support Canada. How can I get started? I am registered, abstract done, etc. Now what????

No version of app sucks. By the time your notified of trip they're gone. In addition, can't see or contact hikers to coordinate trips

Terrible interface slows down progress, wastes time & is missing features needed to comply with clients needs. Resources would have been better spent on sales because it appears that clients are choosing other delivery options.

2 different apps for iPhone users new and old legacy app available. app is faster on iPhone for notifications for work. work is almost none existent now.

I Love the opportunity Draiver provides and I have been lucky the last few months that I was still running in the original app but for some reason I woke up a few days ago and the app updated itself to the new model and I don't know what's going on but I haven't received a trip since and I'm worried this is gow Iam surviving paying my bills is there a way I can go back I the original app if anybody knows please post

The new app is terrible and doesn't work..I never wanted to downgrade to a new version.. The old version actually works and can see everything.. New version does nothing but irritate me..I would've gave It a 0 star but it won't let you give a 0 star rating..So I'll give my true rating here 000 stars out of 5..Please go back to the version before this.

Terrible app. I was trying to start up and had my account active until they decided to pull me off with the excuse we don't have enough work which I know is false. Don't use this app if you are truly looking for stable side gig income.

App work really horrible! Freezes and crashes on scanning vin and other options! Hopefully they revert an option to go back to the old version of the app which works perfectly. Don't know why I needed an update😔

I've really come to enjoy DRAIVER. The company could be a little more organized, but from what I'm told it could just be my specific area. The jobs have allowed me to travel all over the US, and get flown home, all while being paid, from an app! The app leaves a few things to be desired, when entering in vehicle info during pickup/dropoff, if you have to navigate away off of the app for any reason before you submit that step, your entered mileage, license plate #, & fuel level get wiped

I have been with this company for several years. I don't mind changes that will make things better and more efficient, but the new version of the app is terrible. It gives you a lot less information, limitations, and less vibrant. I have re-downloaded the old version. because if I would have kept the beta or new version, I would not have properly been able to accept work. And I would not be able to continue working. I hope that they make more changes

New version is terrible. Just like Uber, this company is wasting money on stuff nobody is asking for. We want trips to pay better. Put the commission back to 20%! Keep the apps small and simple and not hogging resources on our phone. Many drivers are deliberately not upgrading. We don't need preschool style graphics that are poorly formatted to our phone screen. We need a simple app interface that works and doesn't bog down our phone. Scrap this horrible new interface and go back to the old!

Comparing the two apps on the old app you can see your hikers , and one can locate them as with the lead driver along with being able to call each one. Pictures we can't upload from flies . When offers come through I can't see them , the old Draiver app you can, I get a notification from text messages, but not through the app . Pictures we now have a schematic both sides front and back, in tight spaces we can't always get the best shot. Of course we have additional pictures taking , tyml.
