I would of gave it a 5 star but for whatever reason it's not letting me scroll down on the raffle page to select my size or the store to enter the raffle other then that I love the app plz fix the problem

since the new update when trying to enter raffles the screen does not show anything below the size box. there is zero possibility to press the continue button to proceed to enter the raffle

There's obviously a glitch in the app! It doesn't let you scroll to see all the raffles available to enter! Really pissed about it all of a sudden!

When I go to Raffles on the app, I can't scroll at all, and the only shoe that's showing, when I click on it, I can't scroll at all, which means that I can't enter the raffle for the one shoe that shows when I click on Raffles. Needs to be fixed ASAP because if I can't enter for the Jordan 4 Bred Reimagined, I'm uninstalling the app, for good

This app always glitches when it time for raffles. And they took the option off the actual website. If the app is down, then you are screwed to enter the raffle

The app is terrible. When new release shoes come up you can't ever enter in the raffle since you can't scroll down to get to the other shoes. Either bring raffle entry back in store or back on the website cause your app is worse than Foot Locker for releases.

I'll give back the 5 stars when I can enter the raffle I emailed them before about this for a few releases back in 2023 I can't scroll or anything and I'm kinda done with emailing customer service great but the app is starting to get bad for certain releeses actual web site works but app is done for

DTLR ARE SCAMMERS! I ordered the New Release. Jordan 11 gratitudes, and SUPPOSEDLY, the package got lost in transit!. Which ran Me 263.18 and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. I HAVE ALSO BEEN INFORMED THAT ONCE THE SHIPMENT LEAVES THEIR WAREHOUSE IT IS NO LONGER THEIR PROBLEM/ISSUE!. SMH... STAY AWAY!!!! FAR AWAY!. They also have terrible reviews on THE BBB website, as I have added to it. Same EXACT COMPLAINTS! I'm trying to save Y'all a headache. DON'T DO IT! I HAD TO DISPUTE THEIR CHARGE WITH MY BANK

Trendsetter account sign-in is junk. I have an existing account and I logged out then logged back in with the same exact Emil to enter a raffle and its telling me that I don't even have an account . How is that so when I can "sign in" and view my order history? Just dumb. "Customer service". There is no Customer service and I mean literally. You call the number and you reach no one.

DTLR is a top retailer in the shopping industry these days. They have great options and prices on all the best gear to have you looking good AF without breaking the bank. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they should be giving everyone free shipping on all orders over $49. Spending 50 dollars is alot these days with inflation of gas n grocery so having to come up with an extra 10-15 dollars is too much to ask for if you already r spending 50 dollars.

I was able to hit on the Navy 4s on this app when I couldn't on any other app here in the DFW area!! Good fair raffle system. Update: Don't get the text messages anymore when I when, had to find out from customer service why my points were deducted and no win. I came to find out that had won. I never received an email or text. There needs to be an in app notification, like Footlocker, Champs, or Hibbett that allows you to confirm wins. The email and SMS is too risky to notified.

Very much so love and enjoy the app. However there is an issue with the app that won't allow some users to access the raffles and enter.... I was lucky that I have the app on my tablet too or I would have missed out on the opportunity to enter a sneaker raffle. Even after deleting and reinstalling the app on my phone it has the same issue. Overall still love the app!!
