I don't recommend this app to anyone who wants to send money otherwise you will cry on your own, can you imagine i recently made a transaction but up to now i haven't received my money on my du wallet yet it was debited from my bank account already

Very frustrating! I have made an international transaction, and it's been more than 60 hours now. Still not reflected in the beneficiary account and showing under process status in the wallet. When we get to the CC, they have the same story to repeat. Really frustrating. 05/05/2024 - Still the amount is under process. It's been almost a week now. Also there is no response from CC to ticket, my calls, and even no reply to the Google review as well. So pathetic from a firm like Du.

I tried many times to register, but the app is not recognizing my face ID, so I couldn't complete registration. I raised the issue to customer support number 2 times, but no followup from their end! If I struggle to register, then what kind of support I will get if any issues occur regarding transaction, I am really worried to think that! Better to stay away from this app!! There are many other good alternatives in UAE, who take proper care of their customers!

I think 🤔 they doing fraud which exchange rate they show you on first page is different when you send money the exhange price is different on which they tranfer your money means they will show 77.98 from 1 AED to PKR but when you send it's like 1 AED to PKR 77.36

i have tried many times but it gives me error that face not matched with Emirates ID it should team should improve face scanning so that we can open account easily as E& Money allows us fast scan and recognition

Exchange 💱 rate is good compared with other but other side Transactions fee is Higher similar compare to other any apps like comera , botim, lu lu exchange, tap tap exchange, Al Ansari mobile app I didn't find anything new killer offer

Last November, I tried to add funds via debit card, but the transaction failed without reason. This time, I tried the same; the same thing happened again, and I received a message from my bank (Emirates NBD) that my card was blocked for security reasons. I tried to save some money and received the reward instantly.

Very very very bad experience.I have an emergency at my Home.I transfered money to my home country now more than 3days still didn't received. Everytime when I called on helpline they said we forwarded your request to Remittance team.From 3 days no respond from Remittance team I think Remittance team went on long holidays after 3days my transaction still not completed.Even on call I request I have emergency please forwarded my request on peority no action until now...even I complain through EMail

hi dupay thank you for very nice app. I am using this app from last 3 months very nice and appreciated. same like me many people have small salary the don't have bank account for like that's kind people dupay is very best app easy to transfer money to hometown just a minute. last time i send money international there is come some problem but within 24hrs dupay retun my full amount without cutting fes without any charges. thank you dupay team. but i have one request please add some more option.

The du Pay app was working in the beginning. Suddenly, it stopped and my account details disappeared. It's not setup the account again even I have uninstall and reinstall the app. Worried that I have saved some of my account details.

Extremely Bad Newtwork,Mostly they offer free SIM ,But dont get trapped.Their Mobile Services are mostly unavailabe inside buildings,their app services mostly have errors and not working ,taking weeks months in fixing ,Unfortunately i have cicrluted this number in my business circle..This DU Network &Serviced are totally disaster. Better Go for Etisalat.
