I usually love kairosoft games, haven't met one I don't like... Until this one. Way to difficult to figure things out and takes too much time to get into

Really fun and entertaining game. I wish they had in app purchases to buy more tickets. Definitely challenging.

Not the most balanced game in the Kairosoft library, but it sure is fun! One of my favorite titles. I'd love to see a proper sequel.

First kairosoft game that got me hooked so many years ago! I've been a super fan since and have played almost every game they've done! Super cute fun management game, can't find anything else like it and this good!

Please make it easy to get the tickets, all the gameplay need tickets. Please im begging you make an update on ticket system. All the game play were awesome as always. But please let us give all tenants advice :(

Glad to see this as a DX version (the full game without needing online access)! It takes a bit of time to get going but offers lots of complexity and plenty to unlock. A Kairosoft classic.

it's good but it could use some updating so that after you complete the 20 or so years it allows you a "cheat board" so you can make your perfect building

Really good game. The only reason I gave it 3/5 is because I thought it was difficult to save up those little cards that help get you certain upgrades. Other than that I liked it a lot.

I've played the free version on and off for YEARS, and I finally decided to pick it up here (instead of on switch where it's literally double the price for some reason). It's always been my go to when I want to play a game like this.

Weakest kairosoft game I've played. Game lacks depthy. Found myself just leaving it to run on its own until I had resources to do something. Just didn't really work for me a and struggling to complete one play through when normally I play these games through multiple times

I love this time of game but i bought it and very disappointed. Its so hard to make money. It requires tickets to get better apartments when tickets are soo hard to get. Wish they make a store you can run on the side to help income with the pricing of stuff and tickets.... or contests etc

Love these games, just wish the "special rooms" aka combos were more obvious. On my 3rd playthrough & I finally started checking the wiki. lol Fun, time consuming, a little frustrating but worth it!

I really wanted to love this game, it technically has everything I love. But the way it's structured makes it feel very stale and boring. Instead of making cute little rooms, it eventually just becomes about managing the # of beds in each apartment. That's it, that's the whole game.

I absolutely love Kairosoft games but they are extremely hit or miss. It's kinda weird how their formula changes so drastically from game to game when one works so well. This one has a weird pace. It's very slow with not much to do besides wait for your residents to improve their skills so you can upgrade their job and apartment.

It's fine. I stopped playing because, although you can buy the 'complete' game, the remnants of the microtransactions are still glaringly obvious. Gameplay is punishingly slow. You can use items to help, but it takes FOREVER to earn these items because (since they removed microtransactions) the devs did not balance the gameplay accordingly.

What a game, played the free version on and off for years, finally caved and bought the full edition. Very satisfied, always, I love checking on my original town and progressing another year or two while also building up my high scores in a new town. It's such a fullfilling, cute, in-depth and self paced game, I can only recommend it.

DHDDX is a decent conversion of the pay-to-win model. You earn tickets mostly based on how long you play (can also be bought for in-game currency but it's pricey), which is not too bad unless you only play a little here and there. Then you can become softly progress locked. Otherwise it's a good home builder, 20 years is where it calculates points so you've got good time to do things. Could use a second game without the ad-based model.

While I'm definitely glad Kairosoft is releasing full-purchase versions of their freemium games, I do wish they'd adjust the mechanics that relied on formerly-purchasable resources like tickets. Having ticket generation be based on time that the game's running outside of menus in a menu-heavy game means you could play for hours and only get three or four tickets the next time you load the game. These mechanics bring down what's an otherwise fun game.

This was the first Kairosoft game I picked up almost a decade ago and I have been an addict ever since. Once you have played others, this one is a bit different and could have a bit more to it than it offers but overall great game. If you're looking for something with a save state, no in app purchases or ads, that is engaging and doesn't require you to be connected to the internet to play, this game is among others in the Kairosoft catalog I highly recommend plus replayability.
