Great app! Especially for beginners. This is just what I needed. Clear, concise and informative. The app is really well designed. I wanted a one stop app to show me relevant excersises for my goals. This app is perfect for that. I can get a better WO at home than I could at the gym now. I find the gym can be overwhelming and during this pandemic, not all that practical. I purchased some dial-a-weight dumbells and some other inexpensive gym equipment. Done! This app puts all together.

Really liking this so far. Workouts are brief, but tough, and good for a beginner like me. I love the variation in exercises and the gentle increase in difficulty over time, too. Big request is to add an option to let us add warm-up/stretchin (& maybe cardio) exercises to the 30 Day plan, so it can be more complete. I think the calorie counts aren't quite accurate, too. I don't see how the Full Body Stretch burns 40+ calories in 5 minutes...

Edited Review: I paid for this after trying free version. Very clear instructionsI and I like the pace. But it makes you do the lying triceps extension TWICE per set of you select "with bench", instead of once lying triceps extensions and once standing tricep extensions. And if you select "No bench" then it will instruct you to do standing triceps extensions TWICE per set. NO OTHER exercise is repeated in a set. There must be a bug in their app. Please fix. Thank you.

Probably a cool app, I picked this up after the no equipment workout app became too easy to work for me and so far its been OK but would greatly benefit from an option to turn off the automatic countdown on rep workouts. I try to go my own pace especially when I'm trying to always outdo the app and being forced into this a certain way won't really let me test myself how I would like. If this feature becomes a thing I'll probably change my review to a 4 or 5 star.

Feel the burn! Really works your arms but make sure your dumbbells do not have detachable weights (basically one weight only, all in one unit). Occasionally it will have you lift the weight over your face and body and you don't want a "do it yourself" nose job. My only critism is that it would be nice to have a visual preview while in a rest intermission OR animation while paused to get a idea how to do the exercises before actually doing them... at the very least in the beginner catagory.

This app has been great for my son & to work out with. The animations help you keep good form & trying into Spotify & Pandora is great. I'd love to see an option to double the set & skip the rest period since my son & I work out together with the same set of dumbbells. Currently we "skip" the rest period & then use "previous" to alternate. My only negative comment is the notifications are over zealous. Now that I figured out how to disable them in Android OS I'm much happier with the app!

Not really liking this app although I tried. 😔 I paid for this and was hoping for better customization and the ability to adjust the time between exercises. It is annoying to keep adding time while setting up for the next exercise. Also, I was not able to change and save the weight I used for each exercise. This app has potential but I'll go back to using my bowflex dumbbell app.

Really LOVE this app!! Ive been using the past few weeks and it is easy to follow. I love that I can play my music over the app with no interruption. Also love that I can add more time between exercises if a need a few more seconds to rest. This app has taught me a lot on how to use dumbbells for a good workout. Thanks developers for your hard work!!

Very user friendly. I am consistently working out, progressing and getting stronger! The animation shows the correct movement, the suggestions are very helpful, the counter is helpful, the optional rests are helpful. Also, settings offer adjustability. The levels allowed me to start at 10 minutes, in 3 months I've worked up to a 23 minute workout!!

I generally like the apps from this company. I am doing the flat belly one and that's going well. This one seems less organized. The time between sets is a bit short - I feel like there's more of a focus on cardio than on form and gains. -The prompts are less clear. -There's a variable-feeling gap between "start" and "rep number one". -Some exercises move to quick. Pre-movnt descriptions are sloppy.

Great, simple app. Doing one of these workouts on a daily workouts (takes only 20 min if you skip breaks) will get you in great shape. If you're starting to work out and are out of shape, they have beginner mode and it takes only 10 min. Dumbell and no equipment options. Free app saves you time and money from having a gym membership. It's free- might as well try it!

It's a fantastic workout! Really flexible and you can do it in 30 days or as many times a week as your schedule allows. This will be my 3rd time picking this back up and starting back at day one. If you're looking for a great workout that will get the ball rolling again on your fitness goals, couldn't recommend this one enough. Especially for everyone saying "after the holidays". I'm incorporating this now, so I'm not so behind come January!

Love, love, love!! I use 3 apps from this company, including the plank and Female Body Fitness which has a wide variety of high cardio workouts but, I still use the others for switching things up. The ads are minimal and I paid for full ownership of most apps because they are awesome and I just wanted to support the team. Your body will hurt and you need to be persistent. If it is too hard, pause or skip to the next...but don't give up! Great job guys!! Xoxo

This makes working out at home super easy. I've never been one to want to, but this app reminds me to. The animations are super helpful. As well as the tips for each exercise. Google fit compatibility is always a plus. Super easy to use. I wish there weren't any ads. But I like that they don't interrupt the work outs. And are at the beginning and end of them.

These are well done apps, and I have grown to like the app more as I use it. I also use the Six Pack in 30 Days app, and that lets you go at your own pace. So, when you complete an exercise you press done and rest before the next exercise. It would be great if this app used the same format or had the option to do so. This app does have a setting to increase or decrease the time between sets slightly. You can also make the routine easier or harder. Great app for an all around workout.

I would give the app 5 stars if the developer makes the following changes as options in the settings. Please give a setting option to not count the reps, both voice or by number displayed on the screen. Don't automatically move to the next exercise. It's way too fast. This way each exercise is done when the user is done, and the user can move on and work at their pace.

It's a great app and takes a lot of the guess work out of planning work outs and routines. It's been great. What I don't like is that the calories burned feature seems to be WAY off on all the workouts. My fitness tracker watch is generally pretty accurate and although I understand that there is no real way to know calories burned through the app, what ever algorithms or equations they use for estimates is just so far off. I definitely would not trust the app alone.

It's been a decent app to track my progress but there are a few big issues. The calorie counter is way off, and I have no way of removing exercises that hurt me. I can note that they cause me pain but nothing ever changes. I would like it to remove the painful ones from the lineup, I dont even do the 30 day plan because of the number of exercises that hurt (weights between ankles). The ads are awful, I get the need, but these are nasty and loud, popping videos and the like

App is ok for the workout but getting hit with forced ads in multiple languages is a no go. If im using your app to workout, why would I want to be forced to deal with an ad for a workout in a different language that I can't read? Is their workout better than yours? Let me stress, the 2 ads usually per workout isn't bad, thats not the issue, the issue is when the ad is in a completely different language with no 'x' to click out of and I cant tell which button means 'no' with no back button.

The workouts suit my needs well with my limited home gym set up. However, the app needs a way to stop the automatic rep counts. I have to pause the workouts to complete a set each time so the app doesn't jump ahead. This worked fine as the import into Google Fit for calorie tracking had the full time I lifted for. But an update has screwed that up; it's importing to Fit that I only worked out for 2 minutes now, since that's all the time I had workouts unpaused for.
