I selected my pending fines for settlement. I than received an OTP which I updated and then there were few more options to select and ok the payment. I retracted back fm the app without the final payment selection. As a last minute change of mind I decided to make the fine payment via my bank app. Later I received bank advise confirming payments done by both options. Now I am checking for refund option of the over payment but not successful so far.

I hope they improve the user experience when reporting a live incident. It should be record first, then the rest of details later. The app now doesn't respond quickly it asks for location, then type of the issue,then allowing users to take a picture or video. In emergencies, it doesn't work. The app is beautiful, I hope they take this feedback seriously with all different scenarios like a creep taking videos of women on the beach & the women nenee to use the app to document the incident.

It's a very good app, but some features like alerting about a an accident location, its not fully working, yes you get the alert but when you click it, it doesn't show the location of the accident. And it would be better improvement if drivers cab submit video evidence about reckless driving.

Fine payment Process verry slow. It's take time also after pay fine have to wait for invoice. I hop they will resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Very helpful app but need some tweaking updates for older and low spec phones. I used nokia 2 but could not complete the process for colour change certificate as in the middle way of process after filling the text when i click on photo to snap a photo from the vehicle , the app will restart(with blank text boxes). I tried to take photos first and then fill text boxes but there also i found out that before completing the photos the app will restart.support of weaker spec phones is required.

Well, it really good. But my issue is that you will report more than five times just the same report but no actions are been taken. Please, especially for vehicle obstruction, a fine most be given so that people can't parked any how or used someone parking slot. Security Guard in a building, get insulted some time push just for vehicle obstruction or someone used another person's parking slot. Please, let their be serious fine for those who are doing vehicle obstruction. Thank you!

It's all digital magic App, The public won't benefit from it. We file a complaint and provide proof, yet we receive no answer. Call 901 was also noted, but nothing was done about it.The Worse System, which claims to be a World Standard,

I have accident in dubai karama when i call for the accident police told me to apply in dubai police app. Since im not using phone data and i dont have internet only call. I decided to do it when i reach home. Im living in ain. And the app shows "THE SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE OUTSIDE DUBAI" its really helpless app. This is so damn astagfirullah.

It's a good app but from some time i can't scan number plate from phone.becouse i m a security guard and some time people Parking very wrong

The best app too report accident and all kind of issues but my problem is the fine they give for single issue is too much and I think something must done about it, how can you give a fine of AED520 for wrong parking

Excellent app,it's really make easy for us to receive samart service through this incredible app. Always I received super faster service by this samart service, I am living this honourable (UAE) since 2022 ,like almost 22 years with the respect of UAE rule and regulations. Just yesterday I received my police clearance certificate within 12 hours without any hasel. Thanks a lot! Wishing all the best 💖🙏.

The app in not scanning the number plates it had some issues..I even reported ...when some blocked the car in front of my entrance gate. Even I tried it with 4 smart phones its not scaning

app is good but idk why I'm getting fines for no reason at all I'm driving the way i was asked to drive in driving institute still I'm always receiving now I'm scared to drive on roads and feel very low in confidence. i might get into a accident if this continues..

Great App I am Security Guard And this app help me a lot For Wrong parking but from last some days if I Raise a Complaint The Number plate me scan it's coming different Number some time and vehicle owner not come same time like before. Me try 2 times 3 time but still same. Pls Fix this issues
