The app doesn't work at all. I tried signing in multiple times, and it keeps taking me back to the website for my account. The worst part is that the website doesn't work either. Registering your first account is the only way that works properly, but once you try changing passwords or anything, it totally makes your account no longer accessible. The annoying part is that I see "updates" on their website and still haven't fixed it. C'mon on!!

Won't connect when using a VPN on your phone , it shows an error message when i login "you appear to be offline, check your connection" (so we can track and trace you) no thanks

Can't sign in, literally. I enter in my username and password then press "Sign in", nothing happens. The "Can't sign in" button works just fine though.

This app is pretty cool. Especially if you have an EV because you can really see and monitor your energy usage. Unfortunately there is no Flex Savings integration so you can't see how much money you save when charging at night. Hopefully they will add that feature with an update.

The app used to work excellent but now I can't sign into it because it keep saying that the session has expired. Very disappointed. Please fix the glitch ASAP!

I used to like this app, BUT not so much since the historical billing info was removed. Now I can't compare my electric bill this month to what it was last year same month. Obviously Duke doesn't want me to see I'm using less electricity than last year, but paying more this year for so much less usage.

Today's update has rendered the app useless. The app says I need to login to webpage, then says session expired. UPDATE: after manually going to the website, my account was no longer connected to my login. Added it back and now the app works.

I have to change my password every single time I sign on to make a payment. Every single time I sign on a get an error message about my password etc and to use the can't sign in / chang password to fix. I can change it, immediately sign out and try to sign back in with the exact same password and get the same error. An absolutely poor user experience and terrible support from Duke Energy for allowing this to continue to be an issue.

Tried to use the app to pay my bill and it said something went wrong your payment was not successful. Refreshed checked all my payment info, re-entered my payment and something went wrong again payment was not successful. So I go to the website and it says I have a zero balance. My bill was paid! I may have paid it twice and I won't know for 3 days cause its ACH. Grrr. Discontinue this app or fix it!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Having trouble logging onto my account via the web browser so I decided to try the app. Tried logging on and received a msg saying "accounts are unavailable while we perform updates". They've apparently been "performing updates for the past month". What's the point of the app if I can't log in? I installed this and immediately uninstalled.

I have had nothing but problems with the app and the website. Both are extremely buggy and won't let you log in. I messaged the developer about these issues and it was resolved for only an hour or so (only after having called them because messaging someone through email with them just isn't worth the hassle) and I keep getting error messages when I try to log in. I've called once already to have the account reset, and it only lasted for about a day before I was unable to log in AGAIN. Pls fix

Not compatible with my tablets. Only one old cell phone and an old TV set top box. I have used it on the cell phone to try to report an outage The number wasn't linked to my account, so all I could do was look at how many people were without power. The KODI set top box needs AC power, so why bother installing? I had hoped it would work with the latest version of Andriod on a ten core tablet, but it looks like they only care about Apple users?

This application login is a pos. Everytime I set up fingerprint it forgets it the next time. I've had to reset my login maybe 10 times. You know how much it sucks coming up with a new PW for this specific app? You cant use previous passwords, so if you have trouble remembering or if you are hoping that the fingerprint scanner works you're pretty much screwed. Setting up 2-factor or authenticator is more efficient than this dumpster fire. Take some notes devs.

Can't login. Have the same problem with their website. Think they would have fixed the problem already. This issue have been going on for well over a year. App is great when you get logged in your account. The app is worthless when you can't. From reading other reviews I'm not the only one with the issue. I have reported this issue a few times with no fix yet. Good thing the lineman don't fix the power lines like the IT guys fix the log on issue. We all wouldn't have any power.

The one feature I really want in this app - energy usage - is utterly broken. If I go back more than two months I can see gas usage, but electric usage is completely broken no matter how far back I go. That said, I want to see current usage, but that is, of course, broken. Bill pay works so far, but there seem to be some quirks there, too.

App login doesn't work. Not sure what changed, used to work great. Now whenever I type in a password, the sign in button just doesn't respond. Couldn't get to customer service through the app because it says my address isn't in the system (even though it auto populates), so I'm posting a review on here. Can't pay my bill or use the app if I can't login. Samsung galaxy s9+, fully updated Android, updated app. Fix it please.

Horrible app. Can never get logged in. It always says incorrect password. Went so far as to reset my password through the email and still cannot login. Tried the biometric login, nope no good. Doesn't even register. Tried getting through the customer service section of the app. Why did I even try it, just another waste of time. Guess I'll stick with the email version.

Ok for paying bills & reporting outages but I wish there was more to be done within the app, like the things the app look like it's going to allow only to eventually direct you to call customer service-enrolling in budget billing, scheduling home energy assessment, etc. Beyond that, the periodic "error has occurred" issue that pops up when I'm trying to get in to pay my bill is a bit irksome.

It shows on Dukes website a photo of the "Energy Usage" graph, which has a day,week,month option on the bottom. This is a lie, the app only shows month just like our billing statments. If we had more competion here in florida i bet there would be better graphs. They have the technology ready, just dont want to give it to us. this app is just to pay your bill.

Compared to the Home Energy Interactive website, it seems to have more stable and up-to-date data feed. However, the Energy Use functions are lacking. It fails to display daily usage in the morning and there's no way to scroll back by a day, just and error message. Same thing for the weekly chart on the first day of the week. And, there's no annual chart.
