I really like this game, would give 4.5 stars honestly, it's annoying I need to be online to play, even though there seem to be hardly any online features, but the rest of the game is good enough I can overlook that frustrating bit. The microtransactions aren't necessary to enjoy the game, and it's got the quality I would expect from an apartment manager on PC.

I love this game, it's fun and addicting. But you can't delete/change anything except individual items in the apartments. 2 apartments already had rooms/floors built in them upon starting the game and I couldn't delete any of the walls or change the floors so I was stuck with very cramped/weird looking rooms. Would be worth 5 stars if we could remove/change walls/floors, have more freedom on where we can put things, directly control the tenants, and customize the outside of the building too.

An amazing game with no in game ads. It's got the cutest pixel art graphics, interesting systems to explore, customization, and it by Kairosoft, so you know it'll be a quality experience you can enjoy for hours. It has some light started and planning, but you don't have to study for hours to figure it out, and you never need to make in game purchases to advance.

Its more fun than I expected. I enjoy the pixel art, the little emotions people go through, and the different customization options. One thing I'd change is give the furnishing placing some love. It feels very clunky, and it took me longer than I think it should to figure out what everything does. Either way, it's still a very fun game.

It's a nice, fun and simple game that I honestly enjoy. I enjoy spending time playing the game and interacting with the tenants and even just making improvements to the building. Also, to those that are unable to get into the game after downloading it due to storage issues, make sure it's stored on your internal storage and not on any SD card you might have. I ran into the same problem and had to look up a solution so I thought I might make it easier for everyone and just let you guys know here.

I really like this game, it's practically addicting. I love the characters and the word. I'd love for the team to add more worlds other than the city and town to build the apartments. And more mechanics outside the apartment would be nice. I'd like to play trees and stuff in the planter boxes. Other than those, I love this game and would recommend It to anyone who likes management games.

I've been playing this game for years. Seriously. I always find myself uninstalling it (I have a weird thing about having games on my phone) and reinstalling it a couple monthes later. I found this game I think almost 4, 5 years ago and have enjoyed it ever since. I would reccomend to anyone who enjoys a tycoon-esque Sim game that always keeps you entertained. This game is the right amount of challenge, and while it may seem overwhelming at first has easy mechanics to pick up. 10/10 reccomend.

I really like this game, but I wish you could have a couple more friend slots. I love the artstyle, the relaxed feel of it, and that it doesn't push you for pay-to-win. I also like the characters and how you can move things once you've placed them. I'm not sure how big the expansions are in total (I've only done about 2 so far), but I hope that it goes into stories and not just flat land, if that makes sense.

I've always loved RPG style games, and this one is no exception. The colors and art for the characters and objects is very well done, the tutorial is easy to understand, and the game's currency is abundant but not too abundant to where the player can get bored easily. I highly recommend this game to anyone who enjoys RPGs or management games to pass the time

An overall really fun game! Every game I've tried by these devs has kept me entertained. The graphics are good, the gameplay is fun, it's almost always lag free (thats saying something, my phone is awful!), and theres an autosave feature. I love that they can bring home pets. The only thing I would change is that I think there should be an option to suggest that two tennants meet eachother. I want two of them to fall in love but they keep sitting on seperate benches.

Really addicting - 2/19/18(5*) This game is really fun at first but once you get every apartment size there isn't much else to do. You are left to simply make another save file or play a different game. Their line of games are great, they just end fairly quickly if you play everyday like I do. I still do like to make new save files to keep playing though lol. 2/6/21(4*)

Although the concept and overall style isn't original, the structure it sets up for gameplay is very unique and enjoyable. My favorite part of this game is being able to help with different tenant's lives and getting to see how their life playing out. I also love how you get total control over the placing of the apartments and furniture. I would 100% recommend downloading this app.

This game is super fun. I like how it is kind of like Virtual Family, but with apartments and tenants. The graphics are super cute as well. There are barely any ads! There is just one problem. I don't like how everytime before you exit the game, you have to save. It's just that sometimes I forget to save, then my progress is all gone. Maybe do an auto save. Other than that (it's probably just me. Sorry) I really enjoy this game. Keep up the great work! 😋😚🌺😁

I hadn't realized just how long my first playthrough was. So yes, it is quite addictive when over 6 hrs flew over your head. Very cute stylized pixel-art a lot of customization and you can play the game without pay-wall gaps getting in the way. No ads, and the most important part... The gameplay experience is excellent! I love watching my tenants lives as they find new friends, love interests, get married, have kids & adopt pets. Changing jobs, upgrading furniture.. Just a endless amount of things to see & do. However most of the items needs to be researched or unlocked- still very enjoyable. Defiantly a favorite!

This is a pretty awesome game. I like the pause feature on it when you exit the game. It still goes fast enough that it doesn't become boring but I can always exit out and come back to the exact same spot later. Personally, I like that. The controls where wonky at first but I figured out an easy way to move things around and click on the people. Haven't had it crash or bug out yet, so I'm really grateful for the that!

Great free to play game. You can certainly spend money but you definitely don't have to spend any $ and still be able to play through the game just fine. Only problem I have is with the controls. For some reason, when I tap the screen to select anything, it always select above where I tapped. So I always have to make sure to adjust my tap to choose the correct action. Otherwise, great game!

First mobile game I've tried from Kairosoft. I have several on my PS4 and wasn't sure how I'd like playing the mobile ones. It took a little getting used to but I almost like playing on my mobile more now. There are some things I wish were easier (I've accidentally deleted the wrong items trying to get the square on the right thing) and I wish you could add doors to outside walls (at least I haven't been able to so far) to name a couple. But overall I've really enjoyed playing it.

It's like The Sims but with 2D pixel art. You manage an apartment building, design and decorate the apartments, take care of your tenants' personal lives (careers, relationships, hobbies, etc.), and more. Great fun! Note that for landscape mode you need to pay but it's only a few dollars and also removes the in-game ads, which I found more than worth it.

The tutorial didn't make things particularly clear on how the game worked, I don't like how you can rotate wall items, and some furniture items, such as the bed, that should be fully rotatable aren't. Otherwise I like the game. It gives you the option to name the characters, and once you have them in the apartment, you can remove or add items to adjust the rent to match the characters income.

I've been playing this game on and off for years, and I have to say that it's one of the more pleasant and less ad ridden games that I've played. I love the pixel art style that all their games have and find myself playing this game when I should be sleeping... My one and only complaint is that the rotation system is weird. Some items you can rotate in any way, but others you can only rotate two ways.
