I have only had this CPAP machine for 3 days. I tried to install this app several times, without success, on the first day. 3 days later I tried again. I found the machine setting to unpair and also uninstalled the app. I started over from scratch and successfully paired. The app provides significantly easier access to the data than the machine. I do not see any of the negatives I read in other reviews. Time will tell, but I suspect most of the bugs have been worked out.

The app is not functioning. It said connectivity issues for 3 days. I logged out and tried to log back in. It wouldn't let me even get to a login page. So I uninstalled and reinstalled. Still can't even get to the login in page. This app is very important for my health and it needs fixed asap please. I'm on an android galaxy note 8 with Verizon. Why won't this work after a year+ without many issues?

Half of the time, the data doesn't load on startup. Most days, even if the data from my cpap uploads, it doesn't appear on the app until the following day. The app is constantly locking itself out, and I have to sign in again. Looking up my password is not the first thing I want to do in the morning. A little on the buggy side.

Doesn't update my sleep info in a timely manner. Sometimes takes a full day to update. 1/19/2019 Consistantly, it takes 2-3 days to register my data. Kind of pointless to use the app if the machine gives a more accurate reading at the time. However, it would be nice to know how many respiratory events I'm having per night, so that I can adjust my medications as needed... as soon as it's needed. Doesn't seem like your staff cares to fix the obvious bugs within the app. I'm disappointed.

Short comings, keeps glitching on updates. Claims 0 data on some days. Slow to update and display daily Data. update: they are getting a little better with data displays. Keeps having a 'Rate this app' popup, which I despise when I'm in a hurry and just need to use the app. Now when it has major updates, I am not informed about needing to uninstall, then reinstall it. Through trial and error, when it stops working, gives many errors that make no sense, you uninstall out of frustration, then ?

Marginal. The info you get is pretty easy to understand... that is when it wants to update. lately mine has been a day behind on data, though it says the update is current time and day. Today it will not show any info for the last two days. Yes, I updated, unplugged, stood on my head, nothing works & Philips troubleshooting does not address the problem. Nearly two years later 12/31/20 my opinion is the same; the app will not open, tried everything short of del/reinstall, once I delete that's it

Just got my machine, downloaded the App, which worked for the first 2 nights... Now? Zip. Zero. Nada. Trouble with the server... Not connecting via Bluetooth. Tried reconnecting, no change. Very unhappy. I was excited to see my numbers to see how much my sleep improved. Now I have no idea what my numbers are.

Don't get a new machine. You get locked out of your account because the serial number doesn't match. No where to contact anyone for help. This is machine number three because they have all been defective. This app is a total joke. Can't get the new machine to link. App only wants the original machine. Instructions in the app are useless. What a waste of time. Can't delete the original machine. If zero was a possibility, that's what it would have.

Horrible!!! I have tried to make the app sync with my device for three months. It has never synced any information. My doctor's office wouldn't help and told me they too had never been able to get the app to work. When I called customer service, they told ne there was a glitch making syncs impossible and wouldn't ever tell me when it would be fixed. They have issued multiple update patches since and none have made the app work for anyone that I know. My dad has had his for over a year and same!

UPDATE: DS2, worked 4 a few days, now not connecting, AGAIN!! (GARBAGE!!! Worked “okay” for 24 days. This morning I started getting the “Failed to connect to the DreamMapper server. Please try again later.” error. I have uninstalled, unpaired, rebooted the phone, re-installed this app, and re-paired several times and it still will not connect.. I thought it was strange that it HAS to sync every time it's opened, that should have been a red flag that this is a low quality conglomeration of code.)

Terrible application, doesn't work most of the time. In order to get it to work you have to uninstall the app and reinstall it. After that if you are lucky it will work for one or two days and then stops connecting with your device. Technical support keeps telling me that the problems are being worked on, but nothing is ever fixed. Uninstalled and reinstalled it several times today but will not connect. It's been over 3 months (04/05/2022) since I've been able to get my sleep statistics.

Very unreliable connections to the server. Since last update before this 12 December one, unable to log into app...it automatically logged me out and now says an error occured when I try to log back in. App needs to provide more useful and accurate data. It always registers 100% mask fit when I know there were leaks throughout the night. Does not provide any data on sleep type, the different stages and duration of sleep...REM....Definitely need to get up to speed with other comparable apps.

Have been in contact with tech support twice in last few months because of connection issues. First time told to keep refreshing. Well, that got old really fast. second time was told that tech knew there was a server issue and they were working it. Once fixed my app worked fine for about 2 weeks. Yay. Well, now back to same situation. Refreshing no longer helps. App update scheduled for this afternoon. Hope they get it right this time. BEYOND FRUSTRATING!!!!

At first I liked this app and it was working fine in connection with my Phillips Respironics Dreamstation. A few days ago, this app gave me an error notification that said I was disconnected from the server. The Wifi on my phone is still connected to my Dreamstation CPAP machine, so in order to reconnect the app, I logged out of my app in hopes of when logging back in, the problem would correct itself, but that did not happen. Update, I'm let back in, had to pair again. Changing to 4 stars.

It won't pair on Android 14 Pixel 7. if I have to call support to get it to pair that's ridiculous. The device is paired to my phone but the dream mapper app won't see it. When I tried to pair through the app it didn't work. I restarted the phone that didn't work either. There's no way I'm going to spend 20 minutes on the phone with support just to figure out why this thing won't work with basic Bluetooth.

UPDATE: Phillips said to have provider link my login to Phillips servers since I have a modem. Sometimes it works,, more often not.. about once a week have to reconnect Bluetooth to make wifi downloads work.. not sure of that logic..It worked for a while til last update. Now have to daily pair the machine to the phone. Before it never lost pairing. Started early February so presume this last update did it. Tech can't figure it out either. Another Beta piece of software. Reporting to FDA.

It's a good app. I wish it gave me greater functional access to the device. I dislike all the times it makes me sign into the app and how it doesn't seem to want to auto-sync with my device without me prompting it by opening the app. I'd prefer that sync happen in background processing when the phone is within Bluetooth range of my CPAP.

When it's working, the app helps me self-monitor my sleep. Periodically, every several months, the app simply stops working. Recently, I uninstalled the app and reinstalled . the PlayStore. I had to do that several times over a 2 day period before a new install worked again- I hope. Since my last review, app performance deteriorated. App was not meant to help CPAP patients self-monitor their sleep. Think I'm just going to forget app use. If someone is truly wrong, someone will contact me.

The in-app notifications last about 0.25 seconds on screen to read. You cannot bring them back. I can never read them. This is the absolute worst app in my drawer. Data transfers from therapy device are interrupted if the app loses focus for a moment, like if the screen goes dark - and won't offer to keep it on for you. The data transfers take several minutes EACH TIME. And repeat from the beginning if interrupted. I hate Phillips. Get somebody who understands accessibility to create your app.

Seems to display the data. It slow downloading data. Started displaying 7 or 8 disconnects with no large leaks when it normally shows 1 or 2 disconnects from when I turn it off in the morning. Curious behavior; not sure if it is the cpap or the software. I will look at sleepyhead data to see if an issue really exists. August 2024: Dreammapper no longer will download the last day's data. Today, I can see data from the night before last night; rather than the most recent data.
